I cannot tell you how much I like this doctor and his staff. This place is unlike others, doctor and staff and SUPER professional. From the minute you walk in Naushin makes you feel welcomed. Having had not the best experience elsewhere years prior, Dr. Pirani took so much time (many appointments) to make sure he had answered all of my questions and concerns before booking surgery. And something that really stuck out to me was how I was treated right before and after surgery, simply kind ???? Now I am over 6 months post surgery and am VERY happy with the results. Dr. Pirani is truly excellent at his craft. This review is super long time coming (I had my b.a in January), but I’m almost glad I waited because I think I love his work more and more each day. I had my breast augmentation in January and Dr. Pirani was as helpful, knowledgeable and friendly before, during and after the procedure. He was very informative with the risks, and spoke to me honestly about every step of my procedure. There was never a moment where I felt uncomfortable, awkward or left in the dark about anything. His office manager and wife Naushin was also an absolute pleasure. She was such a sweetheart and super accommodating! My procedure went spectacularly well, and my downtime afterwards was minimal. Dr. Pirani even called the evening after my surgery to make sure I was feeling okay. I had several follow up appointments to make sure my recovery was on track, and I was excited to make it to all of them. The results speak for themselves (I may be biased, but I think my breasts are pretty epic), and my scars are minimal. Overall, I would definitely recommend (and have recommended) Dr. Pirani to everyone! If I ever need anything else done... I know who to go back to :)

I have been seeing Dr. Pirani for a couple years now for fillers and I cannot come up with any complaints. It's always a pleasant experience when I go to his office from the results of the fillers, to my follow up appointments and finally to the interactions I have with his front desk staff. I also had a laser skin treatment done that I unfortunately suffered an allergic reaction to and his office followed up with me everyday until I recovered! There aren’t enough words to describe how amazing my experience has been with Dr. Pirani and his team. I’ve been dreaming of getting a BA for as long as I can remember and alas Dr. Pirani has made that dream come true! This was my first time getting cosmetic surgery which usually means a lot of anxiety and nerves, but for me that was not the case, and I thank the entire team for that. They made me feel comfortable and calm from start to finish. The clinic is clean and beautiful. Every time that I’ve gone in, whether for a consultation, pre-op, operation day and post-op, I’ve been greeted by a friendly face. Dr. Pirani is extremely professional and has incredible bedside manners. He takes his time and makes sure to educate you on all topics surrounding your operation. My anesthesiologist made me laugh right before he put me under and it’s little things like that that make all the difference. I was expecting to be in a lot of pain and feel nauseous after my surgery but I felt great. My recovery was a breeze! I’m currently 3 months post op and I am so impressed with my results, I never thought my girls could look this good :D Thank you to Dr. Pirani and the rest of the crew, you guys rock!

Response to owner:Jan 20 - As I mentioned in my first review & judging by the doctors response to my review this doctor is not accountable nor will he take ownership of any of the events that transpired after my facelift. Just the idea of the Dr. responding to my experience over social media is a huge breech of trust & reflects such a lack of professionalism. In my first review, the Dr. had no interest in rectifying my problem & spun the blame on me by using the excuse of me not following office polices again is ridiculous. An office policy and surgery are so far removed from each other. If the office policies were not that important before the doctor received my money why were they so important after I voiced my complaints? This was a way of making excuses not to address my problems. Signed: Regretful Worst Experience Ever No Aftercare No Support No Service I saw Dr. Pirani in late 2016 December, for a lower facelift with neck and fat transfers. The cost was $17000.00. The service was good up until I started having issues in early 2017. In early 2017 I was not fully happy with the results and brought this to the Drs attention. I wasn’t happy because my skin wasn’t really pulled as tight as it should be and it only look really good when it was swollen. That’s when the Dr. took my before and after pictures which are very misleading because I still have swelling. I did still have some jowls after the swelling went down. The Dr. suggested more fat injections, so in August of 2017 I trusted the doctor and I had more fat injected into my face. This did not fix any of my issues, in fact it made it worse. After the swelling went down after the additional fat injections, my face started looking lumpy and misshapen. It was a SMAES facelift and I was told at the time when I got the facelift that the facelift can last anywhere from 5 to 10 years. This isn’t the case. Fast forward to May 2019 2.5 years later. I have jowls worse than before, my neck has fallen and isn’t tight anymore at all and the fat is lumpy and bumpy. I should mention that I do not smoke or drink and I have a clean healthy active lifestyle and I have been running for 20 years with a normal weight. I tried contacting Dr. Pirani to voice my concerns and ask what we could do about my concerns. I was literally blocked by his office manager demanding that I pay $150 refundable booking fee. I refused to pay it because of the principal of the matter. That’s unheard of for a doctors followup. I mean isn’t it understood that if you pay $ 17000 for a procedure that you should be entitled to ask the Dr. questions and have him listen to your concerns ? Well after arguing and struggling with the Dr’s administrative staff I finally got an appointment in August of 2019. It was like walking into a lions den. The Dr. did listen to my concerns and complaints about his administrative team and then he listened to my facelift concerns. The Dr. then accused me of being a bad patient and that I cancelled many times. Not once did the doctors office ever tell me that I wasn’t able to cancel an appointment or rebook it. Then the Dr. went on to say that I have bad genetics and that I rapidly aged in 2.5 years. Not once did the Dr. take ownership of his work and he actually deflected the main point of my visit by focusing on his administrative policies. I actually walked out of the appointment as it was going no where and it was obvious that the Dr. would not address my issues and I was on my own. Since that appointment I have seen 2 wonderful surgeons in Toronto who advised me that fat transfers are not done anymore because they are too unpredictable not to mention the fact that the facelift should have lasted a minimum of 5 years, not 2.5 years. I really regret that I chose Dr. Pirani, I mean he was so nice & his office was really nice until they received my money and they totally abandoned me after I let them know that I had serious issues with his work. Dont use this doctor, they will never address problems.

