Wouldn't honor an online price that did NOT state it was online only or anything of the sort. So I ended up returning my entire purchase and buying online instead. Not the first time this has happened.

I’ve been doing tons of research about the Playstation5. I follow many blogs and do the deep digging on stock trackers ect. It sounds like shoppers do get ps5s in stock but you have to be lucky enough to be around on shipment day because they go fast. When I called this location, one person told me they do get them, and to ask the merchandiser. When I asked them about it they said that they were online only from the store. Then when I asked the manager he told me that shoppers doesn’t sell them at all(not true) and that the only place to get them is through Sony direct website.(also not true, Sony direct does not ship to Canadian residents.) I just got a bunch of misinformation from this location, seems kinda shady to me, either they don’t know how to inform their customers or their selling their ps5 s to certain people.

The pharmacy is a joke. Very rude, no compassion or help. I have 5 refills, they tell me I have none. It’s says right on my pill bottles. Changing my pharmacy.

My child needed to use the washroom. The supervisor was called very rude from the start. If she didn't want us to use it in the begining she could have said something but chose not to (I should have taken as a sign to leave but she had to go). My daughter was taking a long time to complete her bowl movement. When we finally left the supervisor spoke to us in a very inappropriate manner! Don't dare ask to use the facilities even if your kid is going to have an accident!

I always love the pharmacists at shoppers until I talked to the Cranbrook one. She was rude and actually argued with me. Very unprofessional! But the cashier nick was awesome!

I have no idea why the pharmacists have to be so rude?? Filling this prescription and then I absolutely refuse to go back and give them any more of my money. Replace Kathy with someone who has a better attitude.

Pharmacist showed up late on Sunday morning. Hospital sent me there to pick up prescription at 8am. Staff had to close the store when they realized he wasn't there. When he finally showed up he looked like he just rolled out of bed. Rest of staff were apologetic.
