The cosmetic surgery that I had a few years back with Dr. Perez was the best investment I've ever made in myself and turned out beautifully and even though it has been a few years I am still enjoying the benefits of a more youthful appearance and I owe it all to Dr. Perez and his expertise. I had a total of 3 in person consultations and 1 pre-op appointment with Dr. Perez. I paid $50.00 for the first consultation up front, and after the 3rd consultation I paid a booking fee of $100 to set the surgery date. I paid the full amount of the surgery to the Doctor and the surgery center fees as well. I was told I would have to pay a fee if I needed to reschedule. Two weeks prior to surgery, I asked to postpone my surgery for one month. They were hesitant to re-schedule me and attempted to talk me out of it. I made the decision to postpone my surgery 8 calendar days prior to my surgery. To my surprise, the doctor had his office manager to call and tell me to find a new surgeon since I 'wasn't serious' about it. I requested a call from Dr. Perez directly to discuss any misunderstandings about my reason to postpone and I never received a call back. I would have paid any fees that they requested since it was a last minute change but I wasn't given the opportunity. I am very disappointed to have been dismissed in that way. I expected my doctor to be supportive and understanding during a major surgery. It seemed like I was just another number and an inconvenience to him. The office staff often said I could call anytime, ask as many questions, and come in for as many consults/pep talks as I needed to feel comfortable about my surgery but that clearly was not the case.

I'm very disappointed. I had a very bad experience with the customer service. The way they explained the fees had nothing to compare to what they had told me in the appointment. A difference almost of $2,000. Then once the lady came in when I had the consultation she told me that the prices had raise up. Was it okay to charge a difference of $2,000 ? They had also charge a $50 fee and never return the fee back.

If I could give zero stars, I would. I picked this office because I saw the ratings on here and was also recommended by another patient in regards to the work of this office. When I called I spoke to Diane or Diana who was also the office manager. I explained my situation being seen at a previous office for surgery. I am having complications and wanted to get a second opinion. Since they did not complete my treatment , she had no desire to hear me out, was very condescending in regards to my questions and concerns, and informed me that I "needed to do my own research." I have other procedures that I had planned to do in the future and they will not only not be an option for me, but I will never refer to this office. If this is how they treat patients simply asking questions or wanting to schedule for a consultation, I can only imagine how patient's are treated once they are seen. Stay away.

I have had a really tough time trying to find someone that could help the wrinkles in my forehead with inflatables. For years, everyone that tried ended up making my eyelids and eyebrows droop. Finally - Dr. Perez explained his technique for this issue and the results are perfection. It even gave a lift to my eyebrows. I am planning a surgery with him as well, he made me feel very informed and comfortable. Updated on 10/15/2020: I'm now three months out of Rhinoplasty, scar revision and a corrective breast lift / implant and scar tissue removal surgery with Dr. Perez. I can only sing my praises!! My nose looks fantastic and is straight again after a diving accident years ago. The additional revisions he made gave me the nose I always wanted to have. My breasts had a multitude of issues from another area plastic surgeon (Dr. Quinn). They were capsulated, badly scarred on my chest and looked horrific. Dr. Quinn had told me that he'd have to do some weird skin lift into my under arm and that my scar should not be revised as it had a 90% chance of coming back (he misidentified the type of scar as a keloid). He never mentioned the level 3 capsulation in my right and level 2 on my left and thought that my muscle "action" looked normal. It did not! Dr. Perez fixed it all!! He released more muscle, cleared out the scar tissue and took additional precautions when placing the implant. He also believed my scar could be fixed and he did it! It's healing very well and will be gone soon. He also doesn't cut a patient having breast lifts so far up on their sternum--so patients won't need to fear a visible scar like I had from the other surgeon. It's life-changing what Dr. Perez can do. He is so well-respected from everyone at the hospital--even the anesthesiologist and hospital nurses raved about his rhinoplasty results! I wish so much I had started with Dr. Perez the first time, but just thankful now my previously lopsided, lumpy, droopy post-lift breast are corrected and looking fabulous!

Excellent experience. I have suffered from gynecomastia since I was 13 years old. At 35 I finally did something about it. To say I am extremely happy with the result of the surgery would be the most drastic understatement I've made this century. Dr. Perez gets a 10/10 in bedside manner and his entire staff is very friendly and professional. Any questions or concerns I had were answered concisely by Dr. Perez or Nurse Diana. Surgery was quick and free of any significant pain. Recovery was speedy with very thorough instructions given by the doctor and nurse on how to make it as quick as possibly and not mess it up. Post-op visits were frequent and pleasantly brief, but always to the point and never rushed. To any man out there reading this and wondering if you should have gynecomastia surgery: if you feel that it is holding you back from living your life to the fullest I would recommend that you look into it. I did a lot of research before choosing a board certified plastic surgeon. I wanted the latest equipment used for my procedure and someone who was skilled enough to use it! Dr. Perez was one of the few who carried this equipment and the reviews I read were amazing. I also had read up on the procedure so I was really well versed before my consultation. Dr. Perez explained everything in detail and was very transparent and exceeded my expectations during the consultation which is not easy to do! Nurse Diana was extremely helpful and made me feel very comfortable as well. I am typically very nervous when it comes to getting any kind of treatment done but everyone at Renue Aesthetic Surgery made me feel at ease. I feel very confident that I had made the right decision. The follow up has also been amazing. Dr. Perez was very responsive when I called or texted and the regular follow up visits have made me feel like I really am being taken care of. I am only 2 weeks post op but results so far have been exactly what I was expecting and hopefully I will continue to see better and better results once I am fully recovered!

