I was in to see Kaytie to have a an IPL facial. first things, The office was beautiful! very modern and inviting and all staff was polite and attentive. While the IPL procedure wasn't particularly "enjoyable" Kaytie made me as comfortable as possible. She was knowledgeable and professional as well as easy to talk to and relatable! I was sent home with samples so i could be sure of the product before my purchase, and a second appointment scheduled! Very happy with my over all experience.

Four months ago I had a cyst surgically removed by Dr. Wardle. No consultation was offered before the medically necessary procedure. He had me sitting upright instead of laying down which would have been preferred as I suffer from vasovagal response to needles/ blood/trauma. No post operative instructions were provided. There is still bruising/ discolouration at the surgical site. His email response was very dismissive. I could have had the surgical procedure done through my local hospital and have it covered by OHIP. I chose a Plastic Surgeon for the expected skill & experience. A waste of money!

I was so happy to find this Dr. He is NOT pushy, trying to sell u any procedure, like most drs or medspas He is very personable & explains everything his is doing & why it beneficial to you . Personally, proof is always in the results... I can usually tell 3-4 days later if it was a good appointment ... after the second day I could tell it was working, 2 weeks later ..... I had my surgery in September of 2018 breast augmentation. I absolutely love my results. My consult was private and a smooth process transition. I was fully educated on implants and surgery process I left with all questions answered and if I had any more I could call and get a quick responses from staff. Dr. Wardle & the entire Prestige team are amazing! Not only is Dr. Wardle a fabulous cosmetic surgeon, but he is an outstanding general surgeon, as well! The entire staff are kind & caring! I have been suffering from intense body pain for approximately 15 years & it was Dr. Wardle who located & removed chunks of plastic (left in my body, from a previous surgery) & he also corrected a strangulated hernia in my bellybutton, that had been festering for more than a year (that doctor's in KGH would not fix...I was told that the surgery was to invasive & to wait until it got much worse) ! Apparently, my bellybutton was a complete mess & Dr. Wardle had to create a new bellybutton for me! I must say, it turned out beautifully, with NO scarring at all!!! So, these things, along with a breast reduction , have changed my life! Dr. Wardle is an AMAZING surgeon & I would recommend him to anybody!

I do not recommend it, horrible results, it's not professional and unrealistic expectations, and its staff is very rude. Look for better responsible professionals. It is not true that patients are taken seriously, there are patients who were disfigured and never made a review, read the other reviews .. this doctor is. Very irresponsable.. I have witnessed how they treat their patients with whom they have not had compassion to leave them bad without a review. Just threaten them .. He erase all the bad comments because if things go wrong he does not take any responsibility waste of time and money .. so think about that is real.

This is real and it happened to me you can check it ... do not waste your money with this irresponsible and even more still put your lives at risk. look for better options. hy i am writing this complain is to prevent for people being harmed by Doctor Bernard Kopchinski, I want to share my personal horror experience that has changed my life significantly. This is my story I went to PRESTIGE COSMETIC's office in San Antonio Texas November 2016, with this man BERNARD JOSEPH KOPCHINSKI, to get a breast reduction, he offered to do using liposuction and some techniques that according with him it would work but that was not true, results were terrible my breast size still the same after a year of the surgery and what is worse my aureolas got disfigured in a terrible way! Here are some pictures enclosed for his work and his techniques!!! I went back for a revision and the office manager called, Lynn Guion, referred to talk to a layer because he does not want to take care of his responsibility, the only things that i get from this layer are threating calls to put me a legal demand if i express my complains or if i talk about this situation. Today I feel mutilated and without any solution.... I do not want more women going through for this nightmare, please look for another alternative do not fall under this guy hands he would not care about your well being he is only interested in the money, he does not know how to do his work and it is not fare he can continue destroying many women's and men's lifes that could go seeking for help

I want to share my recent experience with Dr. Wardle and his staff. I recently had a neck lift.. Yes, the staff was courteous and nice pre surgery but soon after I sent an email expressing my concern with the results two months after my surgery, they just brushed me off. We live in Toronto now so I asked if I could do a virtual appointment rather than drive the 8 hours for him to see the results. I did my pre surgery appointment with him over the phone and it was with him then but the response I received via email this time was that "the College of Physicians and Doctors do not allow virtual appointments due to confidentiality." I mentioned that did not make any sense as I initially had a virtual appointment with Dr. Wardle when he said I was a good candidate for my procedure, not to mention that during Covid that is how the Doctors were meeting with their patients--so a complete lie. I then asked the receptionist if Maureen, his wife, could please call me. Totally brushed me off. I had to call again, this time I mentioned the College of Physicians and Doctors then finally I received an email back that Dr. Wardle would accept photos but zoom calls are not safe, they were for him at one time, lol. I sent these 3 photos and asked him for a resolution as this procedure cost me $13,000.00 and no improvement,. His response was, "looks like you're healing nicely and if you want another procedure, you should do it in Toronto." Obviously, no interest in wanting to work with his patients, nor can he have pride in his work after seeing my results. Anyway you make your own conclusion. Overall, unprofessional, unethical and has no interest in working with his patients unless it makes him money.. There are so many plastic surgeons, so think twice before giving them your money and trust. See photos, 3 months after the surgery. Zero difference!!!!
