Kristie was amazing. I had a a great experience and was very impressed with the process. All of the safety forms were thorough and easy to complete, the clinic was clean, beautiful, and had great design. The laser experience was pain-free and super quick. It was great to meet Kristie and I look forward to going back. They also had some nice products for sale. Thanks for the great visit! I highly recommend this place over any in the Valley.

I had a very positive experience and really felt that my satisfaction with the results and experience were of utmost importance to the owner and practitioner. There was a special that was to be offered not at the time of my visit, and it was given to me anyway and the hours of operation were very accommodating. I am OBSESSED! I have been going here for over 6 months now and have received many different treatments. Everyone that works at Clinic 5 is so kind, and welcoming. The space is clean and comfortable, and following all covid protocols. I have had amazing results with the treatments I've had. The girls have completely transformed my skin and I've shared my results with many others who are now regulars at the clinic. I honestly wish I could give less than a one-star review. This place has completely gone downhill since the new owner, Kristie McKay took over. First, I have already reported them to the BC Health Authority because they are not following covid-protocol. During a recent trip there, I notice TWO employees not wearing masks, and they also permitted another unmasked client inside the clinic. TO make matters worse, my treatment resulted in burns to my face. I am now under the care of a doctor. If there is permanent scarring, I fully intent to proceed with a civil suit. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!!!! I will not be providing my name because I have absolutely NO interest in whatever useless resolution they can offer, I am that upset.

I would highly recommend Clinic No.5. I have been having laser done for hair removal and been going for treatments for the past 6 months every 8 weeks. I really enjoy the staff, the ambiance and visiting this medi-spa. My next hope is to try some of the facial services they offer. I always enjoy the lovely staff, how I feel at ease about any service I am having and almost always leave with some beautiful goodies to use at home. I look forward to having more services done, and I would recommend them to all of my friends and family.

If you value your health and enjoy being treated with respect, stay away from this place. I literally walked in and turned around and walked out because it was gross and whoever was there acted like I was doing something wrong by coming for my treatment. WARNING: this business is now in damage control mode and asking people to leave fake 5 star reviews. do NOT believe any positive review that is left in the past three weeks or so, TRUST ME!!!!!

I highly recommend Clinic 5 to those who are wanting to take care of their skin and find the proper care they need. I had a Vivier Peel done with Kristie 2 weeks ago and my face has never felt so clean, fresh and flawless. I had 2 people comment on how my face was "glowing". I purchased 4 different face products and i have never been so happy! I booked my next Vivier Peel with Kristie and I am beyond excited! The clinic is clean and fresh to walk in to. All the girls are amazing!

I have had 2 procedures preformed in the last couple months and going back for a 3rd! I felt comfortable, safe and clean, as well as the staff are very informative and answered any questions I had regarding the procedure being performed! And for the record after reading other reviews.... not one single person ‘bribed’ me to write a positive review, I am a grown adult who thinks for myself. Keep up the great work clinic 5 !

Jen was so friendly, and it was a very welcoming environment. I went in for Brazilian laser hair removal. Jen was extremely professional, and made me feel very welcomed, and comfortable, it took less than 20 mins from filling out forms to finish; way quicker than anticipated and I could barely feel the laser. In response to some one adding consecutive poor reviews for Clinic 5.. as a nurse with more then 15 years in the medical field and many of those being in the OR - I have not been in a cleaner clinic where I am regularly seeing staff disinfect any surfaces and touch spots. Kristie is exceeding Covid protocols and doing things to protect all her clients that are above and beyond the PHO. I am a trans woman and the technician that provided my treatment was nothing but respectful and made my experience extremely comfortable. I have been attending this clinic since it opened and have ALWAYS been happy with the service I receive. It is not possible to walk right in and then walk right out... as you would know if you have been to the clinic. It is locked between clients. I will always be a client and have recommended many friends with no hesitation.

I am so disappointed at the service I received from this place. I will never be back. Unsanitary clinic with staff who don't seem to know what they're doing. I have no idea how they have racked up so many good reviews - I'm guessing it was all friends leaving fake 5 stars. I talked to a couple of other people who have been here for the first time and they have all been disappointed in this experience. I think it's starting a downward slide.

I have now had a number different treatments at the clinic and I am always so happy with how great my skin looks and how I finally don't have to use a razor anymore! I had a wonderful experience at Clinic No.5. I chose the IPL facial and the Forma facial with Kristie in Nov and Dec 2020. I had great results from both procedures with less redness, smaller pores, smoother skin and less fine lines. She was very realistic about what results I could achieve with my skin and the treatments she offers. I will definitely be booking more treatments with Kristie. After struggling with my uneven skin tone, broken blood vessels & large pores for YEARS I decided to do something about it last week. Jenn from Clinic No.5 told me about the magic of IPL, and I’ll admit at first I was hesitant to believe it could really do everything she was saying. But LET ME TELL YOU - today my skin is looking better than it ever has. My broken capillaries are basically gone, my pores are tiny and I feel like I’m glowing!!!
