My experience was different than the lady below and people can have good and bad days, even though that shouldn't be carried over into the workplace and when dealing with the public, for me it was a good day. The lady at the desk tried to get me in that day on short notice knowing my situation, so I felt she was very helpful. The doctor is fantastic! I saw no ego, and an honest man that just wanted to help me and listened to what bothered me, no belittling. Since he listened to my concerns it worked out well. Soooo important and so lacking in the industry. Thank you Dr Benien!

I had breast augmentation surgery with Dr Benien nearly 15 years ago and still today I am extremely happy with my results. I have recommended him to many friends who also went to him for the same surgery. He is amazing and his staff is amazing too. His facility is so nice and my recovery was minimal. If i ever decide to have them redone, this is definately where i will go!

I asked him not to do something to me and his answer was that I was not going to tell him how to do his job that if I did not like him not to go to his pooper clinic in fact the conditions is very orrible ... instead he had to explain the reason for what he did and not talk so he thought he did not understand what he was saying because I do not speak English but I understood very well what he said and how he started to beat the needles and the gloves is an odious thing in fact it must wash your mouth well because it smells very ugly (Original) Son unos incompetentes el doctor es un racista y discrimina... le pedí que no me hiciera algo y su respuesta fue que yo no iba a decirle como hacer su trabajo que si no me gustaba que no fuera mas a su clínica de mala muerte poro de hecho es bien orrible las condiciones... en su lugar debió explicarme la razón por lo que hacía y no hablar asi el pensó que no comprendía lo que decía porque no hablo inglés pero lo entendí muy bien lo que dijo y como empezó a batir las agujas y los guantes es un odioso de hecho debe de lavarse bien su boca porque le huele muy feo

The nurses are very hateful especially the receptionist at the front. They are not personable people at all. They lied about the cost of my procedure and twisted the story and their words. I was in tears and they showed no sympathy whatsoever. The decor is more like a funeral home. Its a shame Dr. Benien has to lose customers because of his staff's behavior because he's a decent guy. I will never ever ever go back!!!!

I have know Dr Paul , what I love about him and the people that work with him , is that .. . they listen .. I heard he is retiring and he absolutely deserves that . . he can’t make you perfect , what he does is sculpt .....and he is amazing !

I highly recommend Dr. Paul Benien. His staff were pleasant, non-judgmental, patient, and understanding as far as meeting my specific goals, wants, and needs, from the first day consult, to post-surgery, and even after hour care. They were quick to get back in touch with me post surgery, after hours, as I dealt with some healing anxiety. All was good and he reassured me I was in the normal healing process. Him and his staff were very thorough. I got breast enhancement surgery, via areola, normal saline, going from a size B to a DD. It's year's past time for me to get them done again, however, they still seem to be doing good, and still look and feel natural. Luckily, I had very minimal, areola sensation loss, and light scarring underneath, which was hardly noticeable, and faded over time. I'm thankful for Dr. Benien and his staff and the compassion they showed me in the hands of their care. The procedure was definitely life changing for me. I can't thank them enough. ????

Dr Benien is simply great. He listens to you and works with you to achieve the best results possible. His entire staff is outstanding, caring, and professional. My nerves were put at ease as soon as I came into the office. Everyone introduced themselves, what they were there to do, and what was happening. I was treated in the best manner possible as a patient. I am only two days post op but am already very happy with my procedure. I couldn't have asked for better care and results. I would recommend Dr. Benien to any of my friends or family.
