I have seen Dr. Partington for various things for more than 10 years including a Tummy tuck and arm brachioplasty following a gastric bypass. In recent years, it has been for botox and various fillers. He is an excellent surgeon and has a wonderful bedside manner. In the office, he describes exactly what he's going to do and marks injection sites so you can make an informed decision. I would recommend him for surgery as well as facial procedures. I also like that he is a humanitarian and helps to create smiles around the world.

I gave Dr. Partington 2 stars because of his passion and credentials. I do feel it's important to share this experience. I have a Chronic medical condition called Crohn's Disease. My body heals much differently and I had this discussion with him. He was so passionate about helping me remove horrid scar tissue and a large scar vertically running across my entire abdomen with staple marks (looking like train tracks) from a historical surgeon gutting me like a fish and leaving in the staples too long. This was when I was 18-years of age. I am 38 this year (to give you an idea). I committed to a Tummy Tuck after speaking to my GI and Primary Care physician. Then to noticed he disregarded my personal knowledge of what my body needs/how it heals. I have been through 2 bowel resections; following instructions to a T without problems. Firstly, he disregarded/overpowered my concerns of being told to stand up straight right away/within a couple of days. I let him know I was fearful this would open the incision. He disagreed. I followed his instruction despite my own instincts and knowledge of my body, as he told me that was the "old way" of doing things and this is better; preventing being hunched over. I ended up having my incision open, 2 infections despite being extremely cleanly, and then a lump appeared above and to the right of my new belly button. I had to pack the opening several times per day, very specifically, for 4-months. Then, he did not want to offer pain management beyond a large amount of NSAIDS for a major surgery (please don't kid yourself, a tummy tuck is major). Due to my health condition, I cannot take NSAIDS, as they make me bleed. I expressed this and he would not budge, but gave me something called Ketorolac. When my primary care heard of this, she was not happy, saying that would be even worse and I would be bleeding out of my intestinal tract. I went ahead and did pain management with my primary doctor. Due to the complications, we did a second surgery to correct this. He gave me his word he would take out the bulge, knowing I was also predisposed to hernia's. All he did to this bulge, was put a needle in it and stating nothing came out so it could be fat cells or scar tissue that, if I massage, may dissipate. I had approximately just under one year of doing this before the correction surgery. At the pre-op appointment, he said we would be sure to fix it. Then, morning of the surgery, he told me he would not cut it out. He did not request any scans, and insisted on using a fat cannula to try and remove it. I asked three times, practically begging, for him to cut it out, so I would not be left with further complications. In his mind, he did not want to re-open me properly, but just use the fat cannula and fix the area. Here I am a year later and my support systems supported me in going back into the company he worked for at the time, Athenix, to get it checked. It felt like a baseball in my abdominal wall that was not getting better. After working with the head surgeon at Athenix, we did an ultrasound (very easy) to find out it is in fact a hernia I have been massaging down for a year, from the instruction of the nurses and him, as he was set that it "probably" was not a hernia. Now, I am looking at a 3rd surgery, more pain and suffering, loss of income, and the pain it has caused physically over the last couple years. I understand he believes in extreme tactics to motivate people to do the right thing; however, one size fits all is not the right thing medically. If you have a chronic medical condition and/or are having any doubt as to his way of doing things, I would caution you to do a consult with a different surgeon. When I did, I was told these are not instructions they would ever follow, as a tummy tuck is hard and the skin needs to be stretched over time. This was not just one surgeon, but two in conjunction with 3-other people who had this procedure telling me their instructions where to slowly stretch out the area.

$75 consultation visit for a Rhino. I was given a great hands-on explanation of the process as well as two quotes printed out. My contact however went completely AWOL and disappeared. I tried to reach the office on multiple occasions via email and phone with no response back. Almost felt like they were illegitimate or permanently closed or something. I had considered a tummy tuck for a while. After having 3 kids and living an active lifestyle it was finally time. I did a lot of research, not only online but also calling around. When I called Dr. Partington's office I was greeted with professionalism and no worries about answering any questions online. Once I booked my consult there I was greeted with friendly staff, who made it seem personable, even asking about my kid's hobbies. He is honest with the pros and risks of having the surgery and no question is off limits. when surgery day came I had my husband with me. he sat down and explained what to expect with him both before and recovery. I am currently 1-week post op and had a drainless tummy tuck done. The 1st few days were as expected in terms of recovery but now I feel my energy coming back and getting stronger each day. One thing I did like was he does a more natural non narcotic approach to recovery. I would recommend Dr. Partington to who ever is considering getting a treatment done.

