If the fresh produce isn't completely out of stock it's usually rotting on the shelves. If you're looking for a deal on meat go here, but don't expect quality. If you're looking for ingredients for an exotic dish however, they have you covered. Most of the the other stores in town are so white washed it becomes a task finding something more than just one brand of hoisin or a bottle of mirin. The only reason this store gets 2 stars is because of their diversity in selection.

Loads of selection and a favorite to shop at but I really dislike how the supervisor in the produce acts. Her name tag reads Shauna . On numerous occasions I've been shopping only to hear her trash talking her staff while texting or walking around with her phone in her hand. We are talking multiple times. I've even heard others point out the same attitude. It's not acceptable

Great Canadian store to go to! This one in Moose Jaw is also great. They always have a good selection of food and fresh vegetables. The worker's at the till's are always nice and friendly. The only thing that I can complain about is the ' Self Checkout ', not that I ever use it but the 2 times I tried it out it sucked and didn't work very well. :( But, overall is a great store to go grocery shopping!

I really like this store. Some prices are the best you will find in the area. Like rice milk. The little sushi bar in the back is great! Large selection of meats, well large selection of everything here. Lots of cashier's over the busy times as well. Never have too long of a wait to get out. Add to that online shopping and it provides a little bit for everyone.

This is definitely my place for grocery shopping! Can't see that changing in the near future. But.... I got asked at the till for proof of vaccination in the liquor store part. I'm aware that liquor stores are now asking. I'm fully vaccinated and of course I wasn't carrying my proof on me. Sheesh lol I did not get asked at the entrance. Instead the older gentleman asked after I had already walked through, chose what I wanted, and waited in line behind two other customers. It defeats the purpose of the policy.

Ive stopped shopping here since they got security, as the first time I went in with the guard at the door she swore at me in front of my 4 year old son when I did not use sanitizer on his hands. I shop in this location every week (sometimes on multiple days) but Monday was almost enough to make me switch stores. It was due to at LEAST 6 people not wearing masks. When I mentioned it to store staff, they immediately made an announcement but still allowed those people to go through the check out. We are so close to the finish line. I used PCExpress for the first time. I don't recommend it. They literally threw my groceries in my trailer, half the groceries were not even bagged, everything was thrown loose in the trailer, disorganized with heavy items on top of softer ones like bananas and chips. They selected the worst possible mushrooms on my behalf, and although they're supposed to check with the customer before substituting, they never bothered calling or texting me to check with me when they substituted my ordered Ketchup chips with BBQ instead and regular chips with dill pickle chips (both flavors none in my family likes). And they substituted my 16kg dog food bag for 2 7.2kg and charged me the full price of both bags which is $6 more expensive than the bigger bag and has only 14.4kg instead of 16kg. I am also missing one lasagna completely although they charged me for 2. And the kid who came to load my groceries was absolutely rude and utterly disrespectful. Finally, they gave me a 3-month free PCinsiders coupon that expired over a month ago. Then I waited over half an hour to get someone on the phone who didnt care about "my troubles" and got an $18 voucher in an email, for the missing item and price difference with dog food. Very disappointed, doesn't begin to describe it.

This is one of the most poorly managed places I have ever visited in this town. It's obvious, they do not train new staff properly. I have the patience for the odd glitch in a shopping experience, but when it happens 5 times in a row, I can't do it anymore. I stood there, literally for 20 minutes today trying to show a young man how to "find" and sell me a can of tobacco and papers. I was pointing to the specific shelves where it was, but he was not understanding english very well. I asked him why he wasn't wearing a mask, but he did not understand me. This is the 5th time now, but I am not training their staff anymore. I'm done shopping at that store. I don't have the patience.

2020-12-09 update OUCH! When eveeything is painted battleship gray it's hard to see the staircase... a bit of yellow paint would help. 2020-11-30 update Store not enforcing new mask requirements covering nose and mouth and permitting customers to wear clear face shields. Staff very helpful in showing you where the item is your looking for.... one issue for people who have disabilities, it's difficult to get a cart and return it due to having to put looney in the carts... as a comparison Courtenay Superstore has disabled the deposit system during Covid 19.

