Garbage service.. i had an appointment at 11, i passed at 11h45. Dr.Carey didnt llisten to me at all, rushed his diagnostic and hurried into prescribing me something that is likely not to be working... He checked my skin a total of 10sec didnt bother to close his cabinet door. I had no time to explain my symptoms, refused to look at the photos i carefully took for a proper diagnostic.. garbage... Total garbage dontd waste your time...

I have been a client of Dr Beatrice Wang for many years. Yes, it can be hard to get through to the receptionist on the phone.... but both the doctor and staff are VERY professional, rigorous, knowledgeable, friendly and thorough. I would recommend Dr Wang to my friends, and I indeed I have done so on many occasions. Tell Lisa at reception that "Joe says hi".

Absolute worst service Ive ever experienced. Only take appointments if you fax a referral. Faxed the referral 9 times without success and the receptionist said her colleague was busy using the machine - from 11am to 4pm when they close, not 1 fax went through.

Very good service and efficient. My only reason for removing one star is I wish I had had a reminder of the appointment and clearly I wasn't the only one as 2 people's came in for appointment for another day by mistake while I was waiting. But all in all good service

appoitment at 9:30, waited until 10:30 to see the doctor. Dr. Carey came in, read the referral for 5 secs, asked me to show the area. He looked for less than 10 secs, then started writing. and I'm out in less than a minute. described my symptoms and he just seemed to not care. maybe the problem is very minor for him who has seen thousands of patients, but for the patient themselves, any minor problem could affect their life seriously. there is simply no empathy.

Came for a consultation after bleach burn damage to my scalp. Dr. Carey looked at it for two seconds, told me I'd never regrow the hair I lost, and instantly recommended a costly hair transplant procedure. And yet a year later, after regular applications of store-bought keratin and Morocco oil, everything I lost is coming back. Not trustworthy, would never revisit.

She always listened carefully to my comments and treated me a few times for various products against cysts, acne and removed a beauty spot from me (which was ultimately not carcinogenic!). Dr Carey should take his retirement he is old and very outdated. I received a terrible service from this man who was talking over me and trying to phish for answers because he didn't have the balls to admit he wasn't familiar with my particular skin issues. It was really the strangest experience I've ever had, we are all human its okay if its the first time you're dealing with a case like mine but don't just make up a response because you don't know what the solution is.

My husband had skin cancerous cells and Dr. Carey did several skin grafts (from cartilage in ear to face) and his face looks perfect, as though there was never a problem. And the minute we are concerned about anything that may be a risk, Dr. Carey sees him right away to check. He also helped me. Staff are very nice. You do have to leave messages but they call back promptly. Highly recommended.

My pharmacy faxed in a prescription renewal for a cream that Dr. Carey had previsouly prescribed to me. They charged $30 to fax the renewal and when the pharmacy saw it, they realized the doctor indicated the wrong medication. Took more than a week to fix. Very bad service.

A lot of people wrote that they had to wait, to be honest I am willing and I would gladly wait for a Dr that can address my issue. they are a team of staff and Drs that are great at what they do. My thought is that I do not know what issues other patients had and why they required more time or attention. I sure hope I don't need that much attention from a Dr. Wishing all good health and lots of patience. Highly recommended

I can't give zero star. Unfortunate. Worst experience ever. I had eczema and a rash on my ankle. Cortisone didn't help. Got an infection. I went to see Dr Carey about 6 times after this and it was a disaster. Each time, he would not even look at my ankle or ask me more than 1 or 2 questions. He never spent more than 2 or 3 minutes with me. Prescribed the most expensive useless things. I tried to seek help from doctors but I was told to rely on my dermatologist. I tried to fond another dermatologist, but it was impossible to find one quickly. Finally, it only worsened and I ended up at the emergency of an hospital waiting for 6 hours to be seen by a doctor for an edema. I went to Dr Carey a last time after that. He looked at my ankle 1 sec and prescribed me a cream that he has already prescribed to me 1 month before. He doesn't care at all about patients. I thought I would end up losing my ankle. Fortunately, I have a very good dermatologist now and I hope I will never be seen by such an uncaring and unprofessional Doctor again.

Not professional at all . If you have an appointment you can come at least an hour late . They don't respect their hours at all and pass all the clients that are paying for esthetic services before you . If you have an hour to waist from your day you should choose there . No respect for you at all . If you're late for an hour, they cancel your appointment . Don't go there at alllllllll .
