1 year ago I was having my surgery for my ACL. I was nervous, but so ready! Today I can say that I worked hard every single day to get back on track, mentally and physically. I am so proud of myself! I never gave up and that’s the result of today : I can now ski, run, jump and do anything I want and without having pain and being scared! Every single step made me feel that everything is possible when we work hard and we keep our goals! I feel so much stronger than I was! This is a chapter of my life and I will never forget how much I learned of myself and how much the human body is incredible! I would like to say thank you to Dr Toueg, Sylvie Pepin, my family and my physio Pierre-Luc Gosselin for his awesome work and confidence! Honestly, you should modify the management of your service or review the methods of service with your receptionists. It's sad to have paid so much money since 2019, ten treatments and 2 surgeries but getting horrible service like that. (Original) Cet avis concerne le service à la clientèle (Réception), et non le service par mon chirurgien orthopédique (5/5 étoiles). Aujourd'hui, de 9am jusqu'à 5pm, j'ai appelé 30 FOIS, j'ai seulement été répondu 1 seule fois vers 4pm et la réceptionniste m'a dit d'attendre parce qu'elle avait une autre ligne, elle a a peine prit le temps de prendre mes informations en notes. J'ai laissé aussi 3 messages dans leur boîte de réception (car c'était une urgence!). J'ai jamais eu de retour d'appel et on ne m'a jamais répondu. C'est très frustrant. Sincèrement, vous devriez modifier la gestion de votre service ou revoir les méthodes de services avec vos réceptionnistes. C'est lamentable d'avoir payé tellement d'argent depuis 2019, une dizaine de traitements et 2 chirurgie mais obtenir un service horrible comme ça.

They resolved in 4 months a problem that would say 3 years ago and that I would still have if I had not contacted ICS Thank you (Original) J’avais un probleme de hanche depuis 3 ans... je suis passé par le reseau public...j’ai vue plusieurs specialistes, ils m’ont dit que j’avais une hernie, apres j’avais une dechirure musculaire, ensuite j’avais une sciatique et finalement apres 3 ans ils me disent coxarthrose legere. Au mois de novembre 2017 il m’injecte du Durolane, la situation empire... mon rendez-vous est fixé en mars 2018 pour comprendre le probleme..je suis plus capable En janvier 2018 je contacte ICS, j’ai un rendez-vous en une semaine. Le Dr Masri m’informe qu’il est presque sur qu’il s’agit de mon Labrum ou un conflit de la hanche. J’ai le resultat de mon IRM a la fin janvier. J’ai un conflit de la hanche.. Je suis operé fin fevrier, par le Dr Toueg. Maintenant 4 mois ont passé, je ne suis pas encore a 100%, mais je vais beaucoup mieux..je suis actif maintenant. La clinique est le Dr Toueg sont super... Clinique super, bon service, bon Docteur... Ils ont reglé en 4 mois un probleme qui dirait depuis 3 ans et que j’aurais encore si j’avais pas contacté ICS Merci

J'ai été suivie par Dr. Masri pour une déchirure du labrum acétabulaire ; j'étais en douleur constante durant des mois avec difficulté à marcher et 6 semaines suite à un traitement alternatif de PRP la douleur est complètement partie, ce qui va également m'éviter une chirurgie! Je recommande fortement Dr. Masri, c'est un médecin très attentionné, humain, qui prend le temps de remonter à la cause du problème (j'ai un diagnostic d'arthrite rhumatoïde et il s'est assuré que la douleur dans ma hanche n'était pas causée par cela avant de procéder à des traitements pour la déchirure du labrum) et qui est vraiment là pour ses patients et non pour l'argent. C'est un des meilleurs médecin que j'ai rencontré et à qui j'accorde 100% de ma confiance ; je retourne justement le voir pour d'autres problèmes aux hanches & des injections. Bref, si se n'était pas de cette clinique privée, je ne pourrais probablement pas marcher aujourd'hui, l'argent investie en vaut entièrement la peine! Merci à vous et votre équipe !!!

I had a partial meniscectomy performed by Dr. Toueg. At the first consultation he happily and patiently answered all my questions and clearly explained the problem and solution. On the day of surgery and during the follow-up the entire staff was friendly and helpful. As for the surgery itself, my physiotherapist was amazed at the speed of my recovery, which I believe indicates the quality of Dr. Toueg's work. I should mention that it took only two days to get an appointment for the consultation and then I was in surgery less than a week later. Contrast that with the wait times of 6-12 months that I was quoted in the public system. I highly recommend Dr. Toueg for your orthopedic surgery needs.
