This was my second procedure with Dr. MacLennan. As with the first, she and her team are fantastic. I had implants removed and she was careful to provide me with realistic expectations on my new look and how to assist in the “fluffing” so that my natural tissue regained as much fullness as possible. I am only a couple days post-op, but things already look great and are healing well. I highly recommend Dr. MacLennan if you are considering any type of plastic surgery, either new or revision.

Come to this surgeons office. Right off the bat amazing receptionist Alexa who bends over backwards in every sense to make sure processing payments, deposits and the days leading up to the procedure are comfortable and not complicated. She is an amazing and much appreciated advocate. Medical lingo can be tricky to comprehend with the surgery itself to constantly consider it's hard to sometimes keep all the details, but she makes it incredibly fluent and, again, goes above and beyond every step of the way with consistent calls and email validations. Dr. Macleannon is a genius. While I myself have not undergone my procedure yet, I feel confident having heard nothing but abundant praise and i can at least confirm her repoire is nothing short of professional and dignified if you seek a consultation. It is incredibly important to maintain a professional but compassionate approach when it comes to surgeries/medical procedures of any kind and this practice nails it on the head as soon as you walk in regardless of what you seek. 10/10 highly recommend and cannot praise enough!

I waited 30 years to get breast implants and the moment I met Dr. MacLennan I knew I found the right doctor. I had deflated breasts from having four kids and wanted some fullness. Dr. MacLennan consulted that if I was okay with some drooping I did not need a breast lift. I had 350cc implants under the muscle with no lift and with the incision under the breast. This is a great fit for my body type and the drooping is not an issue. Dr. MacLennan was professional and courteous and quick to respond if I had any questions. The Green Mountain Surgery Center staff was amazing and the care I received from all involved was top notch. I am very happy with my results. I would recommend Dr. MacLennan to anyone looking plastic surgery.

I had injections with the doctor and I have never seen so many lines disappear!!! I will get a surgery in the future, after covid, and, for now, I am HAPPY with injections. I have seen Dr. MacLennan a few times this year for facial injections and she also performed surgery on me this past spring to help alleviate pain and discomfort from a challenging, personal issue. In my opinion she is not only compassionate and willing to provide the necessary time for her patients, but she is also one of the most skilled surgeons I have ever experienced. One of the first things I notice when I'm provided services or consultation with Dr. MacLennan is her thoughtful study of the problem, whether it's injections to help take years off your face w/o surgery or if you are in need of surgery. The first time I met with her I was immediately comforted by the attention and consideration she provided while discussing my problem/concerns. She was literally/visually studying the problem area while she was talking to me. I was comforted by my belief that she was seeing me as an individual patient and not looking at my problem with the expectation of a 'cookie cutter' outcome. I can assure others that she is a highly skilled surgeon with an artistic eye for detail and symmetry. At the same time she demonstrates a level of care and attention that will likely help any patient feel confident in their decision.

My experience with Dr. MacLennan was an absolute wonderful experience. I suffered since I was 14 with extremely large breasts and was quite large. I tried everything to help my extreme bad back, neck issues and headaches as a result to the weight I carried on the front. I tried to get a breast reduction but many turned me away...she did not! She made me comfortable right from the start (as did Alexis at the front desk) and it was the best thing I ever did. She is professional and very knowledgeable and an excellent surgeon. My husband and my mother was so impressed with her as well during the day of the surgery. I wish I had met her sooner. I give her 5 STARS and highly recommend her. Her and her team are top notch and you won’t be disappointed going to see her. Oh...one last thing...the office is clean, professional, stocked with a variety of supplies to purchase etc...as are the rooms.

I was told when making the appointment that Dr. Maclennan was great with acne scars and juvaderm. When I got to my appt several months later, I asked Dr. Maclennan if she saw acne scar patients for juvaderm treatment. She said that she did not. Then she said to me “we will see what we can do”. I should have run for the hills at that point but I had waited several months for an appointment and because of it, assumed she was good (and the online reviews were good). I waited a month before posting this review to see if the treatment she gave me showed improvements…but is has not…the scars are still visible…no or very little improvement. I have had this juvaderm treatment twice before for my acne scars with amazing immediate results in california…and the improvements lasted for years. This doctor is not skilled with juvaderm for acne scars, and she is not professional…I mean, who says “ we will see what we can do”!?
