Would not recommend! I thought I did alot of research when shopping for a plastic surgeon to help assist with a mommy makeover and boy was I wrong. I went in and had a procedure done that left me with loose skin....still...after the procedure! How many of thousands of dollars this office made off of me and didn't get the "problem" area taken care of. I addressed my concerns to the doctor and my feelings and concerns were ignored. Oh, I was told I could come back in for liposuction, yet again, more money I'm giving to them. I understand everyone's body are different I came in with loose skin and left with loose skin. Upset and broke, this was such a joke and biggest regret ever!

There is not enough stars to give Dr. Ayoub and his staff. I had a double mastectomy with reconstruction a year and a half ago. My first plastic surgeon (Deanna Armstrong) didn't do a good job at all . I didn't think anyone could fix the mistakes of my prior surgeon. A friend of my mom's recommend Dr. Ayoub and I'm so thankful for this. I went for a consultation. He was honest and very compassionate about his work. He told me he would try to help me but there was no promises. I wanted my life back and I was tired of hiding in tshirts and being uncomfortable. I scheduled surgery and guess what? I look great. He blew my expectations away. He is GREAT at what he does and I HIGHLY recommend him. I am so happy that I found Dr. Ayoub. Thank you so much for giving me my life back❤️❤️❤️

Any time you have a surgery that is elective in nature, it can cause some nervousness. His office is organized and his team (Selena, Audrey, and Amber The Awesome) were patient, thorough, and efficient. Dr. Ayoub was great at explaining everything that would be done. Amber helped fill out all my paperwork for leave from my work. My surgery was exactly as I wanted. If I ever need any plastic surgeries, I will be coming back to Dr. Ayoub.

I can not say enough about my entire experience at Dr. Ayoub’s office, 5 stars doesn’t do it justice. I inquired about both a surgical procedure and laser hair removal, and from the very first contact the staff were absolutely wonderful. Everyone there is so friendly and professional, the office is clean and beautiful, and they are extremely efficient. Dr. Ayoub was so professional and kind, and gave me realistic advice and expectations. He is very straightforward, answered all of my questions, and seemed genuinely excited to be working with me on a procedure that I wanted for so long. He made sure I knew what I was getting into and had all of the information I needed to make a well informed decision. There was no pressure after my free consultation to schedule anything... I actually went back and forth about it for months, and they were not pushy at all. Then they worked with me to make sure that my procedure/recovery would work with my work and school schedule. The PA Amber is THE BEST. She answered all of my questions prior to my procedure and really prepared me for what to expect afterwards. She was also there when I had my procedure and I was SO relieved to see her there. I felt like I was in the best hands... it was like taking a friend into surgery with me! My procedure went perfectly, and I could already tell on post op day 1 that I was going to LOVE my results. (I do!) Dr. Ayoub checked on me several times afterwards and was genuinely concerned about my comfort. Amber also did my laser hair removal. I tried it once before at a different facility and it hurt, didn’t work, and left a terrible rash/burn on my face so I was really nervous to try it again. I had a completely different experience at Dr. Ayoub’s office. Amber is the hair removal expert! They have the best equipment, numbed the area first so it was not uncomfortable at all, and I noticed significant results after just one treatment. I’m going to continue getting treatments on different areas just so I have an excuse to keep going back to the office to see everyone... and also I’m LOVING the results. I have been an RN for a long time. I’m a difficult patient and a really tough critic. I would absolutely go back to Dr. Ayoub for all future cosmetic procedures, and would refer all family and friends to him as well.

I made the decision to have a tummy tuck because after three pregnancies I was left with excess skin, I had a very bad scar above my bellybutton and I had problems with my pelvis. I was visiting several surgeons. I think everyone in the Omaha area and when I had my appointment with dr.Nagi T. Ayoub, I knew that he was the one what I liked most about Nagi was that from the beginning he tells you things as they are all the staff is too friendly at all times dr.Ayoub is very profecional the Where I do the surgery, I'm really surprised I had another surgery with another surgeon here in Omaha and the truth was not anything professional but with Dr.Ayoub it was incredible, the best decision I made in my life. When I decided to pursue my Breast Lift/Implants I attended consultations at 3 local practices. Westfield Plastics/Dr. Ayoub was a referral for me from a close friend, and they completely blew the other competitors out of the water at my initial appointment. The staff was incredibly personable and took the time to make me feel comfortable from the get-go. During the initial consult, Dr. Ayoub spent 30 minutes with me and answered every one of my questions (I always have a ton). After listening to what I wanted out of the procedure and how I wanted to feel and look, as well as my lifestyle and activities, he provided a recommendation to best achieve these goals. Dr. Ayoub didn't push his views on me - he partnered with me to find the best option. He even presented additional options for lifts that would leave less scarring - something no other consult did. The consultation finished with simulation photos and time with sample implants - crucial to me and something other offices did not do. This added step allowed me to really understand why I would likely look like with the procedure. The day of the surgery and all follow-up appointments were no different. The staff is warm and welcoming and continued to answer my questions without hesitation or irritation. They were able to get me in for same-day appointments to address pulling out some problem stitches (common for this procedure) and made me feel comfortable and confident every step of the way. One last thing that I think is really important - Dr. Ayoub includes your partner in appointments (not that it's their choice or required), but it really helped my husband understand the procedure, how he could help and feel included everything. They even had conversations about topics outside of my surgery and at the end of the day, he loved him as much as I did.

