I am beyond disappointed in the lack of common heart this office showed to me in a difficult time. I had implants put in by Dr.Nuveen in 2008, then a 2nd set put in 2013 since they had ruptured. I did a lot of research and after having another implant rupture I decided to get the implants removed. I had the date scheduled for the beginning of July with Dr.Sohn. I lost my grandmother June 19th. I reached out to the office of Dr.Nuveen to move my appointment and I was told that was fine by one lady in the office by another lady I was then told that wasn’t ok and that Dr.Sohn was no longer practicing in that office and they DENIED to give my $500 deposit back. So, let me some it up for you. I was a returning patient, scheduled an appointment, called to reschedule since I had an immediate death in the family and within a 2 min phone call to my husband to figure out dates the story changed to the dr is no longer practicing here. It’s not only the $500 that could have helped my family during the terrible time that this office simply didn’t care about- it’s about the lack of heart and respect for the patients. I would NEVER return after you did me like that. Show some respect to people. Stop being so greedy. Taylor and the office manager were on 2 different pages the entire time. I would do some research at how my office is running.

Dr. Nuveen took great care of me. He knew my concerns and seemed to genuinely care, which made the process much easier for me. I just wanted to feel like "me" again. I will seek him for any other cosmetic procedures in the near future.

Dr. Nuveen did an AMAZING job on my breast reduction/lift with smaller implants. I have had two previous surgeries, with three kids in between. I absolutely love this place! The office and staff are excellent. Everyone you meet from the front desk to the office manager has a smile on their face, which makes you feel important and happy you came there. I did my research online and found out that Dr. Nuveen and Dr. Caplin are both the only tripple board certified doctors in the USA and of all places in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma! Dr. Nuveen has done all of my surgery's breast augmentatio 360 body lift and got rid of the bags under my eyes, best surgeon hands down! Not only is he good at what he does, he is genuine and compassionate with his patients. I had some complications with my surgery, by no fault of his, and he went ABOVE and BEYOND to ensure my safety and comfort as well as going the extra mile to make sure I was pleased.
