I booked an appointment for lip filler, in the inquiry form clearly stating my history of injections and specifically wanting half a syringe of filler. I never said I only wanted a consultation. I get there for my appointment at 10:30am, which I arrived early for at 10:20am. They had me waiting until 11:08am until she calls me in. The "consult" which I already knew exactly what I wanted, took all of 30 seconds, and she asks when I want to book for the filler. It is now 11:15 am, and I clearly stated In my initial email that I requesting the appointment FOR lip filler. I even emailed them yesterday to confirm my appointment for today. The coordinator then tries calling the injector who wasn't picking up. She asks if I want to wait longer, I waited until 11:30am (A FULL HOUR PAST MY APPOINTMENT TIME), and I finally decide to leave since I have work, school and other responsibilities to attend too. I get a call a few minutes later saying she could see me maybe at 12. Why would I? Then likely wait another hour? Or say sorry they don't have space anymore? I don't think so. Time is money, they wasted my time, and almost wasted my money! AVOID THIS PLACE, DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME. SPEND YOUR MONEY AT A BETTER CLINIC THAT VALUES YOU, AND YOUR TIME! That's what I will be doing. Bad business and very unprofessional.

At one point she left her position vacant and every time there were clients they would ask me questions when I had no answer. After 30 minutes of waiting, I decided to leave. I had fillers in my temples done here (which is an extremely technical region to treat) not only was I fully informed of the procedure and risks but the entire team made me feel safe and the results were incredible. I also have my Botox done here and am always satisfied - super natural look and they fully inform about ways to keep up the effects at home with amazing products - Jenn the consultant has all the best tips and tricks for healthy glowing skin. I’ve also done spot treatment for pimples using their BBL technology. The consultant is fully informed and explained exactly what the treatment would entail. She also asked me pre treatment questions to qualify me as a candidate. These same questions were asked again before the treatment by the technician. The treatment went well and the pimple was significantly decreased and healed well.

I came here to write a good review after I just finished a laser treatment with ELNA decarie a few weeks back, and I'm left shocked and appalled at the amount of online bullies that have been posting negative reviews in the last 15 hrs. It appears that ONE person had a negative experience and all of their friends, family, and colleagues (from what I'm reading) have all had similar expereinces (lol). I'm sure 99% of these reviewing members have not stepped foot into the establishment before and are just saying anything out of frustration for your friend. I have not seen any proof nor do I see any details from any of you to this supposed story, but as a business owner myself, it is so disgraceful to see people write false reviews just to attempt to ruin a business. These are hard times for all of us. Shame on all of you! I personally LOVED my experience and will continue to return to ELNA esthetics. Thank you Jen and Yael and the rest of the wonderful team!
