First time cystoscopy & that too during this pandemic. I was quite anxious. Dr. Steinberg and his nurse were excellent. I barely felt the scope and the procedure was painless. The fact that I didn't get a UTI post procedure i(which is known to happen) also shows that they run a tight ship and everything is sterile and shiny. Expensive: yes. Value for money: exceeded my expectations. I can honestly say that I have faith in Dr. Steinberg & team and wouldn't hesitate to go back.

Dr. Steinberg is calm, professional and extremely intelligent. I had problems with my bladder so I went to see Dr. Steinberg after months of stress and anxiety. Especially with how hard it is to find a competent doctor in the public field, I was more than pleased to see how confident M. Steinberg was. The cystoscopy wasn't that bad, and it only lasted a couple of seconds! They even follow up and make sure that everything is fine with their patients. Also, Dr. Steinberg has a wonderful receptionist !!!

Experienced urologist and a VERY good listener (This is a rare quality that majority of today's medical professionals lack). Honest, professional and would gives you the best advice based on his years of experience and subject matter expertise. All went well despite my concerns and apprehensions regarding the procedure. I would like to thank Dr Steinberg and the whole staff at the clinic for their efficient and professional service. Dr Steinberg is an extremely competent, kind and “gentle” doctor who took all the time in the word to talk to me before, during and after the procedure, showing me the video on this high-definition screen during the test, chit-chatting at the same time. However, following a change in treatment, it took 4 days for me to get my prescription. The nurse called me to tell me that Dr. Steinberg had just given me my prescription and that it would be sent to my pharmacy the same day. In the evening returned to my pharmacy no prescription (Wednesday). The next day (Thursday) I call the clinic to see what is happening, I am told that the prescription will be sent. Finally Friday I call back because my pharmacy still has not received the said prescription. When I call the clinic, the secretary tells me the fax to block the prescription, please tell your pharmacy to send us a fax, we will send them your prescription at the same number. The fax was received at 11:58 am Friday am and in the evening returned to my pharmacy, no prescription received yet. The weekend passes. We went Monday, I call the clinic again to find out where my prescription is returned. The secretary tells me that she cannot find any prescription in my name. I went there, to finally have my prescription in hand which dates from August 11. (We are the 16th). I sincerely believe that there was negligence in my file. All of this said, the treatments I have received with it have always paid off. I have to give the 5 star rating because I sincerely believe that Dr. Steinberg is very proffesional and he knows what he is talking about. The only thing I deplore is the follow-up and the steps I had to take to finally get my prescription. (Original) Bonjour, mon nom est etienne desmarais. L'infirmiere me telephone pour me dire que le Dr.Steinberg venait de me faire ma prescription et qu'elle allait etre envoyee a ma pharmacie la journee meme. Le soir rendu a ma pharmacie aucune prescription( Mercredi ) . Le lendemain (jeudi) j'appel a la clinique pour voir ce qui ce passe, on me dit que la prescription seras envoyee. Finalement vendredi je rappel car ma pharmacie n'a toujours pas recue la dite prescription. Quand jappel a la clinique, la secretaire me dit le fax a bloquer la prescription, veuillez dire a votre pharmacie de nous envoyer un fax, nous allons leur envoyer votre prescription au meme numero. Le fax a ete recu a 11:58 vendredi am et le soir rendu a ma pharmacie, aucune prescription recue encore. La fin de semaine passe. Nous sommes rendu lundi, je rappel encore une fois la clinique pour savoir ou est rendue ma prescription. La secretaire me dit qu'elle ne trouves aucune prescription a mon nom. Je me suis presente sur place, pour enfin avoir ma prescription en main propre qui date du 11 aout. ( Nous sommes le 16 ) . Je crois sincerement qu'il y a eu negligence dans mon dossier. Tout ceci dit, les traitements que j'ai recu avec on toujours portés fruits. Je dois donner la note de 5 etoiles car je crois sincerement, que le Dr.Steinberg est tres proffesionel et il connait ce dont il parle. La seule chose que je deplore c'est le suivi et les demarches que j'ai du entreprendre pour enfin avoir ma prescription.

Was referred by my family doctor when I had some issues and all he did was write down what I said and gave confused looks. He didn’t do any tests or examinations and then when I suggested some things that I thought might cause it he said “ oh ya ya try that maybe that’ll help” and sent me on my way. Well, i paid 300$ for a problem i had, the doctor gave me 2 medical tests and an echographie to wich costed me 1400$, when i got back to the doctor i paid another 180$ just to find out that the doctor first of all did not read any of the reports till i was there and had no idea what was in those results that i had to tell him what was in there and waited for him to read them (and did not read them all ????) , and there was a chance for me to fix my problem but he was afraid to try and told me it was risky ( even i told him that it is okey for me i will take the risk and i'd rather try and fail then not trying at all and was okey with all the risks he stated) , i dont know what i paid for, how is that somone called a doctor when he can't even try to help his patients because it is risky if all doctors were afraid to do a step to help their clients then what is the purpose for seeking help from them if they will just take your money and tell you i am afraid to help you because it is risky and get you on your way. What a complete waste of my time and money i will seek another true professionnal doctor who is not afraid to help his clients and not just take their money and get scary to try and completly wasting their time, finally my advice for anyone having some hope to seek help do not waste your money neither your time to go there, he will not even try, dont get fooled by the reviews like i did.
