Warm caring atmosphere. I felt very comfortable with the doctor and staff. Neat, well organized and clean facility without feeling sterile. The doctor was very thorough and took the time to explain everything without making me self conscious or nervous. If a good surgeon keeps a patient pain free after surgery; Dr. Beninger is the BEST. I had surgery Monday morning and never needed to take the pain meds I was prescribed. I was in and out of the operating room in record time, even took a fifteen minute walk later in the day. My recovery has been amazing and five days after surgery I was out to lunch with friends, some did not even know I had anything done. The worst part of the surgery - if you can call it that - is that I have to wear a sports bra for four weeks. I am so happy that I was lucky enough to have De. Beninger and his staff take care of me. I would highly recommend him to anyone who is thinking of breast surgery.

I had breast cancer in 2011. I never really said Thank You to Dr Gayoso and his staff. I want to do that now by telling my story. When I received my diagnosis I thought my life was over. I figured even if I survived I would no longer be desirable or attractive. Dr Gayoso is a miracle worker. I have the most beautiful breasts and I was able to take up a sport that I was never able to do before- running. Prior to my cancer I had extremely large sagging breasts. I could not find clothes that fit, I looked very matronly and I could not participate in many activities. Not only did Dr Gayoso reconstruct my breasts, but he gave me a reduction and lift as well. I guess you can say he made something great come out of my illness. This year I ran the Race For The Cure and was the #1 Survivor! Not bad for someone that could not touch her toes in 2011!

I just recently flew down from Ky to have some more elective surgery done by Dr. Gayoso because after my first surgery with him I would never go to anyone else. My first surgery was a full tummy tuck back in March of 2020. After 4 deliveries many years ago and recently losing 40 lbs. the loose skin was so noticeable and made me feel so insecure about my self that I made the decision to have a tummy tuck. Thank heavens I chose Dr. Gayoso because I was thrilled!! I looked better than I ever dreamed I could. After that I decided I wanted to have my thighs and arms lifted due to excess loose skin. There was no doubt I would have no one other than Dr. Gayoso do the surgery. I was living in Ky now but made arrangements to come back to Fl and stay with family while I healed. He did a fantastic job and I absolutely couldn’t be happier! He is truly an artist when it comes to the human body. Not only is he an excellent surgeon but he is kind, caring and loves what he does. To me there is no one that could do a better job. His staff is remarkable too, they are just as kind,caring and supportive. They make you feel like you are their most important patient. Nicole was one of the nurses that always was there to change my dressings and take care of me during my post operative visits and was so sweet and caring. His surgery coordinator is Tammy and she was the best!! She always had time for me anytime I had questions and called her. She did a great job of scheduling everything, going over the cost and what to expect after surgery. After having these two major surgeries I almost feel like she is part of my family with all the time we’ve spent talking. Dr. Gayoso is the finest Dr. you could ever have to take care of you and I know from experience I would never let another Dr. operate on me.

It was not anything he did wrong I have a difficult time healing but again he and his staff made sure I was 100% happy and I have continued to have all of my procedures done with him. There are some truly excellent doctors who do lots of breast augmentations in Tampa. Go there instead. Save yourself from having the problems that I had with this man. I was aprehensive and almost felt intimidated of the thought of even walking into a plastic surgeons office. I'm not a girly girl, and never took my looks in vein, but at 64 I was really showing signs of ageing. I had only discussed having my eyelids done and had met Dr. Gayoso and his team for councling for just that procedure. He never once tried to talk me into anything more than what I originally wanted. UPON My Return Visit for my prep for my eyelids he asked if I had anymore questions...yes I said how about a complete facelift? I'm glad you said that...I'm delighted you want to do more than the eyelids. He said I can't make you look 25 again but it will take 10 years off. I didn't want to look 25 again and 10 years would be juse fine. Now that I'm 6 months past the surgery Ive been told i look no older than 40 . All of the staff made me feel special, no judement here. I very rarely write a bad review but this deserves one. I have been to Dr Gayoso before and he is a wonderful surgeon so I went back there. I did not see the doctor, I saw his assistant Jessica. I told her what I was interested in and the places on my face that bothered me. I mentioned the areas I was concerned with more than twice. She never said what I was talking about was not going to do anything for the areas of concern. The procedure was more for age spots which I did not have and was not a problem for me. She never mentioned that. She did say it would rejuvenate the collagen under the shin. I feel I was lead to believe this procedure would at least make some sort of difference, which it did not. I spoke with her about it and could not seem to come to any agreement I feel like I went in for a headache and came out with a suppository..

My first time having any surgery done to my face. Very nervous going in. All the nurses were kind,...totally professional, explained everything that would happen and the pre-op appointments were perfect. Surgery went flawlessly, no pain or discomfort. Next day after bandages were taken off, I looked pretty darn good. I was shocked on how well the procedure went. Within 2 weeks I was out and about, on stage with only a slight swelling.....Dr. Beninger was the best,..a real pro at what he does. I would highly recommend him to everyone. Jessica is AWESOME and so fun! I am an Esthetician and I really like to cyberstalk and due to my research before I go to any kind of professional. Since I have never had any type of injections, I wanted to be diligent in my research for product and provider, and I really did not want to look overdone. I take care of my skin and never needed any cosmetic procedures before but lets be honest, even when you care for yourself well, women in their 40's start to see the very normal loss of volume in the cheeks resulting in some sagging of the cheeks and mouth. So i did my research and Voluma was the hyaluronic acid that I was interested in. I did an online consultation with Jessica and really liked her, she knew what she was talking about and didn't recommend things I didn't need. So I booked the appointment. I saw her once and she was great about being conservative with her recommendation and I really appreciated that. I decided before my two week follow up that I wanted a little more volume in my cheeks, one syringe didn't quite get the results I wanted even though I saw a difference. On my two weeks follow up I consulted with Jessica again and she said that was pretty normal, we agreed one more syringe on each side would be good. Oh Baby!!! Yes that's what I am talking about!! As soon as she gave me the mirror I was like YES! That's my face right there! I do not look overdone, I do not look puffy, I look like me-10 years ago :)) I have felt so good since I saw her, I just smile when I look in the mirror and I am looking in it more lol. I have referred clients to Jessica and they are very happy as well. If you want a provider that really knows their stuff, a provider that gives you what you want without making you feel self conscious and offering tons of things you don't think you need, and does great work, Jessica is your woman!
