Lydia a prit le temps de faire l’analyse de mon visage et de mes expressions et je peux vous dire que le résultat est parfait et naturel. Lydia est vraiment gentille , à l’écoute et rassurante. Lors d’un traitement esthétique avec celle-ci , je lui ai fait part de mon incertitude concernant le résultat de mon nez. Elle a prit le temps d’appeler le docteur Moubayed et celui ci est venu me voir malgré son horaire très chargé et avec une bonne humeur contagieuse. Celui-ci a confirmé qu’effectivement une retouche de comblement pourrait optimiser le résultat et il m’a ré injecté une minime quantité et le résultat est 100% magnifique. Nous sommes loin des spécialistes qui n’ont pas de temps pour leur patient. Hello, I would like to share my experience of a procedure I had at FACEMD. I cannot express what a personalized treatment I received. My first contact was with the lovely Isabelle who booked my appointment with enthusiasm and with an uplifting tone. The downtown location made it easy for me get to. As I walked into the newly renovated offices I could not stop myself from looking up at the 50 feet gold painted ceiling sculped with circular designs. With strict COVID protocol, I was greeted by a lovely doctor`s assistant named Daphne who showed me to a changing room, and then to the doctor`s office. No waiting, no worrying, for the first time in my life I felt like I was an important patient to this doctor. Dr. Sami Moubayed, performed a face tightening procedure. Before starting he explained the procedure in great detail and then continuously asked throughout the process whether I needed anything. He even asked what my favorite music was, so he could play it throughout the procedure. Since this was my first treatment ever, I was a little apprehensive. But the entire team, made it a point to make me feel calm and relaxed. The procedure took approximately 90 minutes and I felt absolutely no pain. I was amazed at how quickly I was in and out of the doctor’s office. That evening, I went about my regular routine. No down time with the exception on wearing neck elastic for 3 weeks. I called my daughters that evening telling them that the procedure was a walk in the park and that Dr. Moubayed is a magician. I am excited to see the final results in 3 months.
