Amazing!! I look down & still get shocked to see what my body is looking like. I am 3 weeks post TT & Muscle Repair & the only reason why I write this review is because I read some reviews that said hes a Jerk, he wants your $$, and rude & I was super scared lol even made my sister go into the consultation with me. He's straight forward ( & not in a bad way). His staff is really nice. My nurse was the best part!!!! I was super nervous & I kept telling her I was scared of the pain. She made me feel super comfortable around her!! & guess what I felt no pain!! I went in at 6:30am and was home by 9:30am!!!!! So fast!!!! My stomach is healing really fast, I'm up and moving, and when I look at my stomach I'm glad I listened to Dr. Ronan about what he recommended.

This was my first surgery ever in my life and thus my first time being put under general anesthesia. Dr. Kemerer was SO comforting and sweet during the whole experience and I felt very safe being in his hands during the procedure. Dr. Ronan is obviously an extremely skilled surgeon but he is also an artist and trusting him with my face was the best decision I've ever made. (The only feedback I would give is instead of buying the regular gallon baggies that press together, to get the ones that actually zip so that no water spills out for those post-op ice days!) Overall good but wasn’t prepped enough for the outcome. It would have been better if the doc had prepared me more for the post op and for what I might look like. It always felt like he was in a hurry. The nurses were great prior to the surgery but afterwards were a bit impatient with my concerns. I am not usually needy but it was my face after all. The surgery was painless and recovery okay but much longer than they said it would be. The results were good.

I came in for my first hydrafacial and I'm hooked! I don't think I'll have any other type of facial ever again. I will definitely have this service every month. The only reason I'm giving four stars and not five, is because I do wish there was a robe or something more comfortable to put on before the facial. I'm being picky, but otherwise the experience and the service are 5 stars!

This was my first experience in the cosmetic surgery industry. I had mixed up my appointment with a different day and they were very accommodating even though I came on the wrong day. It was very professional with great customer service. I took a seat to fill out my information on the clip board they gave me to sign and before I knew it I was in the next room receiving my consultation and learning more about the procedures. They offered me the softest lip filler possible and we’re very informative on the different options. The whole procedure took about 60 seconds and was completely painless. I only had a noticeable amount of swelling for two days but no bruising. I give my highest review to Blackhawk Plastic Surgery!

It takes me a little over an hour to reach the Blackhawk office but it is worth it! I have been to the Blackhawk office two times now for (Botox) injections the first time was an appointment with an outside contractor and the second appointment was with the a Blackhawk staff member. Both my visits were pleasant; however, I have to say that my second visit was more pleasant as I did not feel as much pain during the injections as I had the first time. From start to finish my visit with Blackhawk plastic surgery was very pleasant. The staff were professional, polite and accommodating. The office is modern, clean and inviting. I had heard that they have the state-of-the-art laser for removing unwanted age spots, freckling and any other blemishes on the face so I decided to go ahead and have it done. After the first session my face is approximately 80% improved already. The technician took the time to explain ahead of time what to expect during and post treatment, any post-treatment recommendations and during the treatment she was very gentle and made sure to keep asking if I was okay. Blackhawk Plastic Surgery is a great office! First off, the office decor is really nice in the reception area and the consultation offices. All the ladies in the front reception area are very pleasant. I had read numerous reviews prior to meeting with Dr. Ronan that his bedside manner was not the greatest but the impression I got from Dr. Ronan is he is a straight shooter with no BS. He was friendly, got right to the point, went over the treatment information, and we were done in less than 5 minutes. He didn't offer any additional services other than what I was there for which I really appreciated. I am coming here for laser tattoo removal and had my first session today. Again and all the girls and my nurse were very friendly and accommodating. Their prices are more expensive than other quotes I received for laser tattoo removal but I am a firm believer you get what you pay for. I was given ice for 10 minutes prior and barely felt the laser and felt no pain during the laser session and minimal pain after during the drive home. In fact as I write this review it is hard to believe that I had this procedure done less than 8 hours ago because there is absolutely no pain on the treatment site.

BPS offers an experience unlike any other plastic surgery office. The decor and the atmosphere in the waiting room feels like a spa and helps put the clients at ease. Chatting with the staff feels like catching up with old friends who are genuinely interested in how you've been but are also extremely knowledgable in their fields. I went to BPS for laser hair removal because it had the best ratings and price in the Bay Area and couldn't be happier with everything they have to offer. My laser hair removal tech, Jen, is one of the friendliest people I have ever met and I look forward to seeing her every session! The last two years have been hard for me. I got sick and had now have to wear an eyepatch full time. My self esteem reached an all time low. Being able to afford laser hair removal surgery and having the staff be so supportive has really helped me turn things around and feel better about myself. I plan on having gastric bypass surgery soon and I know that, eventually, I will need to see a plastic surgeon. I know that any procedures I need will be performed at BPS and that my body will be in good hands.
