Unfortunately there is no coordination between the call center and the individual branch. My technician Carina called me 2 hours ahead of my appointment to tell me she is unable to do the treatment as my consultation was done in a different branch. I explained to her that I did the consultation in downtown, and I was told that I’d be scheduled in for an appointment right after. Only to be told after my consultation that in fact Morpheus is not a service that’s offered in downtown and they scheduled me in West Mount. For one the call center reps are not properly trained to give correct information and it makes things worse when the technician (Carina) shows no sympathy, didn’t apologize for having to rebook me, or show care in her manner of speaking. I’ve been trying to book this appointment since December. Truly disappointing.

Did a fraxel 3 weeks ago with Donna, she is the worst. She did the fraxel within 2 minutes no exaggeration, and 3 weeks later, there is absolutely no difference in my skin. It’s not my first time having a fraxel and I know it’s not how it’s supposed to be. Fraxel don’t last only 2 minutes and there is at least slight improvement in the skin after. I’m very very sad and disappointed

The space environment is very clean and welcoming. However I can't say the same for the staff. The receptionist was completely aloof. But she is not merely as bad as the technician I was scheduled with. Her name is Carolina I believe. She bared a steep amount of hostility and she was not amicable in the least. I smiled throughout the consultation but her catty attitude was only making me feel uncomfortable. I seriously wanted to leave. Victoria Park also has a pointe Claire location which I HIGHLY recommend. Their staff and service are impeccable. I would trust my body to THEM.

After 700$ of injections in my forehead, and four weeks of waiting for the results to show - this is what I’m left with. Absolutely zero change!!! After contacting the clinic for touch ups I was informed that I would be charged full price for any additional corrections. This is not my first time getting injections, and I am absolutely unsatisfied with the results. Complete waste of money!!!!

I went here to get highlights and lowlights and I would not go back if they paid me. The first time I left I had a few zebra stripes and my roots were still showing, I asked her to make it look natural and it was far from being natural. I called and went back a second time and it certainly did not help. The hairdresser I had clearly knows nothing about highlights or what lowlights even are, I told her I was not happy with the appearance as there were still roots showing and thick bleach blonde stripes and she tried to justify it saying it did not look bad and that she tried her best. I wish I had asked for my money back, they offered for me to go in a third time in one week. Hah! My scalp is in enough pain and I don't want all my hair to fall out. Never again!

Staff is very friendly but professional, the office space is really inviting. Dr. Bernstein was very knowledgeable and explained things to me in a way I could understand. They have zero experience with skins of colors only with caucasian skin.. i had a laser beam done there to try and remove my scars and guess what they burnt my skin and i am now left with severe hyperpigmentation. Also the lady did not give a any instructions nor applied an topical ointment right after the laser treatment was done. ALSO… there’s dr.nikolis… Worst spa. Must be nice to ruin someone’s body..

Everything about Victoria Park reveals the depth of thought that went into planning the space and providing members (and non-members alike, they offer a daily rate for out of towners) with luxury amenities. The gym itself has the latest equipment, all very well taken care of - whatever the workout. The women's room is more spa than locker room, with a makeup bar that includes everything you could possibly need to go from sweats to ball gown. Hands down one of the best gym experiences I've had.

The Botox was a total rip off and when I complained they said go somewhere else if you want cheaper Botox. Rude! Last time I checked Botox was Botox. It’s a brand name. I will never go back.

The first time I went during the pandemic (and knowing I'd wait), I called from my car to ask if there was a delay and if I could wait safely in my car. I was told that there was no wait and to come in. I waited 2 hours!!!!!! Unbelievable. I had my treatment of PRP with Josee and she was amazing. Second time there, the nurses were honestly frazzled ...shouting in the hallway that they have like 5 patients at a time.... as a patient this is REALLY scary because I want undivided attention when someone is playing around with my skin! Anyhow, I got Donna and she literally spent 2-3 minutes applying the PRP on my face. No results from this session, big waste of $$$. Third time was with Dr. Serra and she did a great job. I would love to do the forever BBL but I'm honestly scared that the nurses are overbooked and will make a mistake and burn me. Mistakes happen and they happen more often when we can't concentrate on one person at a time.

Love the spa for facials and body treatments! The facility is very clean, the equipment is cutting edge and the staff is very pleasant. I always take my appointments with Jennifer Ercoli, she's absolutely amazing and super meticulous. The BBL sessions I got with her are the only thing that got rid of my hyper-pigmentation permanently; I seldom ever wear makeup anymore. The gym is also really nice and clean, with lots of brand new equipment, and the locker rooms are lush and all white marble. I really like that it's not too crowded, and the classes are quite varied and each is challenging in its own way.

Hands down, one of the best experience I’ve ever had at a clinic. It’s fast, efficient, friendly staffs, clean, professionalism, welcoming, I can go on. I had an appointment with Dr. Bernstein for a dermatology consultation and seriously thought I would have to come back for another appointment for a growth removal on my face but everything was done that same day and it literally took 10 mins (consultation and growth removal). I just couldn’t believe how fast it was. I’m so used to wait weeks and hours at the doctor. I came out just as happy as I was went I got in.
