I saw Dr.Ronan today. I am 62 yrs old and wanting help with my aging face and neck. He was very professional, extremely knowledgeable...great informative ideas and options. Also, answered my questions and gave me really good advice and the latest in facelifts. They are not like they used to do by pulling skin and stitching. New procedure which is more natural look. After we decided what would be best for me he had a lovely woman chat with me pricing, appt. etc..and I made an appt for next week. I am very happy I made the appt to see him. The whole office from when I walked in the door to when I left was professional, kind and very informative. The office was clean and a beautiful Christmas tree ;-) Lovely !!

Icy cold office,minus one sweet younger girl at the front desk. Doctor was very unfriendly,impatient and definitely does not have a gentle bedside manner,so I decided to be happy with what I felt was an imperfection and go spread much needed KINDNESS into this world. I’ll go across the parking lot to a FRIENDLY plastic surgeons office (Stompro/Cheng) before I step one foot into Blackhawk Plastic Surgery ever again.

Mommy Makeover - Let me start by saying, Dr. Ronan, Blackhawk Plastic Surgery and the whole team is the epitome of professionalism, perfection and best care ever. I got complete mommy makeover done in Jan, and it has changed my life. Not only I look absolutely new and wonderful, I feel so much more confident and happy! The whole journey of this mommy makeover surgery has been a beautiful dream come true. Everyone at Blackhawk Plastic Surgery, Dr, Nurses, front desk staff and everyone was there to support and help, when needed. No matter what time of the day we called, it was answered. Always with a smile, that one can feel over the phone. Dr Ronan is a magician, I could have never imagined in my wildest dream that I'll have this new body. I received facial fat injections and Pearl laser resurfacing from Dr. Ronan back in November of 2019, and I couldn't be happier with my results. It took probably nearly a decade of wear and tear off my face! That shot is about seven months, post-surgery. Dr. Ronan and his staff are total pros, and took great care of me before, during and following my procedure. I highly recommend Dr. Ronan and Blackhawk Plastic Surgery.

Waited almost an hour, no apology it aknowlegement for lateness. Did not disclose price upon services. I was told it was going to be a price hundreds less from another nurse and was not given any rate beforehand or reason it would cost different than previously told. It is illegal to not disclose this to avoid patient. He tried to charge me $850 for something I have never paid more than $360 for. I argued another hour and then paid $360 and walked out. Unethical and unprofessional. Go elsewhere.

I did tummy tuck with Dr. Rohan 2 years ago. It was very challenging surgery considering I had 2 previous C-section scars all over my abdomen and one was vertical, one horizontal. Doctor has done excellent job fixing it. I am very pleased and can wear my bikini again after years of hiding my stomach. Loved the facility too, especially surgery room, everything is well organized and neat. PS. I am not all crazy about doctor's bedside manners as long as he does a good job. Have few surgeons in my family, they aren't all that smoochy either :) It is tuff job but rewarding

Poor bed side manner and was not listening to what I had to say, instead he was telling me what he thought I should want. Also didn't wear a mask because "those things don't work". Didn't feel comfortable or safe in there at all.

I strongly advise you not to go to this doctor. I cannot believe that Dr. Ronan is rated by his peers as a top plastic surgeon and some magazines. 1. He was rude, obnoxious, and arrogant in his bedside manner. 2. I required a minimal, simple straightforward tummy tuck, which left me with horrible scars, high and visible scar placement, disfiguring of my navel. I was much better off before the procedure. He talked me into the tummy tuck when he should have talked me out of it or advised me to do something else (he doesn’t do mini tucks) Dr. Ronan’s plastic surgery pretty much ruined my abdomen. Cannot ever wear a bikini again. It bad to worse. 3. He requires you to put the full amount of money down for any procedure at the beginning when you make an appointment and then you are locked in. Selecting Dr. Ronan as my plastic surgeon was possibly the worst decision I’ve ever made. I hope to warn other people against the same mistake.

Had been going to Dr Ronan for fillers. Went today 9-13-18. Will not be going back. His bedside manner SUCKED big time. He did not make me feel like I was WELCOMED. It's almost like he didn't want to be bothered. Don't feel like he likes people of color.

I want to worm you that the doctor is not only impatient and unfriendly. He's not a very good plastic surgeon. I did tummy tuck and breast in his office. It was a huge mistake. I was about to stay in front of his clinic and show everyone what he did to me that you women would avoid disappointment and depression after his service. Be careful.

Got a hair transplant from him that cost a lot of money. He told me I could shave my head and my hair would grow back. What he failed to tell me was I had to continue putting hair product in my hair to make sure the follicles also didn’t fall out. I am still balding even though he made it seem like it wouldn’t happen if I ever decided to shave my head again. Do not go here. Waste of money. He just wants your cash. He also didn’t even do the transplant. He had his assistants do it. Even though he told me he’d be performing the operation.

Didn't give me any pain relievers when he did my lift. Stabbed me deep with needles to numb before he cut but I was totally awake with my hands strapped down. It was awful. Then despite caring for the area they got infected. I also was only supposed to have one surgery but he messed up the first time. I recommend finding someone else. I wish I had.
