I don't typically write reviews, but I felt compelled to write one about my experience here! I was referred to the Summerville location from my doctor after I had mentioned my interest in breast reduction. My mother had the procedure done whenever I was young so I was familiar with (what I thought) the procedure, scarring, healing, etc. I met with Dr. Blum for my consultation & he agreed that I should have the procedure done so we sent it off to my ins company for approval. Once approved I worked with Shelbie to schedule the best dates for my surgery via email which made it easy for my work schedule. I met with Dr. Blum 2 weeks prior to my surgery to answer any pre-op/post-op questions & fill out some additional paperwork. He wrote me my prescriptions at that appointment, which was super convenient for me, so I had all of my medicine already ready to go for surgery day. On the day of the procedure (Summerville Medical Center), I met with Dr. Blum a few minutes prior to the procedure to get drawn on. He made me feel calm & made my family & I laugh which definitely helped with nerves. The procedure was super fast (1.5-2hrs). I came out of surgery with little to no pain & was able to leave shortly after. The best part of the experience to me was post-op. Dr. Blum gave me & my family access to his personal cell phone number so that I could call/text if I had any complications, questions or concerns. That made me really feel like I was in good hands. Any time I had to text/call, I had an answer to my question within 10 minutes. Dr. Blum was extremely helpful, knowledgeable & never made me feel like I was a burden. Every conversation with him feels genuine. 3 weeks post op & I am now able to see my incisions (without tape) & that is what truly blew me out of the water & brought me to tears. The stitching is underneath the skin with dissolvable stitches, making my incisions a thin line that will make scarring EXTREMELY minimal. After seeing how my moms procedure went & healed years prior, I was prepared to have scarring but even 3 weeks post op they look AMAZING. Dr. Blum is 100% the reason I feel more confident & am super happy with the results. If you come to this location & have Dr. Blum you are in VERY good hands. 10/10 highly recommend.

My mother trusted them, so I started believing in them, and they have NOT disappointed me yet! I recommend them to everyone when I speak about my procedures. I've had 2 procedures done here so far and I couldn't be happier. Everyone I've met on the staff is so friendly, comforting, fun, and you can tell they genuinely enjoy what they do. I went in for a procedure yesterday and was so relaxed because everyone there was incredibly inviting and personable, even at 6:45 am lol. I recently had a breast augmentation done, and let me tell you how amazing Dr. Blum was. He not only made me feel comfortable about the process, but he did a great job. From my first consultation, I could tell he was very dedicated to his work. He really cares about giving you the results you are looking for. He took the time to help me figure out the perfect fit for me, and that helped calm my nerves. After having a baby I was very insecure about my breasts. But after having my surgery I feel 100% more comfortable with my body. It was the best thing I ever did!

The only reason they get 4 stars and not 5 is they charge a fee for using credit or debit cards . Not many people have checks anymore . Other than that this was a great visit.

My experience with Dr. Crantford and the Sweetgrass staff was nothing but impeccable so I ended up cancelling my other consultations. I would not recommend I had a procedure done several times an it wasn't done correctly. They redone the procedure several times with no good results. Now 4 years later trying to go to another doctor to correct the problem. Sweetgrass wouldn't release my records because what they said they did wasn't done.

Dr. Bossert has been amazing. I feel he truly cares about your happiness with your surgery results. I am a bariatric weight loss patient and he has performed a lower body lift while also correcting dog ears left behind from a prior surgeon after my tummy tuck. I'm returning next week for a thigh lift with him as well. I never feel rushed or silly for all of my questions or concerns. Any time that I have returned for follow up appointments and requested to see him, he was available for me. The staff at Sweetgrass Plastic Surgery have also been amazing, friendly and attentive. I'm ecstatic with my results and appreciative of all of Dr. Bossert's efforts to repair the damage that I did to my body. Between the weight loss and these body correcting procedures, I feel like a new woman.

Dr. Schimpf is hands down the best in his field! I just had the Facetite procedure yesterday and I look amazing. My jaw is more pronounced and there is absolutely no loose skin under my chin. I am in no pain and there is little swelling. I will be comfortable going out tomorrow. This was my gift to myself. If you're looking for the best surgeon look no further. Dr. Blum's skill far exceeds any other plastic surgeon's. And I've been to many. New York. New Jersey. Downtown Charleston. Philadelphia. He explains things in an easy to understand way. Staff is caring, compassionate, and knowledgeable. Dr. Blum keeps in contact with you throughout your entire recovery. Prices are considerably less than other surgeons'. It was a terrible experience, l went to surgery room at 10 am and I left at approximately 12:45 pm and they took me out of the clinic at around 2 pm and they threw me in my vehicle and I fainted on the way up. when I got home I fainted again in front of my children then I fainted again 2 more times miraculously I am alive ...... my husband called the doctor 3 times and sent texts to ask if it was normal but I had no luck with communication until the next day at 10 am. I think they need to take more time to check customers on the facility ...

I just recently had liposuction back in August 2020, and from start to finish I was nothing but pleased with the service and procedure. Dr Schimpf and his team are wonderful. They have always greeted me with a smile, and have had nothing but patience with my million and one questions along the way. I couldn't even express how nice the follow-up call was also. I had my revision done two days ago and yet another great experience minus the pain from scar tissue. I was in some pain and the nurse even held onto my hand and kept making sure I was doing ok. The office is very welcoming upon entrance! The receptionist staff is beyond friendly with beautiful smiles which is always important on first impressions. I was 15 minutes late for my appointment and they did not make me reschedule and that was a plus because I traveled an hour to get there. Dr. Schimpf and his staff are very knowledgeable of procedures and addressed every concern. I will see you guys again soon!

I am scheduled for surgery again in a few weeks and I had my preop visit today Today I did not get to visit with Dr. Dennis Schimpf I got to visit one of his assistants.