Dr. Pirani and Naushin are two of the most professional, yet down to earth people I've met. I felt I was given a luxury service in their beautiful clinic, without feeling pressured or judged. Dr. Pirani consulted me on what would help subtly balance my face and educated me on what my options were. I had a facial, nose filler and botox along my forehead and temples.The results were lovely! I left with a bag with clear aftercare instructions and treats. I will be back :)

Avoid at all cost and risk at your own peril! Worst botox result ever! Specially asked for a natural look, and told the doctor my concern for droopy eyelid, and still ended up being recommended and applied double the dosage I'm used to, and ended up not being able to raise my eyelid for months! Only realised after treatment the misaligned incentives of the doctor to maximise his profit and my desire for a natural result. The price of the treatment is based on units applied, not results achieved. Never again! Avoid at all cost!

I flew from Edmonton to Toronto just to have surgery with Dr.Pirani. I am around 4 months post breast augmentation, and truthfully I never write reviews, but for Dr. Pirani I just have to. There is a reason why Dr.Pirani is one of the top rated surgeons in Toronto- and no, despite the high amount of 5 stars it's not cause they ask their patients to write reviews- rather its because Dr.Pirani and Naushin go above and beyond in every way to ensure their patient has the best possible experience. I've gotten other surgeries before, but I've never had a doctor with such great bedside manner and care for his patients. The Toronto Plastic Surgery Center is so high in their standards and integrity. Dr.Pirani paid out of his pocket a private caretaker to take me back home and stay with me just to ensure I was okay- he could have just collected his cheque like other doctors and leave it as my own problem, but he truly takes pride in his work and practice. Dr. Pirani absolutely knows what he is doing. My results are unbelievable. My close friends and family give me compliments on how natural, yet shaped they look. With so much certainty, I don't think the surgery could have gone any better. There are hundreds of surgeons in Toronto, but each day I am so happy that I listened to the reviews and went with Dr. Pirani. There is no doubt that I will be proudly recommending him to everyone. Thank you SO much Naushin and Dr.Pirani for everything! The confidence is life changing! Everyone else! Please do yourself a favor and see Dr. Pirani. Thank me later :) UPDATE: I'm now over a year post op. I just happened to be in Toronto around the time and Dr.Pirani's staff were super flexible with making sure I got to see him before I left back to Edmonton. I went to many different plastic surgeons in hopes to receive breast augmentation fitting for my wants and needs. Dr. Pirani was the only one who listened and took into consideration everything I asked for, he took the time to explain all the pro’s and all the con’s of surgery and the sizing of the breast augmentation itself. Together we picked 350cc would best be suited for my body and I could not be happier. I breast fed 3 babies and had very uneven breast and now you would never be able to tell. The staff and himself are beyond helpful after surgery answering any question or concerns you may have almost immediately! Most other places judged on the way I looked and my age at dr. Pirani’s office they make you feel welcomed at all times. My experience was more than I could ever expect and I couldn’t be more thankful.

I am 46 years old and I came in to see Dr. Pirani about a mini facelift. My main concerns were the lose of volume on my face. Dr. Pirani was very helpful and explained two different options for me. In the end, we both decided fat grafting to my face would be the best option. I was surprised Dr. Pirani suggested a cheaper option since I was prepared to pay for a facelift. I’ve always had a great experience with Dr. Pirani, he is just amazing at what he does. I’ve had fillers with other surgeons in Toronto as well but once I met with Dr. Pirani I’ve been going to him only. I absolutely love coming to this office. We always have so much fun and they never make me feel rushed! I have been getting Botox done and just tried filler for the first time. I was really nervous since I do not like needles and I was worried about the pain. Naushin applied a numbing gel which made the pokes not so bad. She even gave me chocolate after! I had a non-surgical rhinoplasty (filler for the nose) with Dr.Pirani and the results were decent. I took issue with the fact that the treatment is charged for the area and not the syringe. At almost all other clinics, the average cost of a syringe is $600-700 and can be applied to multiple areas of the face. But at Dr.Pirani’s office, I was told that filler for my nose would be $800 for the area-- not for the syringe. To me, it feels like an excuse to charge more money and give less product. The standard syringe contains 1ml of product and only a tiny droplet is used on the nose, like a .30 or so. So what’s being done with the remaining filler I don’t use? When I asked why they don’t charge per syringe, I was told that this is a “special” area that requires more skill--funny because I should think that all areas of the face should be considered special and treated with skill. I then realized that charging per area is highly unethical. It means I’m either using the leftover product from someone else’s treatment or it could go the other way-- the next patient will get the remainder of my unfinished product. Even though the needles are obviously changed between patients, the remaining product is still being re-purposed. Either that, or Dr.Pirani is tossing away the unused filler (which I highly doubt). The manufacturer of all dermal fillers advises NOT to re-purpose leftover filler between patients due to the possibility of cross-contamination. I think it’s unethical and unprofessional to be operating this way. Clinics should never charge “per area”. It puts profit over patient. We should only be paying per syringe, so we know it’s ours to use. And if we don’t want or need the leftover product, only then should it be discarded-- period. * I used an alias name for my protection