Dr. Perez has done fillers for me and Dysport. I love the results from my life fillers and cheek filler as well. He is very knowledgeable and will inform you of the product and what he recommends. I like his work and recommend always getting a board certified plastic surgeon for fillers since they are experts. His prices are very reasonable. I also got my breast Augmentation by him and I am very happy with my results. He is great at breast augmentation and if you want someone to answer all of your doubts ask him and he will tell you. Dr. Perez is truly a talented surgeon. I had a rhinoplasty about 5 months ago and it was the best decision I’ve ever made! I would do it again in a heart beat. It was my first and only surgery I ever had and my biggest insecurity. I was nervous and anxious about surgery in general but also about how my nose would look in the end. I researched surgeons for so long and finally found Dr.Perez. He had all the certifications and experience that I was looking for plus he had many before and after pictures so I could see his work. I was very particular on the way I wanted it to look and Dr. Perez nailed it!! I immediate felt comfortable with the doctor and his whole team at my consult. Dr. Perez deserves a 100 star review. He is passionate about his artistic ability and transformation of the human body. Within the first 5 minutes of my 60 minute consultation with him I felt at ease; he sketched a diagram of the exact procedure step by step and his philosophy on why he takes a different approach to the standard tummy tuck with lipo to the flanks like 99% of his colleges. Safety and success rate is his number one concern. His high lateral tension technique eliminates the need to add additional lipo to the flanks ultimately reducing the risk of skin necrosis. Dr Perez’s CV is commensurate with his knowledge and experience as a surgeon. His bedside manner and demeanor immediately put me at ease with regard to this major surgery (abdominoplasty) Upon entering his practice I was greeted professionally every single time. I requested a letter for work from his patient care coordinator Miss Aranzazu and within 24 hours it was sent to my email. Dr Perez’ nurse Diane was exceptional with providing in depth pre op and post op instructions. More importantly she explained the why behind the surgery itself and all of the details inherent. The outpatient surgery center at St Luke’s South was also world class. Every single single encounter starting with the intake receptionist, to the prep op nurse, to Dr. Martin the Anesthesiologist and her anesthetist were the most professional and courteous team I have ever encountered in a medical facility. I would highly recommend anyone wishing to pursue aesthetic surgery, to first see Dr. Perez with Renue Aesthetic Surgery as your first stop.

I had my procedure done in May 2018, I am truly IN LOVE with the results. Dr. Perez is really a great doctor and really did an awesome job. I had a Mommie Make Over and what an amazing make over! I am coming up on my year anniversary and everything has fallen in to place. Dr. Perez and Diana were so honest about the procedures (especially Diana loved her honesty) and the changes I was going to go through. So when I started to go through the changes, I was good. Because I was prepared and knew what to expect. After my procedure he called to check on me and showed great concerned after I had an allergic reaction to the medications. I never write reviews, but I was so impressed with Dr. Perez, his RN Diana and their office, I felt it was the least I could do. I had a consult with 3 other surgeons before making a decision and I've been extremely happy with my choice and have referred anyone I can to this office. Dr.Perez will shoot you straight. He will not try to sell you services you don't need and he as well as Diana are very well versed in the latest technology, medical findings, research and advancements that will best serve their customers in better results, less down time and what are the safest options for their patients bodies and long term health. They are very attentive to their patients and have amazing bedside manner. Additionally, this is very important, a lot of plastic surgeons will do the consult then have an esthetician do the laser or injection. I agree there are several talented estheticians in the field but they do not have the training and trained eye a board certified plastic surgeon does which is why he does the procedures himself. I don't know about you but when it comes to my face, I want the best and he is it!

Best experience I've had with a Doctor. Dr. Perez is very nice and easy to deal with. I'm a bit socially awkward and find it hard to talk with people but they made it very easy. Also the head nurse is very nice. They actually care about you here. If you are thinking about getting plastic surgery please at least visit here first. (I created a bit of an inconvenience for them and they treated me more than fair, which I didn't feel I deserved and definitely didn't expect!) - I wish the best to everyone there - William Mische --UPDATE: I had a rhinoplasty done and the results are fantastic and I'm only a little over 2 weeks out. My nose looks better already, and I can breathe better as well. I had minimal bruising and swelling for a few days, nothing like what I expected from seeing other rhinoplasty patients online. I had a large hump on my nose from having it broken more than once. I only had pain for the first 2 days after the surgery and that is probably because I don't tolerate pain medication very well so I only took one pain pill during my entire recovery. After that it just feels like a lot of pressure. Considering the surgeon had to break bones and make them smaller that is pretty amazing. If you need surgery on your nose I wouldn't go anywhere else. Dr. Perez clearly has a talent for noses.
