I can not say enough about the environmnet and staff at this facility. They immediately make you feel at home and comfortable and are well versed in explaining procedures and expectations to you in a way that makes you feel knowledgable and calm about your decisions. Dr. Williams is everything a professional should be. He just has an ease about him that makes you feel safe and secure throughout the entire experience. He is honest and knowledgable about giving suggestions and doesn't over exaggerate expectations. My procedures (Botox, filler injections on the face), however far exceeded my expectations and I am more than pleased with the results! They are natural and rejuvenating. If you are currently researching for a plastic surgeon, you need look no longer. You have found the one you should use.

I had used Dr Williams for a surgery over 3 years ago. I was so pleased with my experience that I knew it was exactly where I wanted to go for any of my beauty needs. I saw Ali (NP) to take care of some age lines that started coming up. She was so great with my consultation! She answered all my questions patiently and thoroughly. I told her my concern areas and the effect I was going for and she knew exactly how to make it happen. My results were perfect! I couldn’t be happier. I went back this week to get some filler and she again gave wonderful advice and assured me a very natural result. It’s been just 3 days and I already feel that the small amount of swelling I did have is resolved. I already trust her so much and will definitely be going back for future touch ups. As always, all the ladies in the office were so friendly and welcoming. I travel just over an hour to go to this office and I don’t mind a bit because it’s so important to go somewhere you know will get it right the first time and where you feel welcome. ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!! I could not be happier with my results only 8 weeks out! My breast augmentation looks so natural no one would know I had anything done! And my belly button still looks like my natural bellybutton!! That was the one thing was most worried about and he did an amazing job!! Dr. Williams is a wonderful doctor, and his employees are literally the most welcoming and kind staff I've ever came encounter with. NP Lindsay is the BEST!!! The facility is nice and always clean, and I never have to wait more than 10 minutes to be seen. He has his own Day Surgery Center so you don't have to go to the hospital for surgery. I would recommend this place to anyone!!

All I can say is that I am absolutely blown away by Dr. Williams and his staff. I couldn't imagine going to anyone else for my procedure. I'm not the type of person to leave reviews for services or products but I couldn't let this go unsaid. Dr. Williams' RN, Kate, just blew my mind with her professionalism and comforting personality. Marsha handled my insurance needs quick, efficiently, and with such ease. Dr. Williams has a bedside manner like no other. Surgery is scary. Dr, Williams is so professional and knows how to put his patients at ease during such a stressful time. I never once got the impression that Dr. Williams was rushing through any part of my procedure, from the consultation to post-op. I had no doubt that with his meticulous attitude and need for perfection that I would be extremely pleased with my results and he exceeded my expectations by a long shot. Dr. Williams even called me from his personal cell phone the evening after my surgery to check in on me. Simply put... you'll be making a mistake if you go to anyone else. Dr. Williams IS your plastic surgeon.

Never actually seen a doctor. Just a PA who ask for advice from an assistant. She removed a precancerous area from my leg and wouldn't allow me to relax while removing it; she incessantly ask me to hold my leg up while she removed the area the result was an extreme amount of bruising. Also they did a treatment they referred to as lumens on my chest NEVER DO THAT! Fluid leakage came from my chest for days extreme rashes. I went back when the rash was all the way around my neck. They told me to take benadryl it finally cleared. I was called the next day. But they were told in advance I had problems with allergies. I wasn't happy with the care I received there!!!
