I've done a few treatments at Peau and each time have been more satisfied than the next. I've done some injections, BBL treatments and have tried the Laser Genesis machine. All treatments were done without pain and everyone in the office was very nice and friendly! The office was clean, quick and I felt very at home. I have been a longtime patient now and the experience from day 1 was unlike any other office I had been to in the past. I actually continue to see Dr. Khanna despite moving out of the country because once you have had the best and see the results, it is impossible to settle for less. there is no question that his skills are unmatched. He has a true aesthetic eye and is able to suss out what is needed but he never pushes a treatment on you, or does more than is necessary. Seriously one of the worst places I had ever been in order to treat my skin. The general review was made by a technician not empathic at all and very judgy, finally the real dermatologist arrives, the one that I really paid that consultation price for, and gives me 3 mins tops, he left and another lady, without credentials, Indian origin, arrived and force me to buy products. So at the end, after a terrible experience I asked the result of my test being send by email that of course I never received it.

Thanks to this technician who quickly put me in confidence I will return to this clinic. It is an employee like her who makes the difference during a medical consultation. In short, I visited more clinics due to my skin problems (acne scar) and this clinic is worth it for this reason that I made the 7h30 drive without hesitation. Dès mon premier appel, j'ai été très bien conseiller sans aucun dépôt d'argent ou sans même avoir prit mon numéro de carte de crédit ils m'ont conçu un plan de traitement personnalisé. Lors de mon arrivé à la clinique je n'est pas eu d'attente une infirmière, est venue me voir pour m'expliquer ce qu'ils allaient faire. Pour ma part, j'ai eu un traitement intracel et PRP, la technicienne Véronique Marcil était formidable avec moi super gentille, elle à répondue à toutes mes questions. Grace à cette technicienne qui à vite su me mettre en confiance je vais retourner à cette clinique. C'est une employée comme elle qui fait la différence lors d'une consultation médicale. After reading many good reviews about Peau, I visited the clinic to find a solution for my acne scars. While the staff was professional and friendly, the experience I had with the assistant I met with left me unsure whether I wanted to continue with them. Even though I repeatedly mentioned that I was there for my scars, she kept insisting that my main problems were my large pores and oily skin, and tried many times to sell me their skincare products. As for the treatment plan, she once again focused it on my pore issue and added a second treatment for my scar problem so the overall cost ended up being way more that I expected. Although I came in with only one concern, I left with many more and I felt that the assistant was trying to convince me to spend more. I was not completely satisfied by my appointment and I will definitely consult with another clinic for a second opinion.

Donc, j’ai demandé à la receptioniste quel soin elle me conseillait qui était dans les alentours du budget de 100$ elle m'a dit : microdermabrasion 125$. J’ai alors pris rendez-vous. Le matin même de mon rendez-vous je reçois un appel car le rendez-vous avait mal été pris, il n’avait pas de technicienne disponible pour la microdermabrasion. Mon rendez-vous à été reporté dans l’après-midi. Le soin c’est bien déroulé, l’esthéticienne était 10/10. Au moment de payer, la balance restante la réceptionniste m’annonce que je dois 172$ et que le traitement n’était pas de 125$ mais de 250$. Je ne comprends pas? car j’ai demandé premièrement un soin qui était dans le budget de mon certificat cadeaux (100$). Il avait 2 réceptionnistes sur place, elle avec qui je n’avais aucunement parlée m’expliquait que c’était impossible mais elle avec qui le rendez-vous avait été pris ne savais pas quoi me répondre non plus à part désolé du mal entendu. Côté professionnalisme des secrétaires 1/10 j’ai été très mal conseillé... je suis moi-même esthéticienne donc à 250$ j’aurais pris un autre soin car ma peau était déjà très bien. Malheureusement je suis parti très amer de la façon que j’ai été répondu. Habituellement j’ai ma clinique medico-esthetique : clinique peause... c’est cette clinique que je vous suggère!!!!

I got an appointment with Dr. Khanna partially because of the great reviews so my bad experience at the clinic was unexpected. I’ll start with the positives and go into the problems: the staff there was great. The technician that I spent 50 out of the 60 minutes of my consultation was friendly, attentive and honest about the treatment plan. She treated me like an actual person. I did not get that courtesy from Dr. Khanna. He spent most of the ten minutes talking to the technician rather than his patient. He hurried over the procedures he wanted me to undergo, and when I asked him to repeat himself about one of them because I didn’t understand what it was for, his exact reaction was an exasperated sigh and then looking over to his technician. Perhaps an “uhh…” was also involved. Maybe I could look past the rudeness, if the treatment plan itself was in my best interest. I can confidently say that it was not. Dr. Khanna is one out of four specialists I have been to for my problem: acne scars. I was recommended a procedure (subcision) by two others, that Dr. Khanna said was not possible for me because I had too many scars and it would leave “my cheek flapping”. I have since then had that procedure with another specialist and not only has it helped, my cheek is just as un-flappy as before. I was then told by Dr. Khanna, that because of my dark skin colour, there was no treatment that would be just as effective as in lighter skin. Again, the other specialist has told me that newer technology – that Dr. Khanna may not own – is just as effective in darker skin types. I’m not sure why my experience is so different from all these other reviews. Maybe he was just having a bad day, but maybe it’s because I had started off by telling him that I do not have a lot of money to spend, or maybe he just isn’t very knowledgeable about acne scars. I’ll stop speculating.
