From what I have seen comparing previous images, GRS Montreal has renovated their building with accessibility features. The front entrance has automatic doors. There is a chair lift going up a half level from the lobby to other parts of the building. There is also a wheelchair accessible single occupancy washroom with a pocket door. All of this was navigable in my power chair (front wheel drive). Their staff still have some anti-ableism work they need to do, but I was glad to see that their physical space has been updated.

Dr b never had more than five minutes for me during three visits in recovery. My bottom surgery is uneven, asymmetrical. Its almost like he stopped half way and let someone else take over thats what it feels like. Or he didnt care and always in rush. When i went for revision appointment he walked out before i could even ask him to check inside cavity. Hours drive for him to always be in rush. The outcome is bad, and i experienced unsanitary conditions inside recovery, as well as door being left open by a staff member where all my items could be seen my others. Or me coming out of shower. I never received depth he claimed i had. i had a ultrasound on the area before surgery and when i was able to talk to him. I asked did he see the cypst. He said he didnt see anything. Even though i had evidence of its existence prior. And now im in pain everyday since surgery. I waited and waited for help and to recover. Only to get denied certain help. And to be rushed. I strongly recommend if able to. Do not come here for your happiness. As they as apart of my suffering. Its way more awful than expressed here what they did to me is reckless. Let this be a warning. If you come here. Same thing that happened to me could happen to you. I swear on my life my existence. They are being what i claim. I had surgery back in 2019 September. It is worse than whats being said here. 100% way worse than whats being said. This is a generous censored post.
