I've been to Dr. Hove several times and am going back in the next few months. I just want to say that he is an extremely knowledgeable physician. I think the fact that he is an ENT AND facial plastic surgeon--he's so specialized and it shows. My friend had her nose done by him. It was very subtle, but exactly what she wanted. It looks great. He listens very well to exactly what you want done and procedure-wise, is on the conservative side, which I prefer, because we all know w/ some cosmetic procedures, there's no going back! He's also a very kind person, as is his office staff. I have zero hesitation in recommending him.Above is my name but they'd have me in their records as Laura Mollenhauer-Lerro. What a joke! Don’t go here! You have been warned! It is absolute disgrace how I was just treated at this place. If you choose to ignore this, enter at your own risk. You are just a number to this “doctor” they do not care about you a person. They definitely do NOT care about your health or more importantly your time! Good luck if you go there!

Dr. Hove and his team are great! Dr. Hove has incredible credentials and expertise. My results are beautiful. Dr. Hove closely listened to my goals, and my results are exactly what I wanted. My friends who had the same procedure done before me with other doctors in New York City wished they had gone to Dr. Hove after seeing my results. He was there throughout the entire process to address any concerns and to ensure that I was comfortable. His staff is also extremely kind and professional! I highly recommend this practice!

Dr. Hove is exceptional! I recently had a massive facial/scalp trauma from a high-speed bike accident. Dr. Hove dropped everything and met me in the ER after the trauma team cleared major systems. He methodically put the wound back together. His caring, methodical approach and calm demeanor through the three hour procedure put my mind at ease. The outcome of his hard work is nothing short of amazing. I am a physician and have seen the work of numerous physicians, Dr. Hove is a cut above the rest with the pun clearly intentional. He is my go-to resource for plastic surgery and ENT. His office staff is caring and efficient. The way I was ushered through a stressful and traumatic experience is notable. I would highly recommend Dr. Hove and his entire staff.

I had a great first appt with Dr. Hove and he was highly recommended. He spent a lot of time with me going over my concerns. He seems very knowledgeable and caring. But apparently, the only person who can schedule a surgery is Nate and 3-4 weeks later, after having called the office at least three times, I am still waiting on that. The first time I called, I was told they were taking one snow day and I will be called back in two days - nothing. The second time, I was asked to hold and hung up on twice (you don’t just say “hold,” and press the button, you ask the person if it’s ok first, by the way). When I called again and told him he hung up on me twice, he discourteously said “how can I help you.” A “sorry about that” would’ve been nice. He rudely told me I’m on a call back list and I will be called that week. I told him since we are already on the phone, why don’t we schedule. Not trying to jump in front of anyone. We could schedule in 3 months for all I cared. I just needed to have a date. He refused. Still no call back. I called back again and spoke to someone else who promised Nate would call back the next day. Still nothing, and that was at least a week and a half ago. There are obviously several great plastic surgeons around. I just really had a good feeling about Dr. Hove and I am sorry that both, he and I, wasted our time because of one employee’s inefficacy.

I have been a patient of Dr. Hove's for many years now and several of my friends are now patients as well. His work is impeccable and he is a very gentle, caring doctor. He goes out of his way to make sure his patients are comfortable and are not in pain. I highly recommend Dr. Hove if you are considering surgical or non-surgical facial/ear procedures.

Dr. Hove performed a facelift and upper eyelid surgery on me in March, 2019. I could not have been more delighted with the results! So natural and beautiful. He is truly gifted. The staff at the office were wonderful, professional, and always helpful. I am a retired surgical RN so I was quite picky about the surgeon I would choose, and without a doubt, I made the best choice. I have received compliments from retired plastic surgeons, also. I will be getting married next week and Dr. Hove really helped me feel like a beautiful bride!

If you consult with Dr Hove it will be immediately apparent how compassionate he is in listening to concerns and then providing guidance while welcoming your input. His background and experience speak for themselves as a highly accomplished surgeon, but you have to consult with him to see the qualities I mention above - which after having had a couple procedures I would say are equally as important yet at the same time very dificult to find. I would highly suggest Dr Hove being your first option as you will see for yourself what I describe.

Was treated here and thought it was fine. Had issues again w/sinus problems and called back 3 times and once for a script refill. No one called me back. Receptionist said "as far as she knows" they're getting my messages. Felt like I was bothering her. I will have to find help elsewhere.

Dr Hove and his team are tremendous. They are extremely accomdating and caring. As a physician myself, I am very particular about who I let operate on me. Having said that, I felt completely comforable letting Dr Hove perform my septoplasty (correction of deviated septum). He called me the night of the procedure and the following day to check in on how I was doing. I would recommend to anyone in need of facial surgery.

I am a healthcare provider and have experience dealing with many physicians and surgeons and I can honestly say Dr. Hove is an excellent practitioner who is kind and caring with his patients. Covid has made it really difficult on healthcare providers and Dr. Hove’s office strives to do their best under these very challenging circumstances.

My advise. Find another practice. Very difficult to get an appointment when ill. Twice in the past 3 months I have lefts messages for Dr Hove when I could not get an appointment. Twice he has failed to return my call. Very poor patient care.
