January 29th of 2020 I received the call no woman wants to hear... you have breast cancer. I met with my amazing surgeon and she asked me who I wanted to do the plastic surgery. I hadn't been to a plastic surgeon before and asked her if she had anyone she would recommend who would make me feel and look beautiful. She recommended Dr. Michelle Sieffert. I was anxious to meet with her and the amazing staff at Donaldson Plastic Surgery tried so hard to get me in quickly but there were not that many appointments available, but promised to call if one opened up. Soon after that first call I received a call and was asked if I could make it there in a half hour, they had a cancellation and they knew I wanted to get in quickly. My husband and I met with Dr Sieffert that day and left her office feeling like we had made the best choice. Dr Sieffert talked us through the entire processes of breast reconstruction and never made us feel rushed. We were able to ask her so many questions and even after the first appointment I emailed her a few more questions and she responded right away to me. She was so kind and always gave me honest answers, but also made me feel so comfortable. Dr Sieffert worked with my surgeon during the first surgery and inserted tissue expanders. These were in place for almost 12 weeks and I saw Dr Sieffert almost weekly for saline injections. I had told Dr Sieffert what size I was thinking I wanted to be after my 2nd surgery and she helped me achieve that look. I completely trust her to know what will look best on your body shape. She had a few different sizes of implants in the operating room and chose the one that looked the most natural with giving me the look I wanted. The second surgery went extremely well and she also did fat grafting to take away any edges of the implants that could show since I didn't have any tissue to cover them. I would highly recommend Dr Sieffert to anyone looking for a plastic surgeon. She is honest, caring, and most of all just wants to give you your confidence back. The staff at Donaldson Plastic Surgery is also amazing. They make you feel very welcome to be at their office. Thank you Dr Sieffert for giving me back my confidence and helping me through a very traumatic time.

This was the only place to get back to me back in May 2020. They were so quick to get me in. The process with talking with Dr. Seiffert went great and she was very thorough in her details of what would happen. They had an opening just barely a month from the time I went in, but due to my schedule I had to push it a few more weeks. There was some craziness with my insurance that almost interfered with my scheduled surgery date, but everyone, including Dr. Seiffert was on top of it, making it work. The day of my surgery went well. I had a bad moment of fear getting my IV and everyone at the surgical center were so kind and understanding, and again, including Dr. Seiffert, and I was just so blessed and knew in that moment, I picked the right place. My healing went well, and Dr. Seiffert was quick in her replys back to me whenever I had a question. Everyone in their office is so kind and nice, I truly felt at home, I almost wish they could be my regular drs office! I highly recommend this office. I am so pleased with my reduction and it was the best decision I made for myself, and having this office do the procedure was the best decision. I came for lip injections and left with lips that were barely any fuller and lumpy. One side was very noticeably larger than the other and I was told I would need to pay for them to be fixed or dissolved.

My botox experience today here was awesome. The extra touch of getting your makeup touched up before you leave is a unique experience I haven't seen at any other practice. Normally after botox I slink to my car to apply ice and reapply makeup to try to go back to work without obvious injections sites. I love Dr. Donaldson! I got a tummy tuck and hernia repair and was terrified!!! I am the biggest weenie times 10 and every step of the way Dr. D and his practice was by my side and made me feel comfortable, safe, and taken care of. It was all the little things - they got me into surgery in a timely fashion, they coordinated the surgery date between the hernia specialist and the office without me asking. They emailed me and called me in all the weeks and days leading up to the surgery. The days and weeks after surgery I was able to get questions answered quickly within 15 minutes - it was top notch!!! I had a virtual consultation and Dr. Donaldson which was the first step. This was super cool because Dr. Donaldson marked up my pictures and showed me his plan. I got all my questions answered. Then they called the hernia specialist for me who happened to be the same specialist my primary care doctor had recommended and he was wonderful as well. At the time that I met with the hernia specialist - I was a tad confused because I had a few different opinions and the hernia specialist was very frank and told me to go back to Dr. Donaldson which I did - and Dr. Donaldson took the time to examine my case again and make a solid plan - so I knew exactly what was going to happen. The day of surgery was as fantastic as one might imagine - just kidding - I was losing my mind but Dr. Donaldson and everyone on his team helped me though words, steps, and a great cocktail of pain management and "I don't care meds" so I felt great! I will never forget Dr. Donaldson's last words before I was out light a light bulb! He said exactly what I needed to hear... The days after - read what I said above, I was called, I had access to the nurses within minutes and I felt at ease. Lastly - my results - and pain. I had no pain, read that again NO PAIN. It was uncomfortable and emotional but NO PAIN. This is due to Dr. Donaldson's technique, pain management, and the solid guidance on how to responsibly take meds when I needed. And my results speak for themselves! My stomach is so flat! My belly button looks totally natural. I live in crop tops and can't wait until summer. My line is super low, super flat, super thin - perfection. I really like my scar - it shows me I can do hard things. My stomach looks so perfect. So there, if you are considering Dr. Donaldson this is your sign - you will be so happy.

