This is one of the most friendly clinics I have ever been in. Everyone was super helpful and sweet. When I finally got into the operation room, I was introduced to all of the staff that would be assisting during my surgery and everyone welcomed me with smiles and asked me how I'm doing. I felt 100% at ease going into my surgery because everyone made me feel safe and welcome. There is not a single bad experience that I had there. Their robes are also super comfortable. Dr. Belanger was fantastic. I have not seen my results yet as I'm still bandaged for the next few days but I'm not worried at all. I would recommend this clinic over and over.

From what I have seen comparing previous images, CMC has renovated their building with accessibility features. The front entrance has automatic doors. There is a chair lift going up a half level from the lobby to other parts of the building. There is also a wheelchair accessible single occupancy washroom with a pocket door. All of this was navigable in my power chair (front wheel drive). Their staff still have some anti-ableism work they need to do, but I was glad to see that their physical space has been updated.
