In 2016, I had breast replacement, after three surgeries, Dr. Schutz put in the wrong size, took one out that became necrotic. And even though I bought their insurance, would not let me utilize it for another doctor to correct the disfigurement. I am very upset and have lived with this since 2016 . Would never recommend Dr. Schutz to any body.

Daughter's surgery went great. But after her surgery the doctor did not leave any of her prescriptions and told us to pick them up on the way home from sirgsur. We get to his office and had to wait 15 minutes to receive the prescription. When the nurse finally came out the doctor completely changed the medication and was sending it to the pharmacist.

Dr. Snyder was kind, understanding and professional from consultation to post-op. She thoroughly explained every step and answered every question. If I had an issue outside normal hours I was always able to reach her. Her nurse Cait and Erin the receptionist were always friendly and helpful. It was a wonderful experience and if I had to do it all over I would pick Dr. Snyder again.

The best decision I made was to allow Dr. Schutz the freedom to utilize his expertise and talent to recreate the proper size and look for me. His vision of perfection was far better than my own! My results are proportional to my size, symmetrical and best of all...natural looking! If I had the chance to do this procedure again, I wouldn't change a thing. Go to a specialist. Had two rhinoplasty by Dr. Mary Snyder. There is almost no difference before and after. I paid full price for the first and the second was reduced price which I appreciated but in total it was more than I would have paid a specialist for one procedure and there was no improvement to my profile. Not sure what happened there. Maybe Dr Snyder is extremely conservative in her approach. If that’s the case, it was not clear at all in our consultations.

Dr. Snyder has literally changed my life! From the moment I first met her, she has ALWAYS been kind, understanding and professional. She actually takes the time to listen to you (too many doctors and surgeons act like they don't have the time for you or want to listen to you). Her staff at Black Hills Plastic Surgery have all been so kind and professional, always ready to help you with what you need. After pregnancies with 3 big babies and 3 C-Sections, my midsection was never the same. It didn't matter how much I exercised or dieted my extra skin was going no where. I decided I wanted a tummy tuck. For me this is something I was a bit nervous about and had some anxiety. I didn't know if I wanted to do it, what would people think or say (society puts so much pressure on women and their bodies)? I also worried about the results, would it be good or would I be on an episode of BOTCHED? Living in Rapid City, you wonder if there is a good Plastic Surgeon here, or do I have to travel to a bigger city to get good results. These are all things I wondered and worried about. Well it turns out I didn't have to worry at ALL! Dr. Snyder CHANGED MY LIFE! I am 8 months post tummy tuck and my results are AMAZING! I haven't felt this good about my body since before I had children. Dr. Snyder is an AMAZING surgeon and we are so lucky that she is right here in Rapid City! I cannot give Dr. Snyder and her staff enough praise. She is amazing! You will NOT regret choosing her to help you with your surgery needs!