I went to see Dr. Partington for a labiaplasty. I have hated the look and the pain that came with my given anatomy. I sought out a plastic surgeon through google and I am so glad I came across Dr. Partington. There was not one part of the process where I did not feel fully taken care of. From consultation to surgery follow-up, they made me feel comfortable. They were a wealth of knowledge and I never felt pushed and actually felt the doctor took the time to really hear me and lay out options for me. Dr. Partington and his team always greet you with a warm smile and a great hug. That type of bedside manner is important to me. I am a week out from surgery and I want to either go back for another surgery or ask the entire clinic to be my friend...I just love being around their professional, fun and caring atmosphere. Dr. Partington did an amazing job! I am exactly the size that I had wanted with quite literally a 24hr recovery to a point. I was driving 24 hours after once anesthesia had worn off. He and his team were always available to answer any questions or concerns I may have had. Don't let the word recovery fool you though.... I felt amazing given the procedure I had done. There was still a recovery process to go through, which was nothing compared to what people I know have gone through with other methods. I would 10 out of 10 recommend to anyone who is wanting to go bigger to at the very least schedule a consultation here and consider the 24hr recovery!

got a breast reduction about a year and a half ago from Dr. Partington. While the procedure went well, there was very little follow up afterwards. Also, I had asked for a significantly more intense reduction that what I actually got. I still have large breasts that hurt my back because he did not take out the amount I asked for in all of the consultations (it ended up not being covered by insurance because not enough was taken out, as well). Honestly would not recommend going here for a breast reduction as I would have much preferred if he just listened to what I had wanted and given me that. Now I will likely have to pay for a whole other breast reduction later in life. Safety wise? I felt safe through the process. End result? Truly just overall dissatisfied.

If you have a consultation scheduled anywhere else, cancel it! Partington Plastic surgery is where you NEED to have your surgery or procedure done. Here is why... Before I had kids, my breasts were larger in size (full 36 C) and firm and perky. After having kids, they were very small (barely a 34 A) and very saggy. I have wanted breast implants for over 3 1/2 years, since I gave birth to my first child. Once I decided for sure that this surgery was right for me, I scheduled a consultation with a surgeon in my area. I was so excited for my appointment and had very high hopes. Unfortunately, the consultation was one of the worst experiences I have had in a doctor's office in my life, (if not the worst). Most of the appointment was spent talking about how much I dislike my breasts. I was not able to meet the surgeon that would be performing my procedure. The doctor who meet with me for the consultation doesn't practice any longer. The office was outdated and it was obvious that the staff was just there to "do their job." It was a very disappointing and discouraging visit. I thought possibly that it was a sign that I shouldn't get the surgery after all. When I got home, I researched all of the surgeons in western Washington. I scheduled several consultations. The reason I chose to schedule a consultation with Dr. Partington is because of his many years of experience, impressive credentials, and the fact that Partington Plastic Surgery was voted (by the people) as the number one plastic surgeon in western Washington for 2014 and 2015! I was very impressed by that and figured that there must be many good reasons why so many people were ranting and raving about this surgeon and his staff. When I called to make my appointment, the staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and answered all of my questions with patience. The office itself is quite lovely and all of the staff are genuinely friendly and helpful. The decor is beautiful and the atmosphere is peaceful. Every time I have been there, I have been politely offered water or coffee. The entire time you are there, the staff does anything they can to make you more comfortable. My consultation started with deciding which type of implant is right for me. Partington Plastic Surgery has state of the art implants - the best implants available on the market today. The other surgeon that I went to did not have these implants and I know that they are not available everywhere. You will also be impressed by their "Twilight Sedation" technique. Once you decide what type/size you think is best for you, it's time to meet the surgeon. My first reaction to Dr. Partington is that he has a very welcoming presence. He is obviously intelligent and skilled but he is also quite personable. Rather than towering over me, he sat in the chair next to my husband and answered any questions that we had. It was more of a conversation than a typical patient-doctor interaction. He spent quite a bit of time with me and I never felt rushed. The day of surgery he was there with a reassuring hug and encouraging words. You will not regret choosing Partington! It was such a wonderful experience for me from beginning to end. Everything they do is about you and I felt so special throughout the process. I was given a medical facial and Botox for free for choosing them. Day of surgery they sent me home with a wonderful "recovery box" full of thoughtful goodies. At my one week follow up I was sent home with beautiful flowers in a glass vase. These are all things they are not required to do but definitely part of what sets them apart from their competitors. Choose Partington! You will not be disappointed!

