Can’t give PSA high enough praise! Every single step of my procedure with them was kindly and professionally handled. They were very busy when I first called and I didn’t expect to get in for a consult for several months, but they called a few weeks later with an opening! All of my questions and concerns were listened to and thoroughly answered, they helped me guide me so I’d be happiest with my results. All of my pre and post surgery care was explained and documented so I wouldn’t have any unexpected issues, and all of the staff were so sweet and helpful, they really make you feel right at home. The actual surgery it’s self was smooth and very quick, thanks to Dr. Cole’s thorough pre and post care I never felt any discomfort, she thought of it all! They were great about making sure I got all my post surgery appointments and I always felt like I would be well taken care of with any issues. It’s been 5 months since my procedure with them and I am SO BEYOND HAPPY. Thank you guys so much!!

I had dermal fillers in the cheek area from Sarah Dunlap. My result exceeded my expectations! Sarah is a true asset to the Plastic Surgeons of Alaska, I find Sarah to be exceptional in her skill.Sarah was very professional, her sterile technique was excellent and she was very gentle, there was minimal pain and no bruising. I highly recommend Sarah for any aesthetic procedure that anyone desires. I travel from Fairbanks to Anchorage to see Sarah and i think the amount of travel I do speaks volumes for the exceptional patient care I receive.

Do not see doctor Cole. After going through breast cancer reconstruction with her I would never recommend her. Through put the whole processed I was lied to multiple times the first time was right after surgery when she mistakenly put the wrong size expanders in told me she put in 550 but only put in 350. But assured me it would be fine and wouldn’t effect the end results. Then when I went in for the exchange she put a smaller size implant than what we had talked about but told me I’d be happy and they wouldn’t be set so far apart after a few months. I few months go by and I still have 2 inches between my implants because they are clearly to small for my frame. She tells me not to worry she will go exchange them and everything will be ok. We set a date get it all set up through the hospital then I get a call from her office saying I needed to sign a form in case my insurance doesn’t cover her mistake I will. Needless to say surgery was cancelled and I’m 31 years old and left with what I would consider a blotched end result. I’m just thankful I didn’t go ahead with nipple reconstruction after being pressured by her to do that before getting this fixed. Very sad and disappointed in her. Her staff was always very sweet and caring.

I had breast augmentation performed by Dr Manuel in November of 2011 and to this day I still absolutely LOVE the results. It's changed the way I look at myself in the mirror.. I used to avoid looking at myself topless and now whenever I get out of the shower and see them in the mirror I am reminded how happy I am with them. This was easily the best thing I ever did for myself and I frequently recommend Dr Manuel to anyone who asks.

Long over due. Review. I’ve been seeing Lindsey for over 2 years now? Maybe 3. She’s the only one that’s allowed to touch my face when it comes to fillers. Great personality, informative, and professional. I wouldn’t let anyone else in this state ( Alaska ) touch me. She delivers results and will not over due it ( unless you insist otherwise), she’ll save what’s left for touch ups when the swelling gone down. If I could post a video to show the work in every angle I would… unfortunately that’s not available at the moment. Many of my friends have gone to her for a freshen up… I highly suggest her! And will continue to book her when/as needed. 10/10. Lip filler Laugh lines Botox around the eyes and lips. ( high recommend if you smoke cigs)

I absolutely love this place! When choosing an injector, I highly recommend Sara Dunlap! Her conservative aesthetic eye is exactly what you want! I have asked her if I need (fill in the blank) and she has told me NO. I respect that! Anyone can inject, but you want an artist. Sara Dunlap IS AN ARTIST! I have also had the pleasure of working with Jana Cole! Her kind but honest bedside manor is awesome! An extremely talented surgeon! Hands done THE BEST! I have also had the pleasure of working with Teesha (I know...I’m a frequent flyer ;). Teesha is EXTREMELY THROUGH! From Palomar laser treatments for anti-aging or hair removal to chemical peels, she knows her stuff! Extremely knowledgeable. I would recommend Plastic Surgeons of Alaska!!! ????????????????????

Dr. Cole is amazing! I had a breast augmentation about a year ago and I couldn’t be more happy with the way I look today, my breast look so natural, they feel great, they look great and I truly appreciated her honesty on what to expect before and after surgery, she never promised miracles and was straight forward. I wanted 450cc’s, but she recommended 500cc’s I was afraid they would look too big due to my height and body shape, but I’m sooo happy I took her advise and trusted her judgment. She’s an amazing surgeon and I always recommend her to anyone looking for a surgeon in Anchorage.

I had an arm lift and leg lift post weight loss done by Dr. Cole about 10 years ago. I chose her because I thought going out of state would be too expensive and people I knew recommended her. She was very nice but I have regretted my choice to have my surgery done to this day. My inner thigh had what looked like a chunk missing and my arms and thighs still had a lot of excess skin. When I called the office wanting to make an appointment to discuss my results with Dr. Cole I was told I would need to pay a new consultation fee and if the surgery needed to be revised it would probably cost as much as the original. Needless to say, I never went back to see her. Years later, I went to get a second opinion about my results and see if I could get a revision of the surgeries. I saw doctors in Beverly Hills, LA and San Diego because I really wanted to be careful this time and find someone with a lot of experience with post weight loss surgery. Every single one told me my results were so botched it would be so much work that it would basically be redoing the entire procedure. I've only had the arm lift redone so far and I cannot tell you what a difference it made. I finally feel comfortable in my own skin. I paid to fly myself and a friend to CA, stay in an Air BNB, rent a car and pay for my surgery and it still cost thousands less than it did to have my original arm lift surgery in AK. I've had friends get breast implants from Dr. Cole and they look great, but for post weight loss surgery I recommend finding a different surgeon.

