I had two surgeries with Dr Thompson. She is very knowledgeable, extremely caring, honest and very professional. I had gyno surgery first time and had tummy tuck yesterday. She gives you realistic expectations unlike another surgeon I dealt with. She is an outstanding surgeon. Office staff and nurses are amazing too. Overall everyone is friendly and I highly recommend.

I am giving 4 stars for the services of my BBL provided by my technician Melissa . She was kind and very professional. But I would give no stars to the service as far as Incognito MediSpa management . They were to deduct the consultation fees as they had stated would happen at my first appointment. I followed the timeline of booking my appointment provided from the Spa and they would not honor (wavering this amount). It was very disappointing and expensive , and I will not be returning because of this. I will go elsewhere for any follow-ups. I was not the only person that was effected by this management decision. Poor customer service.

Paid consultation fee of $100+ only to be hassled when I called back to ask for the price of another service and be told that they cannot provide this information. What kind of business is this!? Cannot tell you the price of of microneedling because you asked about IPL when you had your consultation? Wow. Extremely unprofessional and worst customer service I have encountered in this industry. Will not return for ANY service and will forgo the consultation fee because I cannot risk losing more money to this business. They clearly are very comfortable ignoring clients requests. Will go elsewhere, many better places in the region - ie the Ottawa Skin Clinic What would alleviate my concerns regarding this unfortunate situation would be a full refund of my consultation fee.

I had a breast augmentation on June 30th with Dr. Germain, he is very professional, he listens to you and strives to get the results you are hoping for!! I trusted his opinion and am so happy I did, he surpassed my expectations! I am day 4 post op and I LOVE my results so far!!! I would highly recommend Dr. Germain, he and his staff are AMAZING! And very knowledgeable!! Thank you for making this soon to be 50 year old a very happy lady!!
