I have interviewed 4 physicians from Buckhead, Atlanta and Marietta. Upon speaking with Dr. Fara for approx. 1 hour, he was my choice. He goes in depth with you in reference to the procedure that you're planning to have. Dr. Fara is an excellent surgeon with WAY above average bedside manners. I had an arm lift and liposuction. He has been so easily able to contact via. phone and or text. His office staff again, is so very pleasant. The office itself has a calming peace upon entering. Do NOT go here!!!!!!!! I went to Dr. Movagharnia resefor breast augmentation with the end goal of full B cup from a 32 A cup & was very specific in my request for having natural looking breasts. I wanted to stay proportionate. Not only did he convince me to do over the muscle surger my research for under the muscle preference, but he recommended I had 400ccs to reach my goal of a FULL B cup. He convinced me to get a larger dose of CCS because they would "diminish in size after the surgery". He is the doctor so I believed his recommendation & agreed. After the surgery they looked massive. But when I would go for a check up he would keep saying don't worry they'll go down in size. "you're just swollen". So careless. He barely remembered who I was after only the 3rd checkup. I was just another form of income to them. They came out after the fluff & drop process to be DOUBLE D'S. I'm furious. I'm no longer proportionate & they look obscene on me. In addition to his antiquated, unprofessional, carelessness, & inconsideration he charged me a fortune. After hidden fees the procedure came to be about $7200 when he originally told me $6200. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!

My experience with staff was great but my surgery results were horrible and when I consulted with him about what could be done to fix my horrible results his office quoted me an additional price of about 5000.00 to fix what he had done 8 months before I was totally bummed about this so . I will post pictures of My surgery during my recovery which took longer because one of my arms and breast wouldn’t heal. I a currently seeking help with this issues. All surgeons should hold a higher level of integrity in their work and execution means everything , my surgery lack this perfectionist he claims he is..

He has an excellent bedside manner and very responsive to my questions and concerns. The staff is wonderful — overall a great experience. I would definitely recommend.

He is the first doctor that really talked to me and explained the process of the surgery and all the events that would happened pre and post surgery. Also he is the first doctor in my four reconstructive surgeries to give me his personal number and call me to make sure that I am alright the night of the surgery. Dr. Movagharnia, Is a very knowledgeable surgeon in the area plastic surgery. He consulted with my wife and I about every facet of the procedure she was considering having, and made us very comfortable. He is not one of those doctors that believes in just operating for the sake of operating, there is a purpose behind every decision made. We have not yet made the decision to go forward with the procedure but if and when we do we will definitely go to Dr. Movagharnia.

My surgery was performed on August 26th by Dr. Movagharnia. He completed a hernia repair, tummy tuck, and lipo suction of my stomach and back. He educated me prior to my surgery and was very detailed about his procedure. He did an excellent job in preparing me for everything I needed prior to surgery and after. After surgery he is very personable and followed up with me once I was at home to see how things were going. In one week I can see my results and they are awesome! He did a beautiful job and I am very pleased with his work! I highly recommend him!

I was referred to Dr Movagharnia approximately one year ago by a friend. During my initial consultation, I was impressed so I elected to proceed with my breast augmentation. Following my surgery, significant complications arose and I feel strongly that Dr. Movagharnia abdicated his duty to me as a patient and failed to meet the standard of care in my follow-up treatment. My experience was as follows: • Dr. Movagharnia performed my surgery through the nipple. While one incision was beautiful, the other was haphazard. • Immediately following my surgery, during what would be a standard recovery time, I experienced tremendous bruising and immense pain. The pain forced me to take an extended leave of absence from work. • Approximately five weeks post-op, I began to feel hardening and discovered a deformity in one of my breasts. I shared these discoveries with Dr. Movagharnia immediately and he expressed little concern. I was still concerned, however, and made an appointment with him, during which he told me I was fine and that I should massage the breast. • Approximately four to six weeks after that encounter, there was no improvement in my condition and my breast continued to harden. I made another appointment with the physician and he diagnosed me with stage 3 capsular contracture. He immediately performed a closed capsulotomy in the office. This procedure was incredibly painful and voided the warranty of the implant. More importantly, however, as I am a medical professional, I later discovered through medical literature research and consultation with other surgeons that this is an antiquated procedure that has not been common in plastic and aesthetic surgery since the 1980s. • After this procedure, Dr. Movagharnia stopped all contact with me and no longer checked on how I was progressing with recovery from capsular contracture. • The closed capsulotomy did not resolve my issues, so I tried an ultrasound procedure called Aspen in an attempt to avoid another surgery. Aspen was unsuccessful because my capsular contracture was too advanced. • I found a new surgeon who specializes in repairing unsuccessful augmentation. He informed me that I needed surgery as soon as possible to avoid permanent deformity. He also immediately put me on Singulair and two other supplements, offered the medical journal articles to back these medications, and followed my progress weekly until he could operate. • I underwent a second surgery with this new surgeon soon thereafter. After my surgery, he informed me that the surgery was so lengthy because my complications were unlike “anything he had ever seen” and required study to best address them. In the end, he discovered more scar tissue than he had ever seen, one implant was folded in half inside the pocket, and three to four pockets under and over the muscle in each breast. Even though this surgeon had to address multiple complications arising out of my procedure and recovery with Dr. Movagharnia, my recovery time was much quicker and easier due to the professionalism and care of my second surgeon. My surgery was on a Friday and I was back to work on Tuesday. I even attended a party on Saturday night. He follows me very closely (at first weekly, then biweekly, now monthly) and I am still on several meds to prevent capsular contracture. My new breasts look amazing thanks to his diligence in his repairs. My total out-of-pocket cost for this entire experience was just shy of $17,000. Exacerbating that cost is the fact that Dr. Movagharnia did not give me informed consent about the implant warranty requirements. He provided contradictory information every time I addressed the issue and none of my complications were covered. I am working two jobs to cover these costs that should have never been incurred in the first place. While I recognize my experience does not bear on other surgeries performed by Dr. Movagharnia, the pain that I suffered and the dangerous risk of deformity to which I was exposed compels me to not recommend him to anyone considering a breast augmentation.

