I had such a wonderful experience with Dr.Dawson and his staff. I'm so pleased with my breast reduction he perform.After being seen by two other doctors and the with no success. Then I'm introduce to doctor Dawson and from there nothing but good news .I was very nervous the day of surgery but all the staff at the hospital kept me calm until the doctor arrived to perform my surgery. Once his arrival he assured me everything will be fine.Four hours later I woke up feeling no more back ,neck and shoulder pain. I'm very pleased with my out come .I couldn't have asked for a better surgeon. Thank you Dr. Konrad Dawson.

Only because you can't rate with negative stars. Nothing against anyone else's experience. I guess you need cosmetic surgery for him to consider to you... I wouldn't recommend him to anyone!!!!!

I’m only giving one star because of the nice young lady that came and helped me in an overwhelming situation. I came to see Dr. Dawson because of a severe finger cut that I had to be sent to the trauma center for (not the ER). I was excited because of the fast turnaround time and hoping they would give me good news after a very hurtful week. I informed the young lady that the gauze was stuck to my finger and it would be extremely painful to take off. Dr. Dawson then came in and I relayed the same info again. He proceeds to RIP off the gauze, causing me to be in extreme pain and passes my more gauze to stop the bleeding myself. I then asked him about other options for pain relief and he basically said, “we don’t make drug addicts in this office.” He then wrapped up my hand and said that I only scraped the top layer of my finger so I’ll be ok. I went into that trauma center with a peice of my finger on ice. For him to brush it off as if it were nothing truly irritated me. I left his office in tears and I will be calling patient advocate today. For me that was more than disrespectful and I won’t be back to this office.

During my procedure at Sono Bello, i was awake throughout everything, and all I can say is my experience was the most painful/traumatizing experience I have ever gone through. This Doctor has no bedside manner whatsoever!!!! The rudest person i have ever encountered, This procedure is not cheap to be treated this way. I screamed and cried for the entire 2 hours and all he did was shut me up. Im currently in the recovery process and still dealing with major pain, Sono bello is the worst when it comes to customer service and actually caring for the patient. I’m still in shock and disbelief of what I went through. I regret going to this practice and regret getting the procedure in general.

Dr Dawson is the best plastic surgeon hands down. I love his office staff and I love his work. I had two Breast reductions. One when I was 17 and one at 31 and they both were a success. I know having any type of surgery can be scary, but Dr Dawson and his team of nurses, and anesthesiologist were great both times. They said they would take great care of me and they actually did. I had both of my surgeries at WHC and it was absolutely the best experience ever.
