From the first visit through my minor procedure, the staff was extremely friendly, attentive, professional and knowledgeable. My questions and concerns were addressed with full attention and in no way diminished due to the minor nature of my procedure. I experienced no pain during the procedure and while I was prepared for discomfort, bruising and swelling after, there was absolutely none! ("0" on a 1-10 scale). I appreciated the attention to every small detail, to mitigation of infection and the use of homeopathic remedy for bruise and swelling management (VERY effective). Dr. Duncan was as professional as she was light hearted which put me at ease immediately. Robbin, Annie and Deb were thorough, helpful, extremely professional and all worked together in perfect teaming. If I ever need additional work, there is no question that I will come to PSA and have Dr. Duncan and her team take care of me…because I know they will!! It's a good idea to read the reviews from others who have posted; the ones that are negative seem to be negative about everything from grocery stores to car care. I'm not sure I would want them as customers or patients - they seem to be looking for excuses to be critical

I had a Tummy Tuck done with Dr. Duncan in 2015, and was so excited, but after I had problems. The stitches were oozing stuff, the stitches were coming out of the incision, looked like fishing wire. I called and was told it was normal. I developed a lump around my belly button area and I knew it was something. The nurse gave me some cushion stuff, was told it was ok. Only saw Doctor once maybe twice after surgery for a min. The scar is lopsided and developed dog ears, did mention that...but Dr Duncan said nothing actually wouldn't assist me after I kept calling about the lump. I've been in pain for two yrs with this!!! I was finally able to find a brilliant Dr. in Greeley who said I had an umbilical hernia, and there was an accumulation of scar tissue that had bothered my nerves causing my pain for all this time. It could have been fixed had Dr. Duncan fixed the problem back then, but she ignored me after I complained, and made her aware...I wasn't crazy! She messed up and didn't want to take responsibility. I spent all that money and the experience the job wasn't done correctly! I wouldn't recommend. Now I have to get a revision from someone else in Denver, and cough up more money to get the job done right.

Dr. Duncan did work on me that was incomplete. She missed a very large spot under my chin on the right side. This left me looking very lopsided. I finally made her realize that look was not acceptable so she agreed to make it right. We agreed that it was necessary to put me to sleep for this, local would be sufficient. However, when I arrived I discovered that she had changed plans and not told me. She did the work, but once again it was not even. I decided to just live with it and not return to her for any other work. To my shock, I received an invoice from her for the repair she made. All this woman cares about is money, not how you look.

I had an exosome facial at Dr. Duncan's office to help with fine lines, acne scarring, and enlarged pores. I felt welcomed by the front desk staff, I was escorted back to an exam room where Dr. Duncan and her medical assistance made me feel comfortable. I had never had microneedling before and they made sure to inform me on how it was going to work and put my nervous mind at ease. After the microneedling with the exosomes I left the office and came back about three weeks later to see that the pores on my nose had significantly shrunk and my acne scares were pretty much unnoticeable. I would definitely recommend Dr. Duncan and her team for any future cosmetic needs.