There are NO words to explain how grateful I am for Dr.Seiffert and Donaldson Plastic Surgery! Their staff are so warm, inviting and always make you feel like you are the most important patient in the building. Their office is state-of-the-art and absolutely stunning from the moment you walk through the door. My experience began back in August 2020 when I finally got the courage to get the breast augmentation that I had been dreaming of my entire life!! It took me 2 lines of credit to afford and I was full of fear, but after reading everything about local surgeons and researching whom I was going to put all my trust in to go under the knife, there was no question Dr Sieffert was going to be that doctor! From the moment I met her she had this calm about her and somehow all my fears and worries disappeared just like that! Unfortunately, no fault to the surgeons, I contracted the most rare infection one can experience from a breast augmentation and 3 weeks post-op began to go into cardiac arrest and had to be rushed into surgery to have a total mastectomy on my right breast and have a drain in for a while after the surgery… I was beyond devastated after finding out that I would have to leave the implant out for 6 months before I could get it put back in….. Dr Sieffert (bless her heart) got me a sample to wear in my bra until I could undergo surgery!! Months went by and it was getting closer and closer for my second augmentation and I was so glad that Dr Sieffert went above and beyond to make sure that I was on more than enough antibiotics pre-op and post-op to avoid any possibility of another infection! The second surgery went amazing, as I knew it would!!! I have the breasts that I have always wanted and they couldn’t look better! I am forever grateful that Dr Sieffert was always there to answer my calls/texts through everything day or night!!! I couldn’t be happier that I chose Donaldson Plastic Surgery and would do it all over again!!! Thank you all for everything you’ve done for me! ????????????

I picked Donaldson Plastic Surgery because they have a good reputation and their surgical experience was impressive. What you can only find out from reviews is that they also run on time or early 100% of the time, which is basically unheard of in the medical field (both my husband and I work in the medical field). They answered my many questions after my surgery, especially when I was fearfully reacting to some pain or temporary side effects. They took the time to make sure I got what I wanted and that I liked what I got. Even the day of surgery went off without a hitch. Lastly, my results are fantastic. So if you want a professional, seamless journey toward an improved version of you, I’d recommend you use Donaldson Plastic Surgery & Aesthetics.

I had a tummy tuck and Lipo in August of 2017 and I am not pleased with the results. I feel that for what I paid I should have had better results. I am not pleased with my shape or with how my body looks after all the work was finished. In my opinion he does not do as good of work on women of color as he does with his other patients. I looked at his work in his office and all the pictures were white women so I figured ok this will be great. There was a woman that was about the same size as I am and he did an excellent job on her. My flanks or love handles look like they were never worked on and I was told in a follow up appointment that maybe I should try cool sculpt. It's sad that when you pay for something you are expecting to get what you paid for. I have changed my diet and work out 5 days a week and I am still not seeing the results I was told I would have. And as far as my tummy tuck goes I still have a weird area on my upper stomach that does not look right. I will not pay another dime to him to fix what I had already paid for. So all I can say is do your research and be clear what you want and make sure that he puts in writing what he will be able to do for you. I truly feel like I have waisted my money and should have went someplace else. So basically now I am going to try and go some place else in a few months and try to get my side's fixed. I have a uneven look on my flanks and not the contour look that I thought I would have. I told him what I wanted and paid for what I thought I was going to get but did not get. PLEASE if you are a woman of color do your research i don't feel he is the best option.

