I chose this place because of all the great reviews I read here but me and my sister had a different experience. I went there with my sister for botox and as they told us that it takes time to show the result we were waiting and waiting and waiting to finally see when the muscles are going to be numb and when the frown muscles are going to be relaxed and months passed by and nothing happened. No change. We both were always able to still frown, throw our eyebrows up and when I was looking down for more than 30 sec my forehead's muscles were popping up (no muscle getting relaxed as they promissed). They were really nice and professional but nor me or my sister were happy for the result AT ALL. Now looking for some other clinic. It was such a waste of money for us. I don't recommend here at all Such a disappointment

Edited review — I had a bit of a complicated process after a lip injection to which I didn’t react well. I posted a review here explaining my disappointment. The doctor called me within 24 hours and saw me that evening. She was genuinely concerne, took my disappointment to heart and swore to keep seeing me until I was 110% satisfied. Needless to say, I was very impressed. She also gave me the nicest lip I’ve ever had — I went from disappointed to thrilled in the span of 24 hours. Whenever you’re injecting, there is always a risk that it won’t go as planned, regardless of where you go; when that happens, you want to deal with a professional like Dr. Asbar who genuinely cares. 5 stars. I highly recommend her, she is fantastic!

I had a consultation yesterday for neuromodulators (Botox) with Dr. Yara Asbar and it was honestly fantastic. I went in a bit hesitant and with a lot of questions and she really took the time to answer everything and explain not only the procedure itself, but the risks, the science behind it, etc. What I appreciate the most, above all else, was that she didn't push additional injections or treatments onto me. She was honest about what she thought I could and should address, and while pointing out other things I COULD do hypothetically, she was honest about telling me it was unnecessary or not needed at this time, etc. That, alone, made me feel confident in my decision to go with her. I told her my honest concerns about the cost too and frequency of treatments and she was very helpful in terms of telling me what I could forgo and what I could push from a timing perspective. Would highly recommend her and the clinic. :)

I am friends with one of the doctors there, who's a legend in his field (Dr. Patrick Simard) but had never actually gotten any treatment at the clinic. After consulting with him, he referred me to Nadia one of the laser technician for a V-Beam laser treatment for my rosacea. First of all, when I arrived I was treated extremely well by the girl at the from (Julie I think, a girl with blond hair and blue eyes). While I was waiting I saw Amelie, a nurse that works there that I had met once before who was gracious enough to make me visit the entire clinic. I then proceeded with my consultation with Nadia who did a phenomenal job at explaining to me the pros and cons, what it was like, what would the realistic results be, etc. She didn't try at any moment to push me any extra services although I was pushing for IPL and asking about peels. She was so nice and caring during the entire treatment, it really reassured me. We talked so much and she explained in such details that I left 50 minutes after closing time but she and the girl at the front desk never made me feel like they were annoyed or had to leave once. I woke up the next day to an email directly from Nadia asking if I was ok or had any swelling, etc. I absolutely adored my experience and would recommend to my loved ones. I also recommend Dr. Patrick Simard for any procedures needed. Thank you once again for this wonderful experience and I'm sure to be back. Oh and on a side note, this must be the most beautiful clinic in the Province if not the country !

Update: CONS: Tremendously disappointed in my experience at the clinic. I went for laser hair removal treatments. I was quite enthusiastic after my first session (Oct 26, 2020) as I noticed a 70% reduction in hair density (directly after the sessions that last for 8 weeks), BUT after my second session (Dec 14, 2020), all my hair grew back -even thicker- a couple of weeks after my second treatment. I tried to reach a re-visited deal regarding my upcoming sessions (e.g. small discount) but the clinic refused. I will never recommend Clinique Chloe to anyone based on my experience. I lost $1000 (no results), I lost my trust in the clinic and I learnt that the clinic is not keen on the retention of its clients. And now I had to look somewhere else to start from scratch.
