Dr. Sinno is a wonderful doctor! I had been trying to get up the courage to even have a consultation, for many years. He and his staff made me feel comfortable and unafraid. I hated my neck and jowls. He thought I was right about what I needed, and he explained exactly how he would go about the surgery. He also said I would have almost no pain. He was SO right! I barely even needed Tylenol. At this time it has been less than 6 weeks and I am so happy with the results. Thank you to Dr. Sinno and all the staff at this amazing practice!!

I don’t usually write reviews but I would be remiss if I didn’t tell you about my experience with Dr Sinno. Before I selected Dr Sinno as my surgeon I did my research. Board certified: check. Good reviews: check. Good consult: check. Having Rhinoplasty was something I have looked forward to for several years and I wanted to be extra sure before committing to going though with it. Kinda hard to hide the the nose on your face, right?! From consult to post surgery it was a good experience. The front office staff was kind and friendly. At the consult he actually listened to what I had to say and explained the process in detail. He took the time to make sure that we were both on the same page so I could get my desired result. The day of surgery he met with me before and after the procedure. I had minimal bruising and swelling and could tell a huge difference only one week after surgery. His level of professionalism and skill while also being humble about it are the reason I picked him to perform my rhinoplasty. He is there to work with you to give you the result you are looking for. Another thing I liked is that I wasn’t just a number to them. The practice always made me feel welcome. If you are looking for a surgeon look no further.

where to even start! i got a labiaplasty at dr. sinnos office on a whim right before I moved and they were able to fit me in before I moved with enough time for the post surgery check ups. Dr. Sinno is super knowledgeable in the labiaplasty procedure and I took a long time researching it. This had actually been a surgery I was wanting and avidly researching since I was 12 years old. Thank you to the entire staff and Dr. Sinno, they did everything to make me feel comfortable and happy the entire time. As a mom of 3, my body has had its ups and downs. After my first kid I had a breast reduction by another doctor who I never felt did it right. Then 5 years after the 3rd kid I was so unhappy with my body, I couldn't lose the weight, I felt like I had abs, but you couldn't see them. I felt unattractive and self conscious. My chest I felt was deflated and had some issues from the earlier reduction. My friend recommended Dr. Sinno. Dr. Sinno took the time to explain that my muscles were separated, that I had excessive skin and talked through what he could do for each of what I saw were my problem areas. Originally I had consults scheduled with 2 surgeons but Dr. Sinno was so personable and made me feel so comfortable, I canceled with the 2nd surgeon. I really felt like everyone I dealt with at the office was so helpful and caring and Rima and Tyra went out of their way to answer any question I had both before and after the procedure. It was refreshing to be treated so well. Most importantly, Dr. Sinno is an excellent surgeon. I am extremely happy with my results of my TT. I worked for 8 years to lose the weight and keep it off, working out 5 days a week and the lose skin just got worse. I was feeling extremely discouraged and with these results I am excited to get back to my workout regimen and see the results. The pain was very minimal, honestly I had read and watched so many things on the post TT process, I was so nervous but the pain was so minimal I felt silly to have been so worried. I have been a patient of Dr. Sinno for about 2 years now and I would highly recommend him. When I was 17 I was diagnosed with a very rare congenital disease called MRKH. The surgery I had done was a vaginal reconstruction by use of a split thickness skin graft. Dr. Sinno did an amazing job of keeping things positive and keeping my hopes up while at the same time being very thorough. The surgery went perfectly. The majority of my time was spend in the office after my surgery, for follow up visits. The office itself is very cozy and welcoming as well as the staff. I’ve been seeing doctor Sinno for 20 years due to a skin condition - which has always resulted in minor procedures a couple times a year. However, after a c-section with twins who amounted to 13.5 lbs, my little frame was beyond self-recovery. Doctor Sinno gently told me at 1 month postpartum that I had a major hernia, and to call him when I was ready to fix it. Stubborn as I am, I spent 8 months trying every exercise in the book to fix it myself, to no avail. So I finally called Dr. Sinno and told him I’m was ready. I tell you this because it’s important to know, as a plastic surgeon, how modest he is. He wasn’t pushy or aggressive - he waited for me to come to terms with my situation on my own time. My first time visiting the office for a different purpose felt strange, but as always, Dr. Sinno and his staff (Rima, Tayra and Justine) made me feel right at home and treated me like a part of the family, as they always do. Even though I had been to his office more times than I can count, Dr. Sinno still took the time to thoroughly explain the entire process of fixing my hernia and severe muscle separation through the route of abdominoplasty. The day of my surgery went so smooth - even though I had my surgery at a local hospital rather than the surgery center, I knew I was in the best care with Dr. Sinno and his staff of nurses and technicians. Dr. Sinno even made a special, personal call to my husband after my surgery to let him know I was in recovery and that everything went smooth - something we both appreciated more than he probably knew. Dr. Sinno