When it come to Dr.antoniak and his staff. All i can say is amazing. Very professional, considering, organized. as a loyal client, i can see why this team is such a success. They deliver quality service. Yes it is pricey for some services but you get the top service, you get what you pay for. i would never get fillers or botox at a local spa, this place has doctors and nurses who are professionally trained. i'd gotten fillers here and rhinoplasty and again all i can say is amazing. Definitely recommend.

Considering the price, I expected much better results. I let the nurse know that I was not happy with the outcome of the procedure, she said that she was. I asked a specialist from another clinic for a second opinion and they agreed that the result was not very good. It is somewhat disappointing as the Centre overcharges for every single procedure but, apparently, expensive does not imply top quality all the time.

I wish I could say something good about my experience, but to be honest it was the worst experience I ever had in my life. I got a septo rhino with him and he had to do a revision because of the esthetic side of it. One side collapsed and even after the revision I was completely unhappy with the results. I had to cry for him to see how much this affected me and he lacked of empathy at so many moments. He told me he could not fix my nose and I told him I wanted a refund since I was going to get it fixed somewhere else and he said he could not do that. I was so devastated because all that money was saved since high school and I really feel like I wasted my money. I do not recommend anyone to go see him for a rhinoplasty, you will not be happy with the results and it will be really hard on your self esteem and mental health. He was not able to correct my nose after two times, I will not give him my trust anymore and all I really wish is a refund for the job he was not able to accomplish.

I had the Morpheus 8 Microneedling RF treatment done 10 days ago by Bonnie and I'm very pleased with the outcome. I really appreciated Bonnie's care and professionalism, she' s very knowledgeable about the treatment and quickly puts you at ease. She thoroughly explained the treatment and answered all my questions. For the Morpheus 8 treatment I received pain medication and anti-inflammatory medication prior to the treatment and this was followed up by topical anesthetic so the procedure was completely painless. She called me the next day to follow up and see how I was recovering. There was mild swelling for two days and some redness for about a week (after the initial two days the redness diminished considerably). There's still a bit of tightness in the skin but no discoloration nor noticeable marks on my face or neck (no obvious marks from the Microneedling device). I'm really pleased with the procedure and will undergo a second treatment in the fall. The staff at the clinic are welcoming and professional.

Dr. Bonaparte was nice. But I drove 40 minutes for a $100 consultaton that was less than 7 minutes long. The consultation felt rushed and we only talked about my nose. Because he was eager for our session to end, I didn't get a chance to bring up the other surgeries I wanted. I didn't even get to say much about my nose. I felt like I was not taken seriously. Maybe it's because I look extremely young for my age despite being 18, I don't know. Pretty lame. Lovely receptionist, though. She's cool. $8000 for "septo-rhinoplasty" which is crazy but I would've done it if I had actually gotten the chance to express what I wanted out of my surgery since I'd be paying a fortune. I really wanted to like this place. I don't have a better option so it sucks that the experience wasn't awesome. I've never given 1 star before as it's very harsh but truly, this was not a good first impression at all. I may still have to go with it because even though this sucked, it's the best option in Ottawa. Hooray for overpowering self esteem issues.

The doctor and his staff are excellent and very experienced. I went for the PRP procedures to treat a temporary stress-caused hair loss and Sheila MacKay worked with me to plan and to execute the treatment. Throughout the whole process I felt very supported and the treatments were definitely personalized to address my needs, not a copy-paste process but a patient-oriented one. No question was too small and any concern or uncertainty were addressed immediately. I had a 30-50% hair regrowth achieved after two treatments and am going for the 3rd one soon to solidify the results. This is certainly my facility of choice for all my facial and other cosmetic needs. Thank you, Dr Antoniak, Sheila and all the staff for making this experience a breeze. I am surely coming back.

