Dr. Hulsen and his nurse, Brandi are the ultimate DREAM TEAM! I cannot write or say enough great things about them. Dr. Hulsen's bedside manners are phenomenal. He discussed all the pro's & con's of my surgery, addressed all of my questions and most importantly did an amazing job (seriously, AMAZING)! One of things that really meant a lot to me as a patient were my concerns about post-op pain management; Dr. Hulsen remembered my concerns when I met with him 1 week post-op and when one regimen wasn't working, he was able to get me on a pain regimen that meet my needs. Post surgery I had tons of questions and worries, Dr. Hulsen & Brandi addressed every question and concern with the most amazing care. One of the best things is that Dr. Hulsen and Brandi made me feel like I was their only patient. I never felt rushed or that I didn't get enough time to discuss items with them. I would recommend Dr. Hulsen over and over again!

I would like to wish the doctor (and I am too kind to name names) who treated me with fillers that lasted 9 days (for the cost of $ 900 and a promise of 9 months) the same disappointments that he meted out to me. Note, too, that you must pay as soon as the treatment is over. Why the rush to take money?

I spent a lot of time doing my research online & asking friends for referrals before moving forward with my consultation for a breast lift with implants & a rhinoplasty. I was anxious going in but I was blown away at how professional, courteous & sweet everyone in the office was. When meeting with Dr. Rast I was immediately put at ease. I found out post appointment that this specific doctor was not in fact in my network, footing me the whole bill. This doctor did not listen to my wants as I came in for a specific medication and she kept insisting on other versions. She also recommended multiple, costly procedures that many other providers recently have not recommended for me.

My experience with this facility could not have been better. I was referred to doctor Sheryl Young and from start to finish she made me extremely comfortable and I could tell she was actually invested in her patients. One of her nurses, Karen particularly stood out to me. A few days after my final post op from my breast augmentation I had a complication that resulted in a hematoma. Dr. Young was away from the office and Dr. Mcclung was there to help. He immediately got me in the office to fix my hematoma and was amazing. Karen was there for me in the waiting room and could sense how nervous I was to have the in office procedure and even stayed in with me during the whole procedure calming me down until it was over. I am so grateful for the entire staff, even the front desk women made sure I was okay when I left. 10/10 recommend. Thank you all!!!

After having 3 kids, eating right and working out daily, I grew another level of frustration from not getting rid of my mommy pooch! I decided to get a Mommy Makeover with Dr. McClung and he was excellent through the entire experience. I’m literally sitting in my car in the parking lot after my 3 week post-op appointment and felt the need to make my review. My first consultation with him and his nurses, Tracy and Joyce, was comforting and very helpful! Those ladies know their stuff!!!! They were informative and instead of insisting I go even bigger and adding more to my procedures they advised me to just go for a tummy tuck and breast augmentation for my first procedure. That alone showed they were more concerned with my health and recovery process than making a fast buck. That really sealed the deal for me! Although I was nervous on the day of my surgery since I was alone without my husband due to COVID policy, Dr. McClung reassured me he knew what he was doing. In fact he mentioned he had the same procedure earlier in the day with another patient. Now I’m 3 weeks in and my scars look great and I’m feeling better about myself than ever before!!! Thanks to all the care and help from Dr. McClung and Joyce!!

CROOKS! Even after promptly cancelling my appointment, they kept my $500 for their “trouble”of a FREE consultation and the 5 minutes it took to schedule my surgery. I could have gone anywhere for a free consult that wouldn’t have cost me $500. I called and they had me speak to an office staff person that told me “didn’t *** explain to you that was no -refundable? You ha d a free consult that took time and those $500 are for our trouble of scheduling you”. THATS YOUR JOB!!! I had emailed SEVERAL times asking about getting my deposit back and not a single person at the office had the professional courtesy to reply to me.

Dr. McClung did an amazing job with my lower blepharoplasty! I had eye bags for as long as I could remember and I was very self conscious about them. I never experienced plastic surgery before so I was extremely nervous. From the moment I went into the office, I felt like I was in good hands. Unfortunately I did not have a good experience with the staff at Associated Plastic Surgeons. For weeks I had to keep calling to get them to send paperwork into my insurance company, and when I went to schedule my surgery them told me to come in and talk to so and so. Well so and so had the day off and so did her backup. That to me is very unprofessional so I decided not to have my surgery with them.

Dr. McClung performed laser resurfacing to remove acne scars, and I am very pleased with the results. As a teenager, my acne was treated with x-ray treatments (a procedure no longer done) which can make skin more susceptible to injury from laser surgery. Dr. McClung adjusted the amount of laser treatment I received to an appropriate level that resulted in removing the acne scars and leaving a smooth, scar-free complexion.

This place is full of drama and treat people very poorly, they are very insensitive and biased. The office manager, Austin has informed me the office won't see me because of 5 different new excuses that aren't even founded but a result of their office drama. I've not even seen a dr here in over a year. But the new drama that's come about is that now I'm unpleasable and that was the new excuse after I'd expressed how much I loved the filler injections from one of the surgeons and was wanting to reschedule with this same dr, again It's a new excuse everytime. Which all came about over a year ago because of their med spa injector and the gal that answers the phone in the med spa. Gave me wrong information and they have since held this against me acting like I've done something wrong to deserve refusal of service from one of the surgeons who I have no issues with. STAY AWAY unless you want problems and poor treatment. I intend to take this a step further. I feel degraded and beyond disrespected over their lies and insensitivity.

I was in today for a consultation with Dr. Young about having a pannelectomy. K had a 3pm appt. and after waiting 45 mins. I was finally put in a room. Dr. Young was in and said I was too big for surgery and told me to go lose+ lbs and come back. If it was only that easy with a grade 5 pannus in the way. She knew my weight and medical history prior to my appointment so I do not understand why I wasn't contacted and told she was unwilling to do it. She was rude and disrespectful on top of it. Poor excuse for a doctor. She had no compassion at all.