I went to Superstore to change my phone plan from Bell, to Shaw. I switched my Bell Cell phone accounts from Bell over to Shaw. I had no complaints about Bell, just the fact that I am now saving $150/month on my combined Cell phone, Internet and Television accounts across 2 provinces is a Big plus for me. The costs associated with moving for AB to B.C. are far greater than most people would imagine. The people at the Cell phone store inside Superstore were very pleasant and quite helpful in helping me to navigate the loose ends of combining accounts and transitioning me into having all my data accounts consolidated under 1 provider, which is Shaw. I am traveling fro province to province by car, air and truck and motor home; The # 1 dilemma and what turned out to be the a problem of the highest priority is "Staying connected to data" while zigzagging across provinces, motels, hotels, RV Parks and airports. I have to say that I am already so happy with the seamless streaming of data on my travels via the Shaw go platform. The connectivity for Shaw is the same as it was on Bell, only better because of the shaw go. I am very pleased with my new provider, and the savings are a big giant + for me at a time when costs are mounting.

As an American in Canada, this is one of the most bombastically named Canadian chains I've encountered - and they even go on and on about the president here instead of some silly British parliamentary nonsense. To boot, the prices are competitive, and there's an interesting section of general merchandise to kick things up a notch. Also, it seems that no matter how small the city might seem, you'll find a fairly impressive fresh seafood counter - even in Moose Jaw. Ten out of ten, will do again (and again and again). Real Canadian Superstore, I salute you!

I always do the click and collect and I love it. The staff are always super friendly and are great about contacting me for substitutions to my items. Once there was a mix up and they were apologetic and quickly fixed the mishap and I walked away more than happy. I highly recommend the program to every one! I do like this place but the prices are going up and now it's getting to a point where I to travel to Lethbridge to the wholesale company to buy my groceries a box of chicken was $11 now it's at 18 or $19 I roughly spend about 900 + $a week I know all the staff and are extremely nice. I would like to make a list of other prices and changes but it makes me upset. I do understand about inflation I do know the markets for the different foods. Its just sheer greed and taking advantage of your customers. It's bad if I could drive to Alberta and back and save money just saying. I do like the point system but because of the price is always going up I really don't save any money my bean counters keep track of the profit and loss of this company point system when I'm buying food towards what I'm saving I really don't save anyting it looks good but that's it. I like Superstore for the convenience of a one stop shop. Their prices are quite competitive and if you bring in an advertised price from another competitor they'll match it. We shop there weekly, so we easily spend $10,000 a year there. One thing that irks me though is that some items aren't priced. For instance recently there was a large display in the produce section, but no price. I asked the clerk what the price was and he didn't know (???) but he directed me to one of their many scanners, a couple of hundred feet away and an aisle over. The scanner didn't work. And it didn't work the next week or for some time after that. And you would think that if the store has so many priceless (ahem) items and so many scanners for said items that they would have an area by the scanners for the rejects. Not so. So the money spent to hire an employee to restock rejected unpriced items left around the store could be spent to price said items and save customers the time and grief in the first place. We've reached the point where we just ignore items that aren't priced, and buy them elsewhere.

This is not the store for low income people like me, on a pension. I've shopped there many times but this last couple years, their prices have been slowly increasing. I went in there today and walked out very depressed, because I just can't afford that place anymore. A relative is going to take me to Regina next week, where she shops, she says it's a place I can afford. She already brings me meat back from there, because it's much cheaper.

Superstore is my go to shopping place! Of course it has its flaws, like every place.. I love the variety of items, the quality of the produce (for the most part.. I have received rotten bell peppers before and rotten chicken breast.. I went back and got a refund, no questions asked) the prices are pretty good, at times they have amazing deals and I am also a fan of their rewards program. They have a online pick up service, I haven't used it but I have heard good things about it.

If you don't have a Costco, this is the next best place with groceries, and little bit of everything, Medical clinic, photo printing, pharmacy, cell phones, clothes, garden center (in summer) banking, gas, and rewards that actually are useful. I have had no bad experiences with the store employees. Besides, if you aren't a people person then you can use the self checkout. The parking lot is not very efficient and a little confusing. That being said, very few places in moose jaw seem to have decent parking arrangements and there is lots of space to park. All around one of my favourite go-to places to shop
