Make sure you have a mask. Stay 4 arms lengths apart and stand in the timeout box in isle 2. Shop here at your own stress. Edit to owner: I had a mask. I was not in the way I was more than 6 feet away from anyone Yet your staff yells at me, not 3 old people blocking the middle center isle. Yes you are following safety. This is not the problem. How terribly rude your employees are is the problem. It's sad to hear your so ignorant of what's happening in your own store.

Your pharmacy staff are rude, condescending, and speak down to people. I’m already having enough of a difficult time I don’t need to be spoken down to. I was polite, as I work in customer service. What I don’t understand is it ever ok to tell someone you don’t know how to be a parent and not only that but telling them they are not that doing a very good job at being a parent, and continued on to tell me that I am not doing well. You’re right pharmacist, I am not doing well. I lost my job. Be a bit more compassionate

What a joke this place is they have listed on there website 3 Xbox one combo with battlefield 1 for $300 and change but when you go there to purchase the consel and game combo they are of course out of stock so why list on your website you still have 3 in stock I mean why waste your customers time! But oddly enough they are more than willing to sell a Xbox one and the game will cost you a extra $90 what a absolute waste of time sounds like a complete scam to me!

A good London Drugs with everything you would expect from one. They have an oddly appealing inventory with things I didn't know I needed until I see them on their shelves. The tech department is pretty standard though. You will always be helped but it drives me nuts that they don't scale their level of help to the conversation they are having with you. I have worked retail electronics before so I know what I'm talking about: when a customer comes in and says I'm doing this yadda yadda yadda, you listen to gauge how much they know....ACTUALLY know. They may know how to move pictures from a camera to their computer and think they are certified technicians. Or they may actually be certified technicians so you need to throttle your conversation as such. Sadly, which can only be attributed to the geek stereotype of low social skillz (see what I did there? :D), they go full geek on you thinking you don't know a damn thing. And this usually ends up with me saying, "I'm just looking, thanks."

hugely disappointed with the service tonight. I go to this branch weekly and usually am satisfied with the service. Case in point, tonight (6pm Sunday evening) the young man in photos was really helpful. However, the two ladies at the checkout provided zero in terms of customer service . The self checkout was not calibrated and gave the message that an attendant would be with me shortly. One of the two women came over and said "she'll be with you in a minute, I'm sorry" and then WALKED AWAY. The woman with a customer finished up (several minutes) and then started cleaning her station, then offered to assist a new customer. It would have taken either of these women 15 seconds to reset the machine. I left without completing my purchase. It was not busy at the front. After this experience I am not sure I will bring my business back to this branch.

Something for everyone. Bought a few items and found what we needed. It’s a clean store and well lit. I do find that the aisles are somewhat narrow but that’s a minor problem. If you’re looking for large appliances or a car you won’t find it here but just about anything else you need is here. There is a large entrance for coming and going. The staff is friendly and helpful. This is a typical London Drugs as I have been to a few locations over the years and have always been satisfied with the service and products.

I went there for watch batteries and I asked the person in photo section area that where I can find it and when I tried to find batteries I couldn’t do that I asked for help second employee over there and he said sorry am busy. I Waited for 20 mins and nobody did care that I need help. I asked for help two times from two different persons but they don’t care. It was looking like they did not wanted to do their job. Then I did not like to buy anything from there and in future I would never like to go there again.

Very poor treatment of employees. Was at the post office on August 19th when I witnessed a very impolite customer verbally abusing the employee running the counter, who was truly doing all that she could for her and more. After a while of this, a manager came to "diffuse" the situation when he only sided with the customer and just allowed her to continue to degrade the poor staff until the EMPLOYEE put up with enough abuse and left. I don't blame her one bit and I would do the same thing. She has always been so kind and helpful to me every time I have the privilege to deal with her, unfortunate that her own manager doesn't have her back. I will not be supporting this location as long as the management treats their staff that way. You should value your employees if you want to keep any good ones. This is also not the first time if noticed such unprofessionalism from the management team at this location.