Dr. Movagharnia is a fantastic surgeon. His bedside manner is incredible and I could appreciate his humor. I had a consultation with him back in 2005 and I finally had my surgery 12/2013. I did research of other surgeons in the metro Atlanta area but my first and only choice was Dr. Movagharnia. When I had my consult in 2013 I could feel the same caring manner from him that I felt back in 2005. I was going in to consult for a tummy tuck and liposuction. I remember asking about lipo of my upper arms. He said “I am not going to lipo your arms…just use some arm weights”. It was refreshing to see a physician not trying to make extra money. He was more concerned about my health than the extra dollars from the lipo of my arms.The fact is he values his patient’s health over dollars and for that I was truly impressed. I definitely cannot forget to mention the professionalism of the front office Judy and Zahra. These women are so kind and courteous. Whenever you call the office their greeting is always warm and pleasant. At each office visit I always felt like they were truly concerned with my well being. They are very knowledgeable about many things. I remember calling to ask a question and Zahra was quite capable of answering my question. Also Judy took care of all my paperwork needs for my job. They are both amazing and their presence complements the office. I have wanted this surgery for many years and I am so ecstatic with the outcome. I am 12 weeks post-op. I still have some swelling but I can definitely see the definition of my shape. I have referred many people to his practice. A male friend asked me about my surgery and said his wife wanted to have it done. I suggested that for a Mother’s Day gift he take her in for a consultation. He seemed excited about the idea…we will see what happens. I would recommend Dr. Movagharnia for anyone considering cosmetic surgery.

Going in for a consult for my breasts, liposuction, tummy tuck and labiaplasty I have to say I was extremely nervous and embarrassed. Dr. Fara and his office staff were so amazing at making me feel comfortable and welcome. I drove an hour and a half to see Dr. Fara for consult, surgery and follow up visits and it was 100% worth the drive. My husband and I absolutely LOVE my new body and I am still only 5 weeks post op. I never in a million years thought I could feel so sexy and confident. My labia is no longer droopy, my belly is flat and my breasts are full and look and feel real. I could text Dr. Fara any day, anytime and he would respond immediately which was very comforting in times of pain or concern. I was also surprised at how quickly I was up doing my normal activities. I would definitely return to CCRS for any further surgeries and would recommend Dr. Fara to anyone, in fact I have 2 family members already wanting to go to him for surgery because they are so amazed with the new me!!! I cannot wait to wear a regular bathing suit next summer instead of hiding under a granny one!!Again I love you Dr. Movagharnia and staff, you have changed my life :)

I had liposuction done a couple years ago of my back, flanks and abdomen. I am not happy with the results. I had several consultations with other surgeons and was told that I needed a tummy tuck because of my diastasis recti, but I did not want such invasive surgery. This doctor was the only one who did not mention the tummy tuck, and thought I would have a good result. I have great regret I should have listened to the others...that being said the doctor and his wife are amazing people they took good care of me and answered all my questions there is no character flaw in my opinion, I just wish I did more research.

Hands down the best doctor for plastic surgery. Office staff is amazing. Doctor is wonderful very insightful. Doctor bedside manner was 10/10. Surgery was a breeze for me, I was up walking same day. Doctor checked in three times daily communicating with my family. Any question I asked he responded in less than 5 minutes. I am In Love with my results, I had a breast lift and reduction. Pain was not bad for me at all, barely took pain meds. I am I love with this practice and staff. Please go see Doc for any plastic surgery needs in Atlanta area. Results, Safety and Experience! I was very picky about who would preform my TummyTuck ( and a few other things!) and Dr Fara delivered. He very patiently answered all my questions, and the operation was a huge success! He did what he said he would do and even more, I'm amazed at his skill and patience, he exceeded my expectations and more. My body is rocking and I owe it to Dr Fara!