This is a real review based on having THREE failed rhinoplasty from Dr. Antoniak. I first went to dr antoniak in 2015 having 1 previous surgery elsewhere. I was a revision septorhinoplasty case and he also did endoscopic sinus surgery. I did my first surgery with him and the outcome was not good at all. I still had a poly beak deformity and uneven nostrils and was hard of breathing. In 2017 he agreed to ‘fix it’ and performed another unsuccessful surgery that left me with an awkward scoop, no smooth transition from bridge to tip, nostrils asymmetrical and I had now developed scar tissue Appearing as a scar on my left nostril side. (I should have ran away at that point but being young and naive I didn’t know better), In 2019 he yet again performed another unsuccessful revision rhinoplasty on me that left me with a bigger mess than before. He took ear cartilage from my ears to camouflage the awkward scoop from bridge to trip. Throughout 6 years and 3 rhinoplasty later I was left with a botched nose, many deformities, collapsed airways and scars and worst of all for an ‘ENT doctor ‘ I had barley to no breathing, I had no sense of smell and developed snoring you can imagine the emotional toll it took on me. Dr antoniak botched me and kept blaming it on my first surgery elsewhere. I wish I had RAN away the first time he operated on me, if a surgeon can’t get it right the first time he doesn’t have the right skills to ‘fix it’ for you. I was very young when I went to dr anontiak and I wasted years of my life being botched and wasted my money here. I wish I never went to this surgeon and would never recommend anyone based on my own personal results to dr antoniak. He simply is not a revision specialist and cannot handle any complication of the nose. Since my last operation in 2019 I spent the last 2 years researching the best revision rhinoplasty doctor in the world because the way dr antoniak botched me so hard I was now a overly difficult and challenging case that only the highest of expertise can handle. After excessive research the best rhinoplasty doctors mainly are located in Turkey. I consulted about 12 top famous revision doctors, I was REJECTED by 6 of them. As I now had 4 rhinoplasty, it is a very hard situation to operate again and most doctors don’t want to fix up the other surgeons mess that was made. I ended up choosing a specialized doctor in revision rhinoplasty and he even said he never saw a scar like mine and I was one of his most challenging cases and I spent 26,000$ CAD just on the surgery alone to fix up dr antoniak disastrous mess. I shed tears when I was able to breathe for the first time in 6 years after dr antoniak couldn’t get it right the 3 times I had surgery with him. Now let’s talk about fillers. I had lip filler a while back here in 2017 and nurse Julie left me with a horrible job, lumpy and bumpy lips, she used an old traditional technique. I find the clinic is not advanced and up to date on today’s beauty techniques she had no idea at the time about a keyhole pout or Russian style lips, she questioned me like what is that? How are you an injector cosmetic nurse and a I’m a regular patient and I know more information on lip techniques at that times? Anyway when I finally realized I was a walking mess I went to another clinic and they were shocked at the horrible job she did for my lips. They dissolved it and corrected it. Funny how the price was twice more expensive at facial surgery and cosmetic centre then the new place I go to which gives way better results. Nurse Julie no longer works there. In conclusion, I wasted THOUSANDS of dollars at this clinic and was left more than devastated by getting botched. Dr antoniak has been my biggest regret in life. If I could give zero stars I would. Check out my REAL photos and you’ll understand everything I wrote the pictures speak for themselves. They will probably try to take this review down but This clinic wasted years of my life and money other people need to be aware of how poorly the results are at this clinic and I’m a prime example.

Everyone was extremely professional, friendly, and made me feel informed and comfortable. I had a septo-rhinoplasty and I am one week out, minimal bruising and swelling and no pain. First and foremost the service I received at the Facial Surgery and Cosmetics Centre of Ottawa was outstanding. The ladies at the front desk and in particularly Alison were consistently very pleasant and welcoming. As a young male, the idea of professional facial treatment seemed daunting. From dealing with some skin issues without any success from standard cream and wash options, I booked an appointment to seek professional opinion. I worked directly with Doctor Elise Antoniak who quickly addressed the issues I was having and provided both laser therapy and facial lotion/ wash options. Last October, Dr. Antoniak performed lower face, neck and eyelid lifts. His bedside attendance was exceptional, even changing my bandages himself, before releasing me after I had fully recovered from the anesthetic. He continued to monitor my recovery regularly, ensuring any and all of my concerns were addressed to my satisfaction. I am now completely recovered and am extremely pleased with my results. Actually, I look exactly like I wanted to .. sagging, loose skin is gone from my face, neck and eyelids. So happy I went to Dr. Antoniak for my surgery. On his recommendation, I have had 3 Fractora treatments to firm up the rest of my skin and encourage collagen production. Again, the medical technicians at this Clinic are outstanding. They are well-trained, knowledgeable and make sure you are comfortable and informed of your procedures. I am looking about 12 years younger than when I started. Unfortunately some people such as I did not have good results...the product used around my mouth and lip area did not work..had it done in March 2018 and went for 2 treatments which were not cheap and by the 2nd week of April noticed not much of a change. I went back for a consult..technician said would talk to a higher up and get back to me. Received phone call April 23 2018 was told something could be worked out and try another procedure and technician was to call back to set something up and never heard back from that office again. Very unprofessional..sorry that is not how to do business. A lot of people go to these offices by word of mouth but if someone is unhappy they will not recommend this office.