Darwish was very helpful and very knowledgeable on laptops and helped my wife and me on what I was looking for. I didn't want to order a through Amazon or Best Buy online. Just because I'm not tech-savvy and I always have questions about certain things. I mean get most of the tech and how a laptop works and all that, it's just the deeper Tech that I didn't quite understand or was confused about. Darwish, was there to answer and explain the technical term, as well as explaining the difference. He even suggested as well as recommend; but wasn't pushy on what should I do and gave me some options, which I considered. Thank you, Darwish, and to the London Drugs team for helping and accommodating on my purchase.

Love shopping at this London Drugs!! Chris and Thomas in electronics were so nice, helpful and friendly! I was looking for a set of wireless headphones (and knew nothing) Chris took the time to answer my questions and explained the best brands and deals that are going on. Thomas was so awesome... he even told me about a free $20 extended warranty code through my LD account. (Thanks for taking the extra time to do that, Thomas!!) The pharmacy at this London Drugs is always a bad experience. My parents have tried multiple times with different staff to make their prescriptions auto renew and they never seem to grasp it. Picking up prescriptions is an even worse experience. The staff do not care to serve customers that are waiting in line and will actively ignore you. Not only that, when they do serve you, they are very rude. This behaviour was going on pre pandemic so they just always have a bad attitude. Will be switching my prescriptions to another pharmacy.

I went into London Drugs looking for some skin care products and had a great experience with Yvonne Yule. She is extremely knowledgeable and very pleasant, explaining the different types of skin care for mature skin. I came away with some new found knowledge and am happy to say I use my products every day. For anyone wanting to know know about skin care/make up, I highly recommend going to London Drugs in Courtenay and ask for Yvonne.

Generally an excellent shopping experience, but my recent trip to your camera counter proved total terrible. I stood and looked at your display of dash cams for over 10 minutes without any help from staff. There were two staff members in the section at the time, one male and on female, and they both ignored me completely. One even walked right past me to restock an upper shelf. After waiting more than 10 minutes to make my purchase, i walked down the mall to CanTire where a helpful sales associate was too happy to give me assistance and advice. Not a huge purchase, but $200 that went to your competitors. Not performance from your staff.

Great store, I'd love to give it 5 stars I just can't, on my various trips to this store I've overheard some managers and other various employee's gossiping about other employees in a very negative way. I understand if you have issues with a Manager but the fact some or these employees including managers will talk negative about their own employees is extremely toxic and disgusting, expecially as a manager you're suppose to be a leader and fix conflicts like this not join in on the gossip. I remember once hearing one of the assistant store managers I think his name is Braden? I overheard him talking negative about an employee, I honestly couldn't believe it you're an assistant manager you shouldn't talk like that about your own employees it's very toxic and unprofessional, I'd hope the Store manager or HR will hopefully fix this.

I’ve been a loyal pharmacy customer for 23+years. Ever since they moved to the mall, the service has drastically gone down. Margaret is a great pharmacist and I love dealing with her, however I rarely deal with her anymore. Everyone else there is awful. You stand in line forever. There will be 5 people working behind the counter and not one responds to the customers in line. They all sit there with their heads down pretending they don’t see you. It is extremely frustrating. You drop off a prescription and they tell you to come back in 3 hours! I have given them numerous chances and nothing changes. I will be going elsewhere.

Ever heard of a sarcastic 5 star? Here is one. The truth... The staff is quite rude. My husband and I needed some change from a bill, and we were actually thinking of coming back there to shop. We had gone to customer service and this girl was standing there working with some locks. We had asked her politely to exchange our money... She said nothing, gave us a stare down. Obviously she was listening to her music and it was so wonderful she couldn't talk. She waited for that perfect amount of time to make it seem like there would be no help from her and then she went to get us our change. My husband and I took our change and then said thank you. She of course was still so caught up in her music, all she was able to do was glare at us. Then walking out of the mall.. she and another girl were chatting, having a great laugh together. I took time out of my day to write this tid bit for the sole reason that I care about businesses. Customers should not feel disgust when they are shopping. It's hard to find the right staff sometimes... but taking a diamond in the rough and polishing it is a mangers job. Perhaps they are not motivated in the right way or at all, therefore the business is suffering. Best of luck.

I was very disappointed with the photo department today. I brought my infant in to have a passport photo taken, and was told they wouldn’t even try to take the photo. I have had several friends get passport photos taken of their infants at this same location in the past 1-2 months. I was given the phone number of a place in another community that wasn’t even open.