After much research for Doctors, details of procedures, cost etc I finally went with Dr. Partington at this Center. I had the "mommy make-over" after losing almost 100 pounds 13 years ago and keeping the weight off, I decided it was time to do something for me. I opted to do both the breast lift and tummy tuck at the same time. Dr. Partington and his staff are phenomenal! Dr. Partington called me after business hours and even provided his personal phone number in case I needed to contact him. The initial consultation took about 1 hour and he was very thorough, even drawing things out, which was both funny and helpful. My follow up care with his nurse and him has been great. He and his staff really seem to care about their patients and you do not feel rushed or like you are just another person to see for the day and get out the door. I would highly recommend this Center, I do not regret anything.

Over the course of the last 10 years I have lost 130+lbs and had been nervous about getting a procedure done hoping things would naturally correct themselves to a point I would be satisfied since I was younger. That didn’t happen and after having a total of 5 consultations I chose Dr Partington. My first impression was that he was very attentive given that I filled out the consultation form on their website around 11pm and within 30 minutes I got a text from his personal cell that was obviously not a generic template text. I knew if I chose him and something came up he would be quick to respond if he responded that quickly to a consultation. Next came the actual consultation. I’m prone to ask a lot of questions out of an abundance of caution and it can often frustrate and annoy people because they seem redundant or out of the blue. Also I should mention this was my first surgery ever so add on top of that my nerves. He took his time, didn’t rush anything and answered the laundry list of questions I had come in with ready to ask after having already visited 4 other plastic surgeons. He cared about getting me the best result knowing the time and work I had taken to get where I was. I ultimately ended up choosing him because he took his time, didn’t rush, gave me a clear understanding of what to expect and didn’t skimp on the details. He is someone who seems to genuinely care about making a positive impact on people and improving their quality of life. Even after choosing him he took a FaceTime follow up to address some more of my questions and finally at my pre-op was so kind to take almost an hour and a half to be very clear as to what I needed to do post op, dispel my concerns and give me perspective to calm me down. The surgery ended up going perfectly. He called me the evening after to check on me and make sure I was doing well. The results were exactly as he had described when we met initially for this first round of surgery and I am currently 1 month post op and feeling great. There is some light swelling and numbness that was to be expected but visually the results are great. Also a shout out to Jess at their front desk for taking my calls and being so helpful and accommodating.

I love these guys!! They make you feel like family as soon as you walk in. As soon as you walk in the door you get greeted by adorable Jessica, she is the bomb! The key take away here is they will only do what's best for you, no more no less..... they are not trying to just get the most $$ out of us. They don't short change you when they do your procedure, actually take their time, never rushed! Here's how it all started. I went over to Sonobello Dec 2016 for a consultation, I came out of there with a $12,000 quote for a mini facelift. I then decided to get another opinion so I went to Dr. Partington's in Kirkland for a consultation. Dr Windle said he could do the facelift, but it's not really fixing the main problem. I was like WHAAAT!, irritated the other place just wanted my $$$! I had lots of sun damage, big pours, loose skin, my skin texture was a mess! I decided to do a $3,000 procedure, called Phenol Peel. I looked it up and read up on it to get a better understanding and agreed! I was down for a couple weeks, minimal pain and the results were amazing and worth it! I have continued seeing Dr Partington since 2017 for preventative maintenance ( Botox, Fillers, skin laser and Micro-needling) and I'm still just under the $12,000 quote from Sonobello! Look no further, this is the place to go! My Esthetician Carly is Fabulous! She totally takes her time with you and loves when you ask questions. When I think of Dr. Partington Grateful comes to mind. I was so fortunate to have found a very skilled and brilliant Surgeon. And Kind! I had done much research and truthfully didn't feel completely comfortable until I met Dr. P. and his staff.. I had severe capsular contracture resulting from a previous breast augmentation several years ago. After consulting with Dr. Partington I decided to have a breast implant removal and exchange. It was not an easy decision but I couldn't be happier with the results. I know I made the right decision. I am post 5 weeks now and haven't had any concerns. The follow up care they provide is excellent. I am doing great! The staff are all so very caring and knowledgeable.
