Truly amazing experience with Dr. Andrews and his staff!! I’m 26 and had a breast augmentation December 2020. I was a A cup before, had 385cc silicone inserts and now measure a DD most places. I am now very much healed and back to an active lifestyle. I took one month off work and would recommend the same for others. I was able to go back to 40 hour work weeks as well as the gym after the month. I did feel sore after that amount of work however and have not been able to do push-ups until recently, but your body does heal very quickly! He does under the muscle to give a more natural and full look. I am so very happy with the money I spent there and feel like all of the staff truly cared about my journey. I would recommend this place to any of my friends and family!!

I had a consultation with Dr. Andrews in early September for a tummy tuck. It’s something I’ve been wanting to do for over 10 years after losing a significant amount of weight. Once I had my visit with him I decided very quickly that I wanted to move forward. He and his staff were/ARE amazing! All of my questions were initially answered and they’ve promptly answered my questions since then.They were able to get me scheduled for late October and now I’m just over two weeks post-op. Things are healing nicely and I’m feeling better by the day. Dr. Andrews and his staff have been so great to work with and I would highly recommend. 5 stars!

I wish I had a good review to leave because I really liked Dr. Andrew’s as a person, but I’m so disappointed in my tummy tuck. Like depression. It looks nothing like I had envisioned and I have so many regrets. I now have no belly button and huge ugly sensitive scars. I was told I was a “good candidate” to remove loose skin from two c-sections and then after TWO surgeries, I asked him why I’m not flat and he said basically it’s because I’m too fat. Which means I wasn’t a good candidate for surgery to begin with. I wish I could get these awful ugly scars fixed and have a normal looking belly button (which he did attempt to fix in office, and it didn’t work) But I would not want to go through the recovery process again or spend the money for a third surgery. I don’t feel like I had any follow up afterwards which is more upsetting, so I wasn’t even able to say how disappointed I was. It’s not like he was going to do anything to fix it again for me anyways. Do your research. And maybe think it though a little more than I did and get a second opinion.

I went to get a filler for my tear trough. I felt like I always looked tired and had dark circles under my eyes. Courtney explained the procedure, possible results, and possible risks very thoroughly. I would describe Dr. Andrews and Courtney as being very personable. Their interaction with you will have you feeling so comfortable and you will feel like they value you more than just a patient. I'm very confident about going to Courtney about fillers with her medical background and experience, that I was nervous about going anywhere else. She will always give you options and suggest what she thinks would be best for you, with her reasons why she thinks this would work best for you and not just throwing things out there. 3 years ago I went for a breast augmentation consult at a diff place(not Dr Andrews) and the Dr was very cut dry, didnt give substantial information and tried talking me into different implants, I walked away n gave up on the idea based on that bad experience. I was referred to this office and to say I was incredibly dissatisfied would be an understatement. Not only was Dr. Andrews rude and unprofessional, his staff was even worse. My daughter is a doctor and was unable to attend my appointment with me, however she encouraged my husband and I to ask a lot of questions about the skin cancer spots on my face (very scary subject) and not a single one of my questions were answered. I was talked down to, and instead of the questions being answered they simply repeated themselves in a louder voice. I am very disappointmented because I was looking very forward to receiving some answers about my condition and get it taken care of and that certainly was NOT the case whatsoever. Not only would I NOT recommend this doctor/staff/office to any friends or family, I wouldn't even recommend them to an enemy. I hope others had a better experience than I did, but I wanted to share my horror story with anyone potentially interested in seeking care at this facility.

My very first apt I spent 90 min with his nurse, Lisa, who took the time to make sure all of my questions were addressed. Wanted to give zero stars. This man ruined my life. I have not lived a day without pain since letting him operate on me. I have since seen 3 PS and they all agree he did an unessarry procedure on me to start with. The other procedure was botched and has caused permanent nerve damage. The lack of communications is uncalled for. I cried tears ( as I still do daily) for help with the pain only for him to be insensitive and walk out if the room. He never acknowledged or apologized for the severe nerve damage. Just said go to PT or take pain Meds. Please people get a second opinion. I wish I had. Any good PS would have advised me against doing this procedure had I. It's bad enough having cancer, but to have a Dr. take advantage of the situation and do an extra procedure you do not need then cause you permanate nerve damage??? SHAME ON YOU!!
