Horrendous!! I went for a little hair removal treatment. The "professional" (kid in sneakers) suggest I try this other type of laser, because it was apparently best suited for my type of skin/hair. I had a bit of fluff to begin with.. but after 1 treatment with them, It got 10000x times worse!! I freaked out and consulted another clinic. They informed me that Permalaser should have NEVER suggest that treatment because, as I found out, it actually grew more hair. Very unprofessional!! So what did I do? I contacted them again, saying that I am shocked how they could have let me gone through with it and I now needed extra treatments to repair their mistake. Their response? Very hostile!! They said they didn't care and even mentioned "we see in your records that you will be moving away shortly", as a threat that they won't bother doing anything, and that I no longer have power once I leave. Did they apologize? No. Did they offer a refund? No. They are stubborn little sh*ts who should never deserve anyone's time or money. It may seem like a good deal, but let me tell you... this one treatment I foolishly booked with them has ended up costing me nearly 1000$ in repairs!! Évitez à tout prix!!!

just want to say that i was pretty weary to come to this place because of the reviews i saw on google, however i just came back from my appointment at perma laser and am so pleased with my experience. I have a fear of needles, and the dr and his assistant made me feel at ease. i will definatley be coming back, and have to comment on the GREAT price. Really happy!

I bought a hair Laser deal about a year ago from PermaLaser. I used it throughout last year. The staff and technicians were super friendly and professional. It has been very effective for me. Unlike many other clinics, that with the purchase of deal it is hard to make appointment, they were very professional and making no difference between clients with or without deal. I would recommend Permalaser to others. The only reason that I gave 3 stars is that they only accept discounted services and coupon for new clients. And as an existing client you don't get to use discounted coupon online.

I also tried Velashape treatments and loved the end look. Each person is different and not everybody can like the same Dr., however those complaining about price should know this stuff ain't cheap!

I was very hesitant on using botox/injections for years but the staff was patient and answered all my questions and reassured me. The injections are done by a qualified and experienced plastic surgeon which makes a huge difference. I used juverderm and I have no complaints! They also take same day appointments which is pretty convenient.

Got there on a Groupon offer. I had to pay taxes (that is ok, since it is usually mentioned on Groupon). The "free consultation" was basically a 2-minute chat, with no real information. The intervention took 5 minutes, and I am not sure how I can describe the attitude of the dictors. Basically they never introduced themselves, which I think is very unprofessional, they could have been something else than doctors for all I know. I never got the 50$ discount on the treatment that I was supposed to get along with the Groupon package. Do not recommend.

Being an athlete who does Ironman competitions. I went to get a treatment for hyperhidrosis of my hands. I’ve tried many things over the years and nothing worked. The Dr suggested this treatment and 4 days later to my amazement it worked beyond my comprehension. He explained the entire procedure it wasn’t without discomfort that I can assure you. He froze my hands with ice and then it was tolerable. I no longer have issues of wet cold hands and I can grip my bike with forces I never had in years. I needed that edge. Now I can type all day at work and no longer have to keep a dish towel in my desk at work to continuously dry my palms or worry about shaking anyone’s hands with my clammy sweaty palms. Really worth the cost.

Had Velashape cellulite treatments they went very well. I love the feeling afterwards and their prices were awesome. Better than those useless online deals. This was a real medical device not a desktop lord knows what. Was tired of wasting my money with false claims elsewhere at least they were honest. I'm taking a two month break to get pregnant then will return afterwards.

Had laser Brazilian and half leg. Best thing I've ever done. The technician is beyond sweet. Shes so professional and kind. She was very conscious of making sure the level of laser was set to work for my skin without hurting me. Also had fillers done. The doctors were so patient and kind as it was my first time doing it. I got so nervous and they took such good care of me. I feel so bad for having gotten nervous due to the needle but they were very careful and caring. My first impression was not that positive when I first arrived at the place. We were not allowed to enter with our shoes. I can understand this when I go to someone’s house, but I don’t expect when I am client. But ok. They give you a step by step manual of one page, guidelines that should be explained by a professional but actually is a paper and you have to sign in the end. The doctor called me 35 minutes after my appointment and clearly wanted to do the faster he could. It was the first time I was using botox, I just wanted to be informed about more details as how my face would be after the procedure but they assume you already read the paper. For example, I was wondering to hide part of my few wrinkles, I was expecting to have an idea of which of my muscles face would be affected by the injections. But once I showed the wrinkles, he just injected. Now I think it was too much. I have no expression in my forehead and everyone notice. Maybe a little chat before the procedure would help, maybe showing to the pacient what is gonna happen could avoid. Maybe less patients in one day would make them less rush and give more attention to the consumers.

Had a treatment before the holidays. Was greeted with a smile. It was my first time doing Botox and I didn’t know quite what to expect. I’m a very nervous person by nature so I thought I would back out. They made me feel very comfortable and one of the assistants even held my hand. I guess I hyped my self up for nothing as it was not at all as scary or painful as I had thought. It’s been 12 days and I have unbelievable results. I’m very pleased and will definitely come back for re-treatments. Prices are the best in Montreal but the best thing was the comfort they provided as the Dr injected me quickly. I was warned by a colleague about the quality of the products they use and the bedside manner of the doctor, but I went anyway since I had a groupon voucher. I did botox to my forehead and frown lines and a bit for crows feet. The price for botox is reasonable, but you get what you pay for. Loved the results, and although they tell you the botox last 3-6 months, by the second month my results were gone. I also had some juvederm injected....Badly....he didn't even examine my face as any facial plastic surgeon would to determine the best approach for the best results. He just put a few injections here and there and not even massage the product into the required areas, as I've had done to me in the past. The doctor was done and left the room. I have had both botox and juvederm in the past. Botox always lasted close to 6 months and the juevderm warranted great results. 2 months after permalaser I have no more botox results and the juvederm results are uneven smile lines as well as a crooked upper lip. Save your money and see a professional that will take the time to understand what results you want and use quality products correctly.
