Dr .Roshdy OSAMA is unprofessional and rude .He didn't even let me explain my 4th problem with my skin.His exact were"I don't need a 4 problem ".As I try to explain my situation he boldly said "its not area of expertise "then he proceeds to open his door and left me there with my words in my mouth.He don't even greet you nor examing you properly .I will formally put a complain against this doctor

I've been trying to contact this clinic for one WHOLE WEEK now, they NEVER pick up the phone, and there is no email address to contact them on the website... this doesn't start well.

Dr. Roshdy was very friendly and efficient quickly diagnosing the issue and prescribing treatment. I had no problems getting an appointment at all. I don't understand all the negative ratings. I would highly recommend Dr. Roshdy.

I am therefore in the emergency room the same evening for an uncontrollable bleeding for a simple biopsy on a toe by a lack of precaution and therefore of blatant professionalism. The appointment is quickly dispatched, a pity that such a mundane act is carried out with so little precaution, unfortunately making it less benign than it is. (Original) L’accueil est bon, le rendez vous est à l’heure. La prise de rendez vous est également efficace au travers d’u. Appel et d’une confirmation par texte. J’ai eu une biopsie de l’orteil aujourd’hui même. En soi l’acte s’est plutôt bien déroulé, sauf qu’aucune consigne ne m’a été communiquée pour le suivi hormis de mettre de la Vaseline le lendemain. Aucun questionnaire de santé, hémophilie ou autre… je suis donc aux urgences le soir même pour un saignement incontrôlable pour une simple biopsie a un orteil par un manque de précaution et donc de professionnalisme flagrant. Le rendez vous est vite expédié, dommage qu’un acte aussi banal soit réalisé avec si peu de précaution le rendant malheureusement moins bénin qu’il ne l’est.