takes so much pride in his work, and he and his staff are there around the clock to answer any questions you may have, even taking the time to make house calls post-op. They’re always helpful and attentive, and never make you feel judged. The sincere care they have for each of their patients is truly one-of-a-kind. To say I’m happy with my results is an understatement. At only 3 weeks post-op, all the pelvic and back pain I’ve dealt with for the past year are totally gone. And not only is my hernia fixed, but I have a flat tummy again too (woo!) Welcome back, self confidence. First, let me say I was "OCD" in my research for my procedure. I researched and attended 5 different consults. I wanted to be sure that I was putting my health in the RIGHT HANDS. I also spent the first 30 years of my life in Northern California... where plastic surgery has been well crafted. Pressure was on... After my consults, I kept comparing the various details which mattered to ME, for MY procedure. Things like surgery center vs. hospital, plastic surgeon vs. cosmetic surgeon, longevity of staff, board certified, line items of expenses, years in practice, OTHER REVIEWS, bedside manner...personal feel & disposition of the DOCTOR. He spent at LEAST 30 minutes talking to me, in his office before we ever hit the exam room on my consult. He took the time to understand what I was looking to achieve. You get where I am going with this... there are MANY moving parts, many variables to such a life changing decision. In conclusion, I have to say from the consult, the office staff and their professionalism, the bedside manner & personal care given by Dr. Sinno, was unmatched. Let me also add, that I received a consult from another HoCo Board certified doctor that I have patronized for 10 years... and did NOT choose her. Every question was answered BEFORE I COULD ASK! Each member of his team from the front office, back office, surgical staff, anesthesiologist... TOP NOTCH. Warm, welcoming, caring.... everything you want when you're making a decision THIS big. I had a very well explained recovery plan by their office. It made sense and it left ZERO anxiety or issues in my mind. Post surgery, when I had a question, I could call! I was able to text Dr. Sinno DIRECTLY if needed. But of course, did NOT need to! Things could NOT have gone better with my experience TOP to BOTTOM. Hands down, THE only person/team I would recommend or return to for ANYTHING. Professionalism, knowledgeable & amazing support staff. WHERE DO YOU FIND THAT these days?? One day, I googled "best plastic surgeon in MD", found Dr. Sinno, and from that moment my life was changed forever. I have had the best experience with Dr. Sinno and I knew he would be the doctor to perform my surgery after my initial consultation. After having a baby at 23, I was left with a lot of extra hanging skin and separated stomach muscles. During my consultation, Dr. Sinno discussed what exactly he would repair and the process of my surgery, making me feel confident that he would do the best extended abdominoplasty for me. My results exceeded my expectations. I am so incredibly happy with my new tummy and my only regret is not doing it sooner. I started seeing Dr. Sinno a year and a half ago for Dysport. At the time, I had saline breast implants that were approaching 14 years old. They were rippling and no longer fit my lifestyle. I've had fantastic results with my Dysport treatments, so after deciding to have my implants removed, I knew I would consult with Dr. Sinno. He took the time to go over my options and the procedure in great detail, answering all of my questions. His knowledge and passion for his profession are undeniable. From the consultation to the day of my surgery, Dr. Sinno, Rima, Tayra, and Jenn were so helpful and supportive. I had my procedure (bilateral breast implant removal without replacement) done at The Baltimore Columbia Surgery Center, Dr. Sinno's on-site, fully accredited surgical center. Having the Center on-site was so convenient. When I arrived on the day of surgery with my husband, I was taken back and made comfortable before preparing to go back to the operating room. The nurses and staff go over and beyond to make you feel relaxed. My husband said Rima checked on him several times with updates and truly made him feel at ease. I had oral sedation and couldn't be happier with the choice. I felt no pain and didn't have to worry about the potential side effects of general anesthesia. I am 6 days post-op with no complications, and recovery has been a breeze. I'm sincerely grateful to Dr. Sinno and his entire staff. This review is way overdo but much deserved. I underwent labial reduction back in August of this year with Dr. Sinno. I randomly and thankfully chose Dr. Sinno as there aren’t many plastic surgeons who do this particular type of surgery. I also don’t know of any friends that have had this type of procedure that could have referred me to someone. As a health care provider, I understand all too well the seriousness and risks involved with surgery. I did not make my decision to undergo surgery lightheartedly. The office is very nice and my initial impression of the staff and Dr Sinno was that they were incredibly professional and trustworthy. I first spoke with Tayra who was beyond accommodating and caring. I later met Rima and Justine who were also wonderful. Three months postoperatively, I can say I couldn’t be happier with my results. In part I’m sure it’s the area of the body but I have no scars and it looks like I was born this way. Having been in the OR for over 25 years, I am well versed with surgical talent when I see it. Dr. Sinno is a true artist. You can’t just have good hands and good judgement although they are imperative as a surgeon. Dr. Sinno appears to have it all. I would certainly trust him to do any other surgery on me and from experience can recommend him without reservation.
