We had an absolute amazing experience with Dr. Cheng. She was called in late Saturday night to Nanaimo emergency for a bad cut on my son’s hand. Unfortunately she wasn’t able to repair the cut tendon under the emergency room setting so we were schedule to came back early Sunday morning for surgery in the OR. She explained everything that was going to happen to both myself and my 6 year old son to help ease his fears. She was fantastic with my son! She helped ease a pretty traumatic experience for my son and for that we are very grateful!

I missed an appointment with her due to a funeral, and her assistant advised "you can never miss an appointment with her, or she will never see her again, even with a new referral". So don't miss any appointments, or Jenny will trip over her massive ego. She is the only show in town (Nanaimo). Do yourself a favour- if you are on the Island, go where the pros are- Victoria! She is a hack.
