Dr O’Grady diagnosed a tumour in my finger after I had broken it. If it wasn’t for his diligence and experience, it would have gone unnoticed. He scheduled me for surgery and performed it. The recovery was quick and successful!
I had carpel surgery 2 months ago and now have full use of my dominant hand. The relief I have had since the surgery has made me a very thankful man. Thanks to staff and Dr O’grady.
I recently got a breast reduction / lift from Dr. Kevin O'Grady. I was extremely nervous at first as I had friends who had breast reductions from other surgeons that didn't go so well. My first appointment with Dr. O'Grady, he made me feel very comfortable and answered all my questions and concerns, and explained to me the whole process, to which I explained to him I had very bad anxiety and nervous about the whole surgery itself. The day of the surgery I didn't think he would remember me telling him about my surgery but as soon as he saw me he asked how I was feeling and how my anxiety was, I felt a relief knowing he remembered my concerns and assured me everything would be ok, and that he would hold my hand to calm my nerves. To which he literally held my hand until I was out from the anesthetic. My breasts look absolutely incredible, and I couldn't be more satisfied with them, he did a phenomenal job! I even showed a couple of my girlfriends who have had a breast reductions in the past and they all can't believe what an amazing job he did and how small the insitions are. Also would like to add the secretaries at Dr. O'Grady's office have been so sweet and helpful! I will be going back to him for any future procedures!
I called today about getting liposuction I was told I had to pay 160 consultation but if my doctor sent a review it would be free its covid then the girl hung up on me wow not very professional wow not impressive
Was sent here for an appointment for my grandfather wrongfully by secretary from family doctor (was supposed to go to a different address at different doctor) but the receptionist was super caring and made several calls to try and help us figure out if we were wrong for sure/where we should be.
well my journey started about 3 months with a visit to my dermatologist who is brilliant dr kanjee ,i previously had cancer on my nose about 8 years ago and had to get an operation at toronto m.o.s clinic ,they removed a the cancer but left a fair size scar, happy but being on your nose visible obvious.so always checking my nose for more cancer i thought i found another mark and asked my dermatologist to inspect ,she did think it was cancer but unless you do a biopsy you can never be 100 percent sure, most doctors would just do a small biopsy right in there office then if cancer they have to take more off ,i was very worried about what the end result would look like , she said it would be much better for me to see a very good plastic surgeon she highly recomended dr o,grady thank god she did ,he was amazing explaining the course he would like to take to try to avoid surgery,i was taken back ,by his concern to try to avoid surgery i think he is amazing to do that ,most surgeons would probably just taken a biopsy ,i think..but he put on a new product a cream to be applied for three months which attacked the area very aggressively cleared any cancer that was possibly there,im so thankful to dr o,grady for what he done for me i really think he is an amazing doctor extremely knowledgeable and caring he deserves more than five stars ,happy to be cancer free...

I had an appointment with him in his office. As lots of people may know, it is not very comfortable for women to show certain parts to others, he was extremely professional and explained everything. Told me the truth regarding the procedure and made a feel of trust on me for becoming his patient.
Dr. O'Grady did a procedure on me and I am very pleased. He is very professional and explained everything so I had no surprises. He was punctual in my office visits and hospital surgery. I would highly recommend him.
I done with him Tommy tuck and will do a breast lift on Jan, really happy with my result. He did a fantastic job and will recommend him to anyone who wants to do tummy tuck.
Dr O'Grady has great bedside manner, sense of humour, and I am very pleased with my breast reduction and post-surgery care. His office staff are helpful, friendly and make you feel very comfortable. Highly recommend.
He can’t even treat people or patient. Am very disappointed
The staff are wonderful, and seem always there to help . Not a wonder why these folks are so busy
Very professional and excellent results! Pleasant and friendly! Does not oversell! Definitely my plastic surgeon of choice and I have tried a few.
