It was horrible. Both the final result and the service. They deceive consumers by marketing their Obagi products. I wanted to do 3 simple laser treatments to clear out 3 spots. The lady said the laser is NOT a good choice and suggested me to try the Obagi product (NU-DERM) for 600$. They said that the product will clear all the spots BUT it only smoothed them...!!! and 3 weeks later, the lady realized that she forgot to give me the step 5 of the Obagi treatment !! I asked what can I do if it doesn't work, the lady said she will ask the NURSE ! Are you kidding me. I payed 60$ extra to do 1 laser treatment and It did not work either. She finally said she will recommend me to use the Obagi Bleu Peel. It will cost around 1000$. Why don't you listen to your customer's preference and meet consumer's need. . If I did 3 laser treatments I would only pay about 200$. I know it works for me because I did it in the past years.

I’ve been using the services of Dermacure Clinic for about 2 years now. All the staff is very thorough and I never feel rushed through the appointment. They are very detailed in their work and customer satisfaction is their highest priority. I feel they do an excellent job with the treatment of acne, botox injections & microdermabrasion. Highly recommended!

I have been a client of Dermacure since it first opened. I have always trusted Susie to recommend the right procedures and skincare products for me. She real cares about her clients and does not try to sell you something you do not need. Susie is honest and explains the treatment very well before so I know what to expect. The offices are clean and very professional like a medical office, not a spa. I have always found them to be very easy to get in touch with and can get appointments very quickly. After care treatment is excellent and the people are just plain nice! I highly recommend Dermacure for any treatment you are thinking of. They do them ALL.

I had my worst experience in this clinic, I bought a coupon for $ 230 in groupon, when SOOZIE saw I’m from groupon she just wanted to get rid of me! She did a laser in hurry and even my skin didn’t get red!!! It was just like nothing, I had two experiences with laser and I completely know the procedure!! It was like theft! I called them but they never followed up! Otherwise in all clinics they have to follow up you after laser. I hate this place. NEVER neverrr neverrr recommend to anyone!!!

I went here couple of years ago with high expectations but was totally disappointed. I went for acne scar removal with IPL and the owner sold me a kit. I used the kit for a month and saw no results and I went again to get the Ipl. She did the process in a hurry and I couldn't even feel a thing. l had 3 treatments and saw no results at all. Also I later found out that the kit that she sold me was two times the actual market price. I am writing this review now because I have seen results over a year with my own research and testing products which is still so much cheaper then what I paid at this clinic. I don't recommend this clinic. Please don't waste your time and money going here.
