This was by far the best surgical experience i have ever had. Dr. McClellan is wonderful. He has a very calming manner and takes time with his patients. There was no rushing. The office staff and PA Jenna are amazing. They are kind and very experienced. Every thing was explained. I could ask as many questions as I felt necessary. The surgical staff from the surgical center was equally wonderful. Anesthesia, the words can not express how wonderful this group is. They are very very kind. They keep very close check on the patient, I felt I was in the very best hads possible throughout the entire surgical experience . To all of you from Dr. McClellan to the nurse that helped me to the car I say THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR HELPING ME.

I initially contacted Dr. McClellan’s office for a consultation for an abdominoplasty and mastopexy and implants. The decision to have these procedures was not one I made quickly and I had done my research on both the procedures and the surgeons that I met with prior to selecting the one that I felt was most suitable for me. I felt at ease with Becky from our first interaction. I knew exactly what to expect at the consultation. Dr. McClellan was like no other doctor/surgeon I have encountered in my life. He was thorough, explained the procedures in a language I would understand, openly addressed all of my concerns and questions and he helped me make the decisions I wanted based on the best possible surgical result not based on his most profitable options. Needless to say, hands down, McClellan Plastic Surgery is by far the cleanest most professional, patient focused environment I have ever encountered.

Phenomenal doctor and staff! Exceptional patient care. They give attention to detail and do not rush your questions, they invite them. They are all kind and considerate. They made a very difficult time so much easier. He gave sound, practical advice that really helped me make my decisions. I had a very hard time after my surgery and Dr. McClellan was able to calm me, when no-one else could - he's the "Theresa-Whisperer" :) He was very positive, encouraging and reassuring. I'm beyond thankful to him and his entire staff.

Dr. McClellan is a treasure. It was literally a luxury to have my procedure and consultation done here. Dr. McClellan is very personable and most importantly, one hell of an exceptional surgeon. Before the procedure, I of course looked at maybe a hundred random process-pictures online, and they do not even compare to my Day 1 result. There's no doubt in my mind that he has always worked hard at what he does. An A+ surgeon and an A+ consultant.

I expected a quick consultation and "Yes, we can do that" nope... He explained why I wouldn't be happy with what I wanted and I appreciated his bluntness. Refreshing, knowing he has ethics and not just out for a buck. I would highly recommend this doctor. I have a lot of respect for you Dr McClellan !

Dr McClellan was super professional and personable during the process of my breast reduction surgery. I was worried about having a male doctor, but he was nothing less than amazing and made me feel super comfortable. He answered all of my questions and concerns with comforting reassurance. If anyone is thinking about plastic surgery, just know Dr McClellan is your guy! He made this nerve racking experience so much more exciting for me, and I could not be happier with the results. I am so grateful for Dr McClellan and his friendly staff. You guys are awesome, thank you so much for everything !

I would recommend this place to anyone! Dr. McClellan, Jenna and Becky are wonderful, thorough and caring. I truly believe he is the best surgeon around for so many reasons and Jenna has given me the absolute best care pre and post surgery. They care about your overall Heath and healing, I feel they genuinely want the very best outcome for their patients. I am still in the healing phase and anytime I have had a question, they are quick to get back to me. Jenna has even reached out to me first to check in on me. I knew I wanted to go to MPS after a family member had a procedure there a few years back and I went with her to a few of her appointments. I was so impressed at that time with Dr. McClellan and Becky! So when I decided to do my surgery, I knew exactly where I wanted to go. Delish. This restaurant is AMAZING. I had a perfectly cooked rare steak (which was only shaped like a kidney) but no one came to serve me and I had to get my food from a cooler myself but it's tasted so good idc

I had the best possible experience here! I don't write reviews very often but I think whoever reads this will really appreciate hearing my testimony. I went to Dr. McClellan to get filler in my nasolabial folds. This was my first time doing something like this so I was a little nervous and excited at the same time. When he came into the room he noticed I had a cold sore and wouldn’t complete the procedure because the risk of possibly infecting the injection site. I was a little bummed but really appreciated the fact he was erring on the side of caution! Second visit was today and he was training his new PA. I got to hear him speak about his business ethics and to sum it up – everything is done in the best interest of the customer. He was very upfront about the cost. He told me what is was going to take to properly correct the problem area and laid it all out for me so I can leave as satisfied customer. That’s exactly what happened… I left there completely satisfied and feeling like a million bucks!!! Dr. McClellan is top notch and the rest of the staff is awesome too! Thanks for all you do ????

Skilled, professional and super patient, this is the doctor you want doing your procedure. His down to earth demeanor coupled with really wonderful results have made a believer out of me ( and my perfectionist husband ) He and his staff, as well as the staff at the Mon outpatient surgery center were all friendly, professional and I felt in good hands from the start. I was not charged so much as ten cents over the quoted price. Beyond happy I chose Dr. McClellan for my otoplasty.

Dr McClellan did an upper blephroplasty on me 4 months ago and I couldn’t be happier. It did take the full 3 months of healing, like he said lol, before I saw the final result and they turned out exactly like I had hoped. I would highly recommend him!

1. I think Dr. McClellan seems to be a competent surgeon, seems knowledgeable enough. 2. His CRNP is very personable, and has a very good bedside manner, same with his scheduler (Becky I think) 3. So, my complaint is not regarding the doctor nor the quality of his work, but rather with the FRONT office staff--- his two receptionist don't seem to realize that it is the patients that actually pay their salaries, and I could tell, as they didnt try to hide it, that they viewed me as a nuisance, a pest. Well, Im sorry (not really) but if I'm going to shell out a small chunk of money to have multiple kybella injections, then have my face literally cut and stitched back together, then I guess I am entitled to be somewhat of a "pest." Its my face after all. So, if I say they (the front office staff) were rude, that is an understatement, and Im being kind. There were several times that I called, and they would literally pick the phone up, then hang up...and I would then have to call several times to speak to someone. (You hang up on me, and I'll call you back 15 more times---two can play this game). To put it plainly, those two receptionist need a reality check.....it is patients like me that pay their salaries, and in todays world, where there is a surgeon in every city, they could be driving away potential customers with their incredibly superior snooty attitudes....and I hate a rude person.

I’ve had issues with this place since I started going there 4 years ago. Unprofessional, disorganized secretaries. Staff is not well trained. I had to find other doctors to work with to correct the expensive mistakes they made. I decided to give them another shot, although the aesthetician seemed to lack expertise, I still had hopes it would be better. The final straw was when the secretary and aesthetician quoted a higher price than I was quoted from the previous aesthetician I worked with (I was actually in the office for my appointment when they told me this!). To top it off, they insulted my appearance, so I walked out and will not be returning. There are far better, more skilled places to work with in Morgantown. McClellan Plastic Surgery Is definitely a place I will recommend against. During a consult with Dr. McClellan, it seemed as though he’d rather be any place any other place than consulting with me. These people really need to up their hospitality game.