I couldn't be happier with Dr. Donaldson and his entire office staff! I recently received both Botox and breast augmentation surgery, and am so pleased with the results of both. Throughout the entire process, Dr. Donaldson and his staff were very supportive and kind. They were able to get me in just a few weeks later, and provided me with additional options for financing the procedure. In preparation for the breast augmentation, they were patient above all else. They answered all of my questions along the way, and allowed me to come back in to make sure that I was indeed happy and sure about my selection. At the surgery center, they were attentive, organized, soothing and professional. Despite the fact that they've already received payment in full, they've continued to to provide the same level of after care support as they have since the beginning including follow up calls and appointments, as well as attention to my comfort and needs. The healing process has been so much better than I had expected, and I am so glad I made the decision to move forward with this provider. In addition, he administered my Botox, a service I've received several times. However, with less Botox (aka less cost), he achieved better results. I feel absolutely stunning, and am excited about all that I was able to accomplish with Dr. Donaldson and his team!

After doing extensive research, I chose Donaldson Plastic Surgery for my procedure, and I am satisfied that I made this choice. The entire staff is well trained and pleasant. The office is located in downtown Dublin, with private parking that leads you directly to an elevator to Dr Donaldsons’ office where I was warmly greeted and made to feel welcome and at ease. Due to the Covid crisis, I began this journey with an online, private consultation with Dr. Donaldson. I was able to ask questions and relay my wants and concerns in the privacy of my home. The best thing I’ve ever done for myself. My surgeon, Dr. Sieffert, is beyond competent. She understood what I wanted and went into great detail in explaining how it would happen. She talks to you as a friend and gets excited for you about the change in your appearance. The nose splints were removed one week after surgery and it looked much better than before surgery, even with the swelling! My nose looks better everyday as the swelling subsides. The staff is great! They are kind, considerate and knowledgeable. Have never been to an office like this before.

I had a poor experience with this clinic. I was given an appointment, sent an email for confirmation and when I arrived there was no one at the reception. So I had to call them on the phone from Inside the clinic. The scheduler told me my appointment was was scheduled one month later. They either scheduled it on their calendar for a wrong date or rescheduled it and did not inform me. I guess mistakes happen, but what was not cool is that they made it seem it was my mistake. The phone got disconnected and she did not make a point to call me back, in fact I had to call back to see if there was anything they could do for me today when I was there. It was rough weather and I had made many arrangements to get there to keep my appointment and completed all their online consents. Will not go to this place again. The experience did not stand true to all comments on their website.

The staff was so friendly and willing to answer any question or concern along the way. The office is beautiful. The best part of my experience (aside from my incredible results) was directly before I was put under in surgery - Dr. Donaldson held my hand while I was being put under and, although it was a small thing, it really made me feel comfortable. It’s great to have a surgeon with such a great bedside manner. He truly cares about his patients. The surgery was a bit more expensive than other quotes I received, however his work is truly top notch. I’m so glad I did the procedure and even more glad I chose Dr. Donaldson to perform it. I absolutely love this place! For starters, the office is adorable, the staff is adorable and friendly! I was nervous about having surgery on my ear but they all made me feel really comfortable about it. Dr. Seiffert (hopefully I spell that correctly) did an amazing job on my ear. I had a huge bump on it and didn’t think it was going to be possible to make my ear look normal again, but it looks perfect, it healed perfect, the surgery was quick and smooth. She’s a very professional knowledgeable woman. Oh and I don’t have health insurance and paid about $400 for my surgery when the other place I went to the first time charged me $2,000 (yes for one ear and my growth came back) So I HIGHLY recommend this place, they know what they’re doing! 10/10 experience!