Dr. O Grady is a great guy, very knowledgeable and honest. Would definitely recommend him. ????????
According to the reviews, Dr. O’Grady is very professional and clients are very pleased with his performance. I am unable to judge him as a doctor as I didn't get the procedure done, however I did encounter an unpleasant situation with Dr. O’Grady’s office. The night prior to my surgery I became ill, and despite this fact I showed up at the clinic the next morning and asked to reschedule the procedure after explaining my situation, hoping it will be simple and painless. To my unpleasant surprise, the secretary advised that rescheduling the surgery will cost an additional $100 on top of the initial $100 facility fee I had paid. As per their policy, a 3 weeks’ notice is required to cancel/change your surgery date, otherwise this fee is not refundable. I understand company policy, however nobody can predict if he or she will be sick in the next three weeks, and if Mr. O’Grady and his staff can show me someone who can I will pay any amount they will ask. Maybe this $100 will make Dr. O’Grady richer and happier. Needless to say I felt that I was talking to robots as opposed to humans as my feelings were completely ignored, and as it is turned out, I ended up having to pay a facility fee for not using the facility. It makes absolutely no sense. So folks keep in mind, before you book anything with this clinic, try to predict every possible and unpredictable situation.
I wanted to write this review as a way to help other consumer’s in the future seeking cosmetic assistance. After contacting the clinic with the hopes of correctly minor scarring, I was referred to a medical aesthetician named Kimberely Dicianna. I underwent a large array of ineffective treatments from Kimberely and had spent nearly $4000 over this time frame on procedures that did not work. In appointments, I was made to believe that the scarring I had would not go away due to reasons such as “dehydration,” “humidity,” or from not using the proper creams. I was always made to believe that there was something wrong with me and not the treatments I was paying for. When before and after photographs were shown to Kimberely, it was stated that a photograph does not show anything or that I was taking the photograph at a “reflective angle” and that is why I was still seeing the scarring. Additionally, I have evidence to support the fact that the before and after photographs Kimberely sent of my scarring were photographically altered as seeming possible attempt to make me believe that her treatments were working. The majority of the holidays off work were spent in isolation alone healing from procedures that can be shown through photographic evidence to be ineffective. After several attempts to contact Dr. O'Grady, I received no response to my e-mails and have since contacted several Ministries’ regarding my treatment at the offices. Financially, I feel that my rights have also been violated. It was promised to me by Kimberely over text message that I would require three to five treatments for the scarring to be permanently non-visible. Many procedures paid for, such as A-PRP, Plexr, micro needling, CLF, Co2, and IPL, will show through photographic evidence to have been ineffective. Additionally, the amount of time that I took off of work, travel time, mileage on my car, and gas that it took to commute to the clinic and back for ineffective procedures will show to be another consideration in regards to financial effect and to hopefully make other consumers more mindful if considering traveling to this clinic. At the office, I also felt violated emotionally. My own friends, co-workers, neighbours, and family have stated that there has been no visible improvement following ineffective procedures and these observations made me feel embarrassed. When I showed up to my last appointment this year, after booking the time off of work, no treatment to the requested area of concern was administered and the majority of the four hours spent at the clinic was on attempts to gaslight, project, and shift blame on to me. Furthermore, if a concern for a procedure not working was ever brought up to Kimberely in our sessions, it would result in me receiving the silent treatment or through the use of intimidation tactics, such as slamming cupboards or instruments in the cosmetic surgery rooms at your offices. I would be yelled at for bringing up concerns. The yelling would be so loud that I was worried that the individuals in the other surgical rooms would hear. I would feel humiliated and cry. There was never any apology offered and I would again be made to believe that there was something wrong with me and not on the treatments administered. It was my hope that the above mentioned matters could be resolved by the owner but no attempt at a resolution was ever made. Again, it is my hope that the experiences I have had at this clinic can be of help to others in the future who plan on obtaining services with an aesthetician.