Dr. Antoniak performed my septo-rhinoplasty in 2018. My nose looked better afterwards but I couldn't breathe anymore from the left side (never had that problem before) and my nostrils were very uneven. I asked for a revision and got it a year later, and while I can now breathe properly, my nose looks worse than it did before. My nostrils are still very uneven, one is twice as big as the other, and I have a new bump on the bridge of my nose. I wrote a review on ratemds and Dr. Antoniak replied to it, asking me to send pictures and I sent them right away but that was almost 3 months ago and I never heard back from him... Edit 09/07: As soon as I saw the reply to my review I sent them another email (as previously requested) and still haven't heard back. I guess their reply was simply to look good publicly since I've tried to contact them twice in the last three months with absolutely no response. They have time to reply to other reviews but not to get in touch with me ????

This review concerns Dr. Antoniak. My surgery was performed on August 14th 2018 and this review was written on January 3rd, 2019. I had Dr. Antoniak perform surgery on my nose for the purpose of improving my ability to breathe through my nose, by straightening my slightly deviated septum. Prior to surgery, I reassured Dr. Antoniak that my deviated septum was not causing me a major issue and that I was only interested in agreeing to surgery if he was extremely confident that he would be able to straighten my septum. In response, Dr. Antoniak told me that septoplasty is a simple, well practiced surgery among ENTs, asserting his confidence. Dr. Antoniak did make it clear that he cannot guarantee no negative side effects. On August 14th 2018, the surgery was performed. The result, 5 months later, is that my septum is equally deviated (however in a slightly different way) and my breathing quality remains similar to that prior to surgery. The result is also that I went through a process which is unhealthy for the body, with nothing to show for. I of course knew that this surgery would result in me having a thinner, weaker, septum. I knew that the substances injected into your body for surgery, will have negative effects on your health, whether short term or long term. My rationale was that I would put myself through a bit of harm for the greater good of improving my breathing. I will repeat that, I made this rationale clear to Dr. Antoniak, and asked that he turn me away if he was not confident he could accomplish "the greater good". I am completely okay with a surgeon who was extremely (and I forced him to honestly tell me if he was, or not, extremely) confident he could accomplish something, and failed. That's life. Not every surgery works out. When you trust somebody, you take a chance and I hold myself responsible for that. The reason for the 1 star review is Dr. Antoniak's integrity. Over a few consultations after the surgery, I reassured Dr. Antoniak that my septum was not straight, and that there was really no plausible way that it was going to straighten itself out (things can take time, but the final consultation was after my septum had fully healed). The baffling part is, Dr. Antoniak seemed to genuinely believe that he had straightened my septum. Me, being able to stick my finger in my nose and verify that, disagreed. Naturally, I asked that Dr. Antoniak stick his finger in my nose, to see for himself. Unfortunately, Dr. Anotniak cannot fit his finger in my nostril (his hands are huge). Dr. Antoniak was not interested in using another method to verify the condition of my septum. And so, that was it. His only suggestion was an additional surgery a year from August 14th. No thanks. I am not sure how Dr. Antoniak is sure of his work, but it is obvious that I am aware of my own breathing and I can literally stick my finger in my own nose and feel the deviation in my septum (it is near entrance of the nostril, very "accessible", if you will). I made it clear to Dr. Antoniak that if he admitted he did not fix my problem, I was not going to say "I told you you should have turned me away " or "I told you we shouldn't have done this surgery". Like I said, at the end of the day, the patient is responsible for what he agrees to have done to his body. I simply wanted Dr. Antoniak to be able to constructively build from this experience. I have no doubt that Dr. Antoniak has performed 100 successful, pleasant surgeries. It is his inability to reason with someone who did not undergo a successful surgery, that I would like to bring to the attention of his prospective clients. Had Dr. Antoniak properly owned up to his work, I would not even be writing this review. Integrity goes a long way. Cheers, Ryan Brown

I did the Venus Viva last Thursday and not doing this again. It was very painful and your skin after feels like sand paper and looks terrible ????. I am suppose to do a eyebrow lift and not sure if I wanna do it now. Scared that it will be a disaster. I think I will stick with facials instead less painful and skin looks better after.

I was given a wrong product, the ZO skin care with no improvement on my skin. In fact it made my face more sensitive to the sun. I was also not instructed on proper use of Retinol 1%. It did cause my skin discomfort and sensitivity and affected around my eye areas.

As always she was friendly and professional she offered me a professional courtesy, which was very much appreciated! My appointment started right on time, The medical aesthetician (Doreen) is very knowledgable and patient, she reviewed and took the time to explain my new facial routine, regarding my age ( 61 years) she introduced me to some products that were appropriate to my custom needs, she scheduled a follow up a month out after using the new regime , the next day I had additional questions called the clinic, Doreen was giving the call right away, she answered all my questions and concerns I felt a lot more confident afterwards.