Dr. Cole is very into her work and very knowledgeable of the entire body looking balanced. She was a little rushed during our initial appointment, but went over the details before surgery. She and the staff are very concerned with your comfort post op. They were also very good about laying out the charges and none of theirs changed.

Sarah and her scheduling assistant, Julie, have gone out of their way to provide convenient appointments for last minute calls. We live 300 mi.s away so I never know if weather et al will permit our travel. Sarah is quite talented with a good eye for symmetry so results are remarkable and very natural... We definitely appreciate Sarah and Julie in the AK community!

Called to get just a consultation was told that I couldn’t even get the consultation my insurance approved because my BMI Never in my life have I been denied a consultation just because of my my weight. Even though I’ve never had any underlying health condition. How can you deny someone care if you’ve never even seen their health records. Definitely lost a potential customer.

Everyone here has been incredible helpful and supportive. I went here for an elective procedure after loosing a large amount of weight and I could not be happier with my results. I have enjoyed being a pt of Dr. Suver as he has kept me informed and provided realistic information for me throughout the entire process. I have anxiety issues and called the office a "few" times but the staff has always been beyond helpful and never annoyed by my frequent questions.

If I could give less stars If I could! Sarah the nurse practitioner has zero bedside manner. She was extremely nasty and condescending. When I asked her about having my lips done, she said "I won't do your lips they are already over inflated as it is! Wow, I haven't had my lips done so that was way out of line and just plain old nasty. Save yourself the emotional heart ache go somewhere else! This woman is extremely overconfident and thinks that she is a doctor when she is not. It wasn't about whether or not my lips needed injection it was more like she could have said it more tactfully instead of just flat out being mean and nasty.

I’ve went to Dr. Cole back in 2008 her service was good. As for her receptionist person durning the time, she was a little rude. I had to say to my self the receptionist wasn’t caring for me Dr. Cole was. Summer 2020 I got another referral, sad to say my paper work as I was told got misplaced 3 times. As anyone know that is a big know know you can’t & don’t suppose to loss or misplace a patient information under the HIPPA rights. Called several times finally got in with Dr. Daniel Suver who works side by side with Dr. Jena Cole. Later that day I received a call back from Dr. Cole who wasn’t seeing me at all. She had the nerves to tell me not asked don’t you call my office being loud to her people. Letting her know I wasn’t at all all I did was trying to find out how did they lost my paper work and that is below or contrary to the standards expected in a particular profession. Also I have contacted the office 3 times regrading my paper work and it’s been over a month with no call no nothing from the office. Once again Dr. Cole kept saying my people said you was loud, then proceeded to say you will not find any body better or good as her. Then was told I’ve never had a problem with you ever over the years. So that should have been a red flag for her. Still she wasn't hearing me just over talking me. I thought once again that was very unprofessional as a Dr. to be calling my cell phone just to say that to me as a recurring patient before. Nevertheless I was scheduled with Dr. Daniel Suver. Now I’m thinking ok I don't have to deal with her. After going into the office for my appointment Dr. Daniel Suver didn’t take know more then 6 min with me following no I can’t help you. That’s when I realized what really going on. I was left to find another Dr which I did and will not be referring them ever. I hope and pray this don't happen to anyone else ever. The rudeness, disrespect, & poor service is unacceptable.

I gained a lot of weight after I had my son and left the Army. Unfortunately for me, I gained all of my weight in my abdomen which left me with an apron. I was so ashamed of this and no matter how much weight I lost, the over hanging apron did not go away. I decided to have a tummy tuck in December and called the office to schedule a consultation. My consultation with Dr. Cole went very well and I decided that day to schedule my surgery for March 5. I am now almost 3 weeks post op and I couldn’t be happier with the results. Dr. Cole, Bari and all the staff are always attentive, friendly and kind. I am well taken care of and had no complications and feel much better about the way my body looks. His office staff is so sweet and easy to work with. Makes a huge difference in a experience when the whole office is a team! At my first consult, they were about 45 min behind. That’s fine. It happens. We waiting 30 min in the waiting room the. 20 min on the room. When the Dr came in, she sped through the procedure and what to expect, in about 10 Min. Didn’t ask if i had any questions or concerns and left. My husband and I just looked at each other in shock, what had just happened? My husband was in the process of changing jobs and insurance, so we waited for the new ins to take affect. Called to schedule another consult, with a different Dr this time. They asked LOTS of questions and said his secretary would call to schedule. That was 3 months ago. So far, horrible experience, but what can I do? They are the only board Certified in AK, so they can treat you this way and know we have no other options. Aweful. Just aweful
