I recently had a surgery here from Dr Turner, and the nurses in this facility are amazing. They make you feel so comfortable and taken care of post op. I was so happy with the care I received here. I hope if I ever have surgery again, I am in the care of Maples Surgical again. The front desk girl is extremely friendly and welcoming as well. One critique tho - they could have comfier waiting room chairs. Considering I had to wait 1.5 hours before surgery, my back was pretty sore after about 30 minutes of sitting. But otherwise an amazing and clean facility!

It would be hard to imagine a worse surgical experience for my son. Medically everything was great, but the patient experience was horrible. I would be hardpressed to return if further surgical procedures are required.

WARNING!! BEWARE !! CAUTION !! My experience with Dr.Edward W Buchel and his assistant Tora, was horribly excruciating. I DO NOT RECOMMEND anyone use this surgeon. I was lucky enough to cancel everything before this surgeon had the opportunity to turn my surgical experience, into an even worse NIGHTMARE than already manifested !!! I would not trust this surgeon. If you are already with this surgeon, GET EVERYTHING IN WRITING !!! EVERY WORD !!! In my opinion: DANGER...USE AT OWN RISK. Can we say "Deniability" boys and girls?

The staff here were amazing to my 5 year old and I. My 5 year old was literally excited to go in for surgery because they made it so inviting and relaxing for us. All of the staff here get a 5 star rating from us, and I want them to know that they chose the right career making a difference in the lives of many children/people.

Appointment time was for noon arrived at 11:50 ...its now 12:48pm ...when I asked the gentleman sitting here what time his Appointment was for he said 12:15 w same Dr ...20 min later they take him in before me so I asked why he went in before me and the answer was because he arrived at 11:45 and was waiting longer....so is that how it works now? You arrived earlier and u get ahead of other scheduled appointments...I also had my 3 month old w me

My two year old had surgery here with Dr. Jones today. Our entire experience was beyond amazing. From the moment we walked in, the receptionist was so kind, engaged with my daughter. Each new nurse or doctor we met, were outstanding. They were dancing with my daughter, making her feel safe and uplifted. Such a wonderful experience and I would recommend this clinic to any of my friends and family. Thank you so much for making us feel so safe and welcome!

It seems they only treat patients to 5 star service if the patient is paying directly out of their own pocket. If the surgery is being covered by Manitoba Health be prepared for a horrendous, excruciatingly painful experience on every level imaginable from start to finish. Expect the bare minimum of care. You could honestly expect better treatment in a third world country. It's impossible to overstate the utter lack of care, concern and compassion. Unbelievable and unacceptable. I wouldn't trust this place with a dead gerbil.