I receive botox injections from Stacey about every 3 to 3 1/2 months for chronic migraines (approx 25 migraines a month). Stacey customized the injections to the locations my pain occurs. I had a breast augmentation in February of last year and have been meaning to leave a review. From the moment I met Dr. Donaldson and Bobbi (I hope I'm spelling it right, if not, sorry!), I immediately felt comfortable and welcomed. She did an amazing job with helping me find the size that would suit my body because I wanted to have it look as natural as possible. Dr. Donaldson is very pleasant and genuine with great bed side manners (which is rare for a doc I heard!). I had no complications and to this very day, I rave about him to anyone I come across or are interested in having it done. Everyone has always complimented how nice they turned out and even the sales employees at La Senza who helped me with a bra fitting thought I was just blessed! My breasts are symmetrical and I chose silicone, which is super soft. I was very worried about how firm they were going to be, but everyone who has felt them has told me that they feel very natural and soft. Overall, I had a great experience in the office and after surgery. I'm super happy with the results and would highly recommend anyone interested in a breast augmentation to see Dr. Donaldson and his team.

Bad costumer service. I had my first paid consultation scheduled with them and was told to wait for my provider. I was waiting for 30 min, she never showed up. When I finally walked upfront and asked them what was going on...they checked on her and told me that it would be several more minutes. 15 minutes later I stepped out and asked to give me my money back (consult is a 100). Poor communication. They made me feel very uncomfortable. It is a shame to have a prime location and treat patients so poorly????????????

He has the BEST bed side manner, his staff is so amazing , gentle one even held my hand, he’s very concerned with your comfort and went out of his way to make sure that I was in the correct mindset for my surgery when I had my first consultation . I actually Went to another surgeon for a 2nd quote and was shocked the fact they wanted me to pay over $12k for the same surgery dr. Donaldson only charge me nearly half that price. I was a recipient of botox at a special event they had for select essential workers. It was the first time I had interactions with this office. From the first contact on the phone with Jill, I am very impressed with their professionalism. At the same time they are not clinical and just treating you like a number. This is the first time I had ever had a botox treatment. Adrienne is who I was paired with. She was just so down to earth and wanted to make sure I got the result I wanted. I went into the appointment with high hopes of getting my mature skin treated to get rid of areas that show a lot of problems typical to women of my age (I’m 60). I left feeling very confused about the treatments that were finally suggested to me. The person talking to me about the treatments didn’t fill me with confidence that I could reach the goals I would want. She seemed very unsure about what exactly they could do for me. Another woman was asked to come to talk with me about a different treatment that only she does in the office. She seemed irritated with me, like I’d interrupted her lunch or something. I also expected to see the doctor behind Donaldson’s name but I don’t know if there is such a person. I would not recommend them for anyone over 40 years old. That seems more like the age related skin range they would deal with.

Dr. Donaldson and his staff were exceptional! I have had two procedures done with Dr. Donaldson, one in 2020 and another in 2021. Dr. Donaldson was my first experience with any type of plastic surgery and, as expected, I was nervous but very excited. His bedside manner is fantastic and I cannot say enough about how happy I am with his work. Everything looks natural like I was always built this way. My goal was to come out of surgery and recovery without people noticing, but for me to feel more confident in myself, in my clothes, and without the padded, push up, shapewear used in prior years. While the cost is a bit more expensive than other quotes, I will say you get exactly what you pay for. The pre-op appointments, the day of surgery, and all the post-op care is top notch. The office staff, nurses, and Dr. Donaldson go above and beyond to address any questions or concerns I had (and the office is beautiful to top it all off). I highly recommend Dr. Donaldson any time friends ask me where they should go for a procedure.

My surgeon is going on a leave and I am not able to have my surgery within the time that fits her schedule, and they gladly switched me surgeons without recharging me and got me completely set up. It’s been a breeze so far. If anything changes then of course I’ll change my review but as of right now this five stars goes to Melissa and the great work of the office. The surgeons should be proud to have a team who makes their clients happy. It is hard to find now a days!

This was my first consultation ever. I had saved for so long to be able to come in and begin planning the procedure I was wanting. I arrived early (15min..i try to be early to everything) so I called, let them know I was there and was told to have a seat by the elevators. I waited an hour past my appointment time, before I asked for a refund of my consultation fee. In the hour I waited, I had 3 different girls ask me my name, one of which asked me 3 times and was possibly the worst person to choose as the first impression of the office due to her rude and sarcastic manner. They welcomed 4 other patients in front of me, who all came after and one whom had the same appointment time with Dr. Donaldson as I did. I called and asked if they had me checked in, and was told Dr. Donaldson was running behind in surgery. There was a lot more that went on with this but I am so discouraged at this point. I was able to receive my money back which is why I gave 1 star, but not before the woman taking temps tried to make me look like an idiot to the very polite receptionist. WORST FIRST IMPRESSION EVER. THERE IS NO WAY I WOULD RECCOMEND THIS EXPERIENCE TO ANYONE.

