Like everyone else we appreciate everything Kelowna health. And everything they do for so many people that need the help. But the public only knows the basics of a very large complicated , resource Giant. If more people knew how to access the resources. They could help twice as many. The methadone clinic used to be a two yr wait. Which is a death sentence for a out of control addict. Methadone bis so misunderstood. But I know for a fact it works. And saves thousands of families every year. Thank you Dr Ketch for all you have done.

Outstanding surgeon, and outstanding medical staffs! I had a great experience from start to finish with Dr. Cho, and Okanagan Health Surgical Centre staffs. I had suffered from Spinal Stenosis since July 2019 and I came across Dr. Cho. I had spine surgery (Lumbar 4-5 Discectomies and Decompressions) in June 22, 2020 in Kelowna and I couldn’t be happier with Dr. Cho, and OHSC's staffs. The surgery was pretty extensive. Although it is taking time to heal, I definitely feel I am on the right track. Barb, RN, called and checked my condition everyday after the surgery. And, Okanagan Health Surgical Centre provided their wheelchair for me for two weeks. Dr. Cho is a rock star in the world of back surgery. He and his team is so kind, considerate, patient, prompt, and extremely good at what they do. Dr. Cho is a spine surgeon with passion and purpose. The foundation of his practice is giving his patients the knowledge to make the best decision for themselves. I also experienced great follow up. I highly recommend Dr. Cho! I can not thank him enough for! My blessing is a honor to be his patient.

Dr. Dielwart was thorough and caring. She is the only doctor amongst many orthopedic surgeons to explain the congenital issue leading to need for hip replacements It was fun watching her coach the resident she was supervising.

I had a really good experience with you guys. My surgery was booked close to a week of me wanting my surgery, everyone was really knowledgeable and comforting on the day of the surgery. Dr. Meathrel did a very nice job I am super pleased with the outcome. It was quick and the aftermath was less to no pain, didn’t even really need to take pain medication. Thank you very much.

Excellent service all round. Gal bladder removal received within 2 weeks from initial consultation. Top quality staff. Everything was explained to me and each of the key staff introduced themselves to me and answered my questions and concerns. Would not hesitate to use again if the need should arise.

Surgery went well the after care wasn't quite as good. The required pain meds was conflicted. This caused me to deal with couple of large blocks of pain which made things much more difficult then they needed to be. Would have rather done some self management.

I recently had back surgery by Dr. Cho for intractable pain caused by a synovial cyst. I was immediately free of pain after surgery. The incredible kindness,help,professionalism and academic excellence of the Anaesthetist Dr. Alastair Duncan made a difficult scenario workable. The Nursing staff were absolutely tops and as a retired GP/surgeon I was blown away by this centre of excellence .
