You may have to wait a few extra minutes in waiting room but it’s because he gives that great service to whoever he is with at the time, that’s just how Dr Widenhouse is. AMAZING, AMAZING, AMAZING. I cannot tell you what an amazing experience I had from the moment I walked in, to the moment I walked out. I went in for lip augmentation and April was an ANGEL! The staff is welcoming, the office is clean, smells great and the staff has a smile on their face you can really tell the entire staff is a team, more like a family they work amazingly well together. April did my lip augmentation and the woman is amazing at what she does. I didn't feel anything, no pain, I got the lips I had been wanting for so long. For the last week I have been receiving nothing but compliments on my lips. I cannot wait to go back and get another lip augmentation with April. Once again thank you so much! By far one of the best offices I've been to and I would recommend Port City to anyone. I had breast implants yesterday and let me tell you i am over the moon with how i was taken care of. I was SUPER nervous but the surgon was amazing at coming in and giving me a pep talk and made me feel so much better. The Anesthesiologist came in and was wonderful he numbed my site before placing my iv so it was not painful at all. I didnt even feel the iv go in at all. Then i was given something for anxiety and by the time i layed onto the operating table i was asleep. The whole team was amazing i read bad reviews but idk what those people were talking about because nothing that those people said i experienced. I thank port city plastic survery for goving me a great surgery

Yesterday was my first appointment. The office was easy to find on my GPS however I went in the wrong door. I interrupted the PA's lunch she was very kind to show me to the office desk and the lobby and did not act at all upset for my mistake. UPDATE: First I’ll start off by saying I don’t live in SC anymore so whoever answered my review and said I should stop in to see Dr. Widenhouse I can’t as I live up north and I let them know that I’m just making this clear so if people reading this review are wondering. Anyways, I got in touch with some of the employees here back on February 16, 2019 and got a response on the 20th saying that they’re sorry I wasn’t comfortable enough to speak to the doctor before writing a review and that Dr. Widenhouse would be in touch with me in a few days. It has nothing to do with being comfortable enough I’m writing my honest review so people can know the truth and what I’ve got out of my surgery. Dr. Widenhouse never got in touch with me so I emailed her again on February 27 saying I haven’t heard from anyone and I wanted to know if anything’s been discussed. I got NO email back. So I messaged their Instagram on March 5th and April (one of his assistants) ended up calling me and talking to me letting me know Dr. Widenhouse was going to contact me soon. . It’s now April 8 and I haven’t got a call, email, or message from anyone including Dr. Widenhouse. If I could go back I would have NEVER chosen Dr. Widenhouse to do my surgery. He clearly doesn’t care about his patients after their surgeries are completed. I’m just giving my honest review so other people don’t make the same mistake I did. I wish I knew before what I know now. I’ll be finding a better doctor to do my revision who not only can do what I want, but also cares about their patients. I had a breast augmentation 8 months ago and I wish I never got them done here. They’re so unsymmetrical, uneven, ones basically in my armpit, no where near the same shape, and will even make weird noises when I move sometimes. It’s so upsetting knowing I spent so much money on a surgery that was suppose to make me feel better about myself and it’s just made me feel worse.

Dr. Widenhouse is truly the most honest, genuine, and caring physician that I have seen to date; he is experienced, personable, and made me feel comfortable. I received exceptional care by he and his staff; from the front desk, to the anesthesiologist. I chose Dr. Widenhouse to perform a breast augmetation on me this past July due to loss of volume from breast feeding. He was very thorough when it came to describing the dynamics of the surgery itself, in addition to the differences between saline and silicone implants. I completely trusted his expertise and am beyond happy with my results. I had the best experience with this practice, and will not hesitate to schedule my future procedures with them.

I am a previous patient of Dr. Widenhouse. I had more than one surgery with this office. The lack of professionalism, ethics, and courtesy is unbelievable (ranging from the front desk to the doctor's office). It seems to be a "best practice" to disregard or dismiss post-op questions or concerns. In my experiences, the friendly smiling faces and amicable conversations seem to change to sharp frowns accompanied by disrespectful and rude behavior. The administrative staff is not credentialed to answer any questions regarding surgery. The responses received from these uneducated employees (as well as the PA) lacked empathy and consideration. Instead their remarks were degrading, humiliating, and blame shifting during telephone calls and email responses. It seems the benevolent demeanor only lasts until the check clears! And the clock seems to tick a little faster on the doctor's watch in between the dates of the consultation, payment received and surgery. His time during the post-op appointment seems to be more restricted, attention is more distracted, and the thorough explanations turn into one word phrases with solutions of EVERYTHING to avoid REVISION (corrective surgery that is FREE of CHARGE)! I would not recommend this doctor or his office if it were the last practice providing free services to anyone who applies! Find a doctor and staff with genuine authenticity who treat patients with dignity and respect...not one where "masks" are worn by all - *BEFORE COVID-19*. PCPS is an office that truly welcomes you upon admission, but you are truly dismissed once discharged. *I chose one star because at least one is required to post this review. Otherwise, it would be far less!*

Dr. Widenhouse was my Doctor of Choice for a Brest Augmentation surgery and he did not disappoint! I had both a reduction and lift which I heard could be tricky. I wanted an experienced doctor that I could trust. My recovery was quick and my results were just as I requested! I tend to get nauseous with anesthesia, but Dr. Widenhouse listened to my concerns and I had minimal upset. I will definitely use Port City Plastic Surgery in the future!

It was so bad that she was invited to be on the TV show Botched which airs tonight March 6th 2019. Before you let this man butcher you you need to see what these two professional real physicians have to say about what kind of doctor this so-called man is.
