This was my first visit to this office and I was so impressed when I walked in. Their displays were neatly placed out and I loved that they have essential oil diffusers throughout the office. I was welcomed by the medical esthetician Dariele and she was just a joy. We talked skin care and what my best options were to keep my skin healthy and looking youthful. We did a dermaplane (first timer) and OMG my skin has never felt better. I will be switching over to this office for my injectables as well! Top notch!

My experience started with an appointment to have work done on my face to reduce the lines and wrinkles on my face, caused by years of smoking, and working in the sun. I was told that Botox injections would not work, that my face was perfect for a total lift, but I would have to first have laser treatments to my face. But before I could have those treatments, I needed to use $500 worth of their products for skin care. I faithfully used their products, except for two, the one jar I was unable to open, no one else could either, and the pads that went with the unopened jars. I never saw any difference in my skin with the use of those products, but I scheduled myself for the laser treatments, because they wouldn't do the lift without this Halo treatment and another similar treatment after. I paid in full on my first visit, I remember it was between $3000 and $4000. I need to say here that I have Multiple Sclerosis, and upon the morning of the procedure I was called by the office, and it was explained to me that the call was to ensure there would be nothing to interfere with the work to be done. I was told that I would have to be very careful not to sweat, as that would be bad for this freshly lasered skin. Immediately I knew I had to reschedule, as I was going through an MS flair up, and was having profuse sweating on my scalp, and no way to control it at the time. I was told yes I could reschedule, but all the money I had paid into them would be forfeited. For a moment the air left my lungs, that was a lot of money I had paid. They explained that 2 hours of time had been blocked off for me, and being as they could not fill that spot with someone else for the day, they would be keeping my money. A couple of months after this I called to make another appointment, again I was told I would be perfect for a face lift, (which was what I still wanted) but laser treatments would have to be done first so that my skin would be easier to work with. 2 weeks prior to my next appointment which was scheduled for this past Jan 19 2022, I had been exposed to covid, and was experiencing symptoms. I called to reschedule this appointment until I was sure that my household and myself would be past this awful virus. Even though I called 2 weeks prior, I was told that I would not be getting a refund of the thousands of dollars I had paid, again, for this service. Apparently 2 weeks notice is still not acceptable to reschedule regardless of the reason. I wonder if I had just gone in for the appointment and coughed and sneezed all over the place, if they would have asked me to reschedule or returned my money. I find this type of customer service, not very professional, and a little more than mercenary. As if my work would not be the priority, just the money. The took close to $10,000 from me, and I received nothing in return.

Dr. Yonick answered all of my questions. He KNEW I wouldn't like any of his answers but he told me the truth any way! He didn't rush me once I couldn't get what I wanted. The service his staff provided was outstanding! Unmatched by any other doctor's office I've been to. They treated me as if my time was as important to them as it is to me. I was barely done looking over my paperwork when they called me in. They didn't shuffle me off to a room and take forever to come examine me which I greatly appreciated. The atmosphere was professional and welcoming! I recommend you give them a try they offer more options than plastic surgery. Don't take my word for it, make an appointment and see for yourself !

Prior to choosing a facility, I researched multiple offices in Midland and Bay City. Yonick Plastic Surgery was the only facility that had a board certified plastic surgeon who owned and operated the business, all while performing many of the procedures himself. Initially I met with Dr. Yonick and his certified nurse practitioner and they both put my mind at ease. I was unsure of where to begin with my journey towards youthful skin, and they were able to provide me with multiple options, but ultimately helped me decide on the best plan based on my budget and expectations. While Dr. Yonick was extremely knowledgeable, Karen Yonick, APRN was the star of the show. Karen was flexible with my schedule, highly intelligent, and very personable. She performed all of the procedures herself and I couldn’t be happier with the outcome. Karen was very meticulous and took her time with me. I never felt rushed or felt like i was a burden. After my procedures Karen provided me with an inexpensive skin care regimen that takes less than than three minutes to complete. I would only trust my skin with knowledgeable, educated, experts and I found all of that and more at Yonick Plastic Surgery.

This place is great the service is fantastic I would give it 5 *** reviews. There is one lady called Caren she always have this rude attitude. First time to visit the place I assumed was just one of those days we all have never took it personal second time which today I went back to get something and still same bloody attitude although I did get what I needed with the help of a lovely polite receptionist I felt like I was out of place. I’m ot sure if this Caren owns the place and even if she might be the owner whom I don’t know she should try to have positive attitude towards clients business for people. Very disappointed will never step my foot in that facility unless she no longer work their. The office gave me much lower prices when I called to compare pricing with my Florida plastic surgeon. Jill suggested I pay a $75 consultation fee and input photos into the patient portal. The pricing came back almost DOUBLE! I called back to decline the consultation with the doctor and inquire about getting my money back. I was told the doctor would NOT perform the surgery I wanted. He would only perform the more expensive surgery. I felt it was a big waste of my time and money contacting the office!

HORRIBLE communication from office staff!!! Our son was dropped due to the staff not communicating lab values to the doctor. When called out, they just refuse to talk or take responsibility for their inaction. Incredibly unprofessional, and now our son’s care is back dated over 4 months!!! Be careful going there and trusting this office!!!

My recent visit to Yonick Plastic Surgery was a very professional and uplifting experience. When I arrived I was greeted by Kelly. I quickly felt comfortable and she made me feel like, at that moment, I was all that mattered to her. The appointment was for juvederm fillers. My main concern was around my mouth. There were a lot of lines and an old injury issue, that as I aged seemed to worsen. I was then greeted by Ashlee Pitt who was to be administering my treatments. She was very friendly but very professional and explained to me what was going to take place in detail. And while she was working on me, she made sure that I was comfortable. After the injections were completed, she handed me a mirror so that I could visualize what was done. I was so overwhelmed by the change, though subtle....exactly what i was hoping for! Ashlee gave to me my confidence again. She made my mirror my friend again!! There are no words to express to Ashlee and Yonick Plastic Surgery how grateful I am for giving me my smile back! I had the Forever Clear BBL done by Karen. At 32 years old, I suffer from adult hormonal acne. I was nervous about how this treatment would feel. Karen calmed my nerves and was very professional and informative about the steps she was taking. Dr. Yonick, his staff and facility are all phenomenal. I was seen for a breast lift and augmentation. From start to finish I felt like all my concerns & needs were addressed. Everything was explained in great detail, and 3D imaging was used at my consultation (which was great to put things into perspective). I am really blown away by the results and would recommend Dr. Yonick over and over again for this procedure. Many people asked me why I didn’t travel down state for a surgeon. But why would I travel downstate when I have a double board certified, talented & compassionate surgeon in my backyard!?