I had a breast augmentation done by Dr.MItchell Henry from Lincoln about 10 years ago and it went horribly wrong. My breast were originally about a cup different in sizes, and he had put in the bigger implant in the bigger breast. Once he admitted to his fault, I had to go back in for surgery at his cost. I never felt good about my breast after that. I was traumatized from my experience, so getting them fixed was something I was hesitant to do. Years later, I had heard wonders about Dr.Ayoub. Again still on the fence, but after reading his reviews and talking to his PA Amber, I had a feeling of hope that they would get my situation fixed. I went in for my consult and Dr.Ayoub and his PA Amber were absolutely amazing (well truly the whole staff...Donna at the front desk, Audrey Dr.Ayoub's nurse, they were all so wonderful). They cared and I could tell. Dr.Ayoub was honest with me, but his goal was to make me happy, and he was the first doctor I had been to where I could genuinely feel his care and compassion for me, and that he truly did want to make me happy. After coming in and having a complicated situation, they took the time with me and went over step by step what the plan of action was. We went over implant sizes (Amber was an AMAZING help with this! We as women don't always know what would look best, and she has the eye for this....trust what she says!) And Dr.Ayoub was very thorough with me over everything. I am more than happy with my breast after Dr.Ayoub did my revision. I came into my first appointment crying from my past situation, and at my final visit I couldn't stop smiling. Dr.Ayoub truly took my situation to heart and HELPED me. I have a better self confidence now and I cannot thank Dr.Ayoub and his staff for truly making me feel cared for. I can not explain fully how this man, this Doctor changed my life! Due to multiple surgeries beginning at the tender age of 7 weeks old. My scars not only left me with poor blood circulation, but also a large mass on my left side. After I was fully dried off from my shower, preparation for wearing jeans and/ or yoga pants began. First I would bandage my longest scar on my right side. That scar alone was reopened twice. Thus low blood circulation and little to no feeling. I would then wrap around an ace bandage to compress the mass. Even wearing baggy clothes the bandage and wrap would begin to rub, hurt and cause stomach aches. Even wearing yoga pants and running errands or going to the grocery store if not prepared correctly, lead to rubbing and eventually bleeding around and on the scar. Wearing jeans was a nightmare. Wearing fitted clothing, yea no. Swimsuits what are those?! Fitted Maxi Dresses or skirts, forget about it. I finally got the courage to do something about it. A year before I began to visit several Plastic Surgeons. I was told by each Doctor that the consultation was free. But, if I wanted to submit a claim to my insurance company, there would be a fee. My family doctor recommended Dr. Ayoub. I felt at ease with the nurses, that's always a plus. And then I met him. He talked to me like a person, not just a paycheck. He did explain in detail that the consultation was free. Submitting through insurance would require a fee due to the paper work that would be drawn up, submitted and talk to insurance agent if they had further questions. Told me the total cost and he would not perform the surgery until I quit smoking for at least 6 months. I knew walking out of his office that he was going to be my surgeon! I had so much confidence in him that I quit smoking after 30 years. And the end of March will be 1 year smoke free!! Dr. Ayoub explained the plan and because how all of the scars were at the cut would most likely be a huge curve on my right side. That was not a deal breaker for me. I just wanted the mass to be removed. During my first shower after surgery I saw that he was a artistic genius! The mass was totally gone and as an added bonus, the cut was perfectly straight. I bawled like a baby. Post-op appointment, I bawled again. Constantly thanking him for changing my life after 44 year's! Dr. Ayoub never gloated or acted any different, even after making a perfect cut! Not only did I tell my friends about him. I showed them the before pictures on my phone. Needless to say they were shocked. Then I lifted my shirt and showed them my stomach! There wasn't a dry eye amongst us. I can't wait until my pictures are on his website!! And yes, I will be going back to him

I had my first and only consolation with Dr. Ayoub and his team before deciding to move forward with my procedure. First and foremost he dives right in to ALL of the risks and complications you may experience throughout your procedure and after. I had a list of questions but he covered everything and more before I could even get to them. Beyond the consolation, he truly did a pristine job on my surgery. He is meticulous in his work, my scars are healing so well that I’m not sure I will even notice them myself in a year. While everyone heals differently, my recovery was a complete breeze. I took my pain meds for two days and never needed them again, I was up and at em’ walking around (carefully) the next day. I am very pleased with how everything has turned out. And I can’t forget about his team. Audrey is probably the best cosmetic consultant you will ever meet, she cares, she always has a huge contagious smile on her face and she doesn’t hesitate to acknowledge you and say hello every time you’re in the office, even if it isn’t to see her! Amber is another wonderful soul who put me at ease and calmed my nerves throughout the process! I recommend without doubt!

Date of Surgery: August 2019. I had lost 108lbs through diet and exercise over the course of 4 years. I was tired of looking in the mirror and not seeing my hard work. I did my research on surgeons before meeting with Dr. Ayoub for a Lower Body Lift. Looked at reviews from numerous sites, accreditations, patient pictures, etc. I was immediately impressed with Dr. Ayoub and his entire office. He took time answering my questions and asking ME questions as well. I could tell he was concerned most about my health and support system. He gave me a realistic idea of what my outcome would be.