Dr. D, Adrienne, Carrie, and Bobbie are amazing at what they do! For several years, I have been thinking about liposuction for my abdominal area. However, for some reason, I thought liposuction was too aggressive or major of a surgery for the small amount of fat I was dealing with. For the last fifteen years, I have worked-out and maintained a healthy diet. However, prior to that my diet was horrible, but I did workout. During my years of unhealthy eating that’s when most of my abdominal fat developed… About five years ago, I decided to get back out into the dating world and to do that I wanted to have more self-confidence about my abdominal area. So, I started to look into many different procedures for my abdominal area; surgery and non-surgery options. Overall, I felt surgery was not necessary for my focus area. Around the same time, I started with electro slim body sculpting; I did not enjoy this type of treatment and I felt it was waste of time and money. Next, I moved to Coolsculpting treatments. I saw some great results from a few treatments with Coolsculpting. After those treatments, I lost 2 inches from my abdominal area. I took a break for several months from any form of treatments. I wanted to adjust to losing the inches. My goal was not to lose weight or to have defined abs. It was for my abdominal area to be more symmetry with the frame of my body. By this point, I was pretty happy with the results and just needed a little fine-tuning. I continued working-out and eating healthy. However, still not on point yet with my abdominal area. At this point, I was still thinking that I did not need any type of surgery to achieve my goal. I tried and looked into Kybella, SculpSure, Sono Bello treatments and procedures, and a few others... I still did not see any new results. So, I decided to schedule a Lipo consultation with Dr. D., OMG! Let me tell you - best thing I ever did! I had my surgery about two months ago, and I am extremely happy with the process and results. The process was completely different from what I thought. In short, if you are thinking about Liposuction… Have your consultation with Dr. D. If I could go back in time when I started this journey... I wish, that someone directed me to a Lipo consultation…

Dr. Donaldson did my breast augmentation May 2012. I never thought I would consider augmentation but after breast-feeding for two years, my breasts had become non-existent! I was worried about looking “fake” and I didn’t want to be “too big”. I did my research on-line and then visited three different plastic surgeons in the Columbus area. After the three visits, it was very easy to choose Dr. Donaldson and his staff for my surgery. I’ve now had the “new me” for 6 months and I seriously couldn’t be happier!!! From the moment I called to schedule a consultation I knew I found the right place. Everyone that I have personally been in contact with has been outstanding. I traveled 2.5 hours out of state just so I could have Dr. Donaldson be my surgeon. I honestly would have traveled farther. His results are just amazing and he has the bedside manner to match. He makes you feel as if you are his only patient. You are his top priority and him and his staff will take care of you. You have to go into this type of surgery with realistic expectations, which I did, but I secretly hoped for better results. I never dreamed I would have the results that I do. Dr. Donaldson gave me so much more than a physical transformation, he gave me back my confidence in myself that I have been lacking for years. My husband has always said he’s attracted to me. Went to him to inquire about an under eye lift and neck lift, he convinced me to try an injection of restylane in my tear troughs instead. He said I would love it and wanted to make it permanent with fat grafting later. He overfilled my cheeks and 2 years later one side looks nearly normal with only a small amount of saggy skin and the other side still seems to contain more filler and is puffy and saggy. I also have blue discoloration on that side due to possibly not injecting the restylane deep enough. Needless to say I didn't decide to make it permanent and am trying to find a solution to this saggy cheek skin.

My experience with Dr Donaldson has been wonderful! I had a breast reduction /lift done. Before getting it done I did a lot of research and even watched the awful videos on you tube. I was scared about getting the surgery done but it was something that I had wanted to do for a long time. From the very first appointment Dr Donaldson’s staff was always very nice and always glad to answer any questions I had. I thought that it was extremely nice that the doctor called me at home to check on me that evening. How many doctors do that!?
