My breast’s look fabulous and it’s day 1 without bandages. She made the process so comfortable, easy and allowed my mom to be by my side for everything even during covid precautions. Surgery day was out of Jefferson in Stratford NJ and every nurse, doctor, and employee were absolutely a joy and were amazing. I really don’t know how I got so lucky to have the most smooth and comfortable consult, pre-admission to the surgery, procedure and overnight stay possible. From the moment I walked into the office everyone was wearing a mask everything was very clean. From the staff to meeting Dr. Julia Spear, I was treated so well and it was very comfortable. The staff was punctual and professional. They listened to all of my questions and concerns. She took her time with me to ensure all of my questions were answered. Going to Drs office was a great experience for me from start to finish!! Drs Spears answered all my questions . I didn’t feel rushed with her. She took her time. The day of my Surgery she made sure that I was safe. I had minimum pain that was managed well. Dr Spears saw me the next day inpatient. I am 5’9”, 150lbs. I’ve had 3 babies and wanted a mommy makeover! Dr Spears said a mini tummy tuck with lipo to my flanks, breast augmentation with a donut lift would do wonders for me! She is so patient and very thorough! I am soo pleased with my results! Recovery was easy, she has amazing skill, my scars are barely even noticeable! I am so happy I found her! I went for a mommy make over consult. I hadn't done too much research at the time. Dr. Spears said she could do the surgery. I am 3 months post partum and have had 5 c sections. I called around to other surgeons and they said any doctor who truly cared for their patient would never consider doing this surgery until 6-12 months post partum because you are not fully healed. She didn't like that I questioned her. I had already booked the surgery and asked for a refund, which she did refund the money. But I should have every right to ask questions and make sure I am being guided properly. I question her knowledge as far as caring for women who have had c sections and are requesting tummy tucks. I asked to go forward with just the breast augmentation but she wasn't willing to work with me after asking all the questions I asked. I would not recommend this practice.

My daughter needed minor surgery. We were told she would need to come back 1 to 2 times. After these visits Dr. Spears wasn't completely satisfied with the results. We ended coming about 7 more times without cost till Dr. Spears was satisfied. She has a high standard that she sets for herself. We were very pleased with all that she has done. We highly recommend anyone who needs anything done to go to Dr. Julia Spears!