First of all everything is at least five dollars more than literally anywhere else you go. The cashiers are old condescending ladies who would do a better job serving at a highway diner. And what gets me the most is how many pharmacy people they have joking around and laughing with each other but when a customer comes up they're like "um I'll be right with you.." THEN THEY KEEP JOKING AROUND WITH THEIR COWORKERS. The absolute funniest part is how there's like several people working there and this rediculous hour and fifteen minute wait list for someone to literally put pills on a bottle. I guess i didn't know it's rocket science and takes an average of putting one pill in a bottle per minute but you also need those joking around with your coworker breaks. They should all be fired and find jobs at some carnavle where their work ethic is more acceptable.

I would like to commend Paul in the technical services section. A year ago I had to replace my laptop hard drive. I was extremely satisfied with the work done by Paul at that time. However, the other day I was having an issue that I couldn't figure out (definitely operator error!) and Paul came to the counter and sorted it out for me. I got my passport photo taken, Macbook fixed, film developed, new coffee maker, electric bike, mobility shooter and a perfume set for my wife's anniversary all from a drug store? I'm also watching for an air hockey table they got on display and purchased my gazebo and snowblower from there! I forgot to mention we purchased a tractor for my sister acerage. The only thing they dont sell is lumber and the kitchen sink. Lots of good deals you just have to keep checking their website!

I went into the photography department today looking for a tripod, and had the most pleasant customer service experience! Barry O. helped me in finding the perfect tripod. I am not a professional photographer and Barry took the time to answer all my questions and go over all the details and features of the two tripods I was looking at. He was so patient and thorough and even went to the back a few times to get a couple different tripods that were not on display just so I can see and feel the difference. And I ALWAYS appreciate when an employee does not try and push the most expensive product on the market! That is a huge plus, and I definitely feel inclined to shop here again for my photography needs because of that. I genuinely feel Barry deserves something just for being an outstanding help today and going above and beyond what I expected for customer service. Bravo!

If you like to be racially profiled and called a thief before you even leave the store go ahead and don't mind coming by here they look at you from the cameras as soon as you walk in and have you kicked out within 5 minutes. Make sure you wearing clothing that's not expressing yourself or they will pick you out immediately for doing something a meth head would do.

Drove all the way in to look at a laptop that it said had 3 in stock online then they don’t even have it. Had my mask (even tho I’m medically exempt and have a dr note) on but the guy was bugging me about it anyways and wouldn’t even look at my phone to help me/find the model I was looking at to buy. Then I go out to the parking lot and buy it online anyways but get a phone call today saying they don’t even have it online even tho it said they did and they charged my card and confirmed my order? They’re trying to give me a display one that everyone’s been touching and using for who knows how long now and won’t even offer a discount or rush order it for me. I am out work until I have a computer and this has all cost me more money and lost wages because of the errors in your website. It should not be possible for a customer to buy items online if they aren’t in stock and when you make a mistake you should apologize to your paying customer and make the situation right. I was told by the employee I could buy it online and then also buy the website. I would have picked a different one so I could be back up working ASAP if I’d known this one wasn’t actually available. Very disappointed. :(

I wouldn't expect to say this about a Drug Store but their Computer Department staff are extremely knowledgeable and extremely helpful about tech, The Manager Alex goes above and beyond for his Customers and tries everything in his power to work everything out. And it's good to see that the rest of the Staff is highly trained as well. I know my girlfriend went in there, and she dealt with Shane & Jeff helping her set up her tablet, and they were extremely knowledgeable and helpful even though it took a long time to figure everything out they stayed for about an hour helping her out! They really go above and beyond in that Department definitely recommend them out of any other electronic retailer!

Customer service sucks. I called looking for information on a peticular product. Instead of answering my question, I was put on hold and then disconnected after several minutes. This happened multiple times when I tried to call back. They seem to have the attitude that if they ignore phone calls they won't have to do their jobs.

Absolutely horrible DO NOT BUY ELECTRONICS FROM LONDON DRUGS THEY DO NOT STAND BEHIND ANY OF THERE PRODUCTS AT ALL I bought a $500 soundbar a month and a half ago the sub quit and londin drugs will not honor it at all Absolutely horrible buy anywhere else but here all other major stores stand behind there stuff not london drugs
